Abstract

Perusahaan yang sukses adalah perusahaan dengan lingkungan kerja yang mendukung baik itu untuk pekerja mapun mesin yang ada di lingkungan tersebut. Lingkungan kerja yang baik dapat menunjang kenyamanan serta keamanan karyawan sehingga pekerjaan yang dilakukan akan leih optimal. Maka dari itu, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memastikan lingkungan atau area kerja yang aman tanpa bahaya yang dapat diidentifikasi dengan metode 6S yang merupakan singkatan dari seiri, seiton, seiso, seiketsu, shitsuke dan safety. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah observasi setiap aspek 6S di lingkungan kerja UKM Suci Rizki. Berdasarkan hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahawa UKM Suci Rizki mendapatkan skor akhir yaitu 1,3437 yang termasuk klasifikasi Unacceptable yang artinya aktivitas metode 6S kurang dilakukan atau hanya sebagian kecil di UKM Suci Rizki tersebut.

Abstract

Water is one of the important components of life. Many things depend on water, especially for daily needs. Water quality in general indicates the quality or condition of water associated with a particular activity or need. Meanwhile, quantity refers to the amount of water needed by humans in certain activities. However, in general, there is not much attention to the quality and standardization of the safety of refilled drinking water that is consumed and produced by the water depot. The proliferation of drinking water refill businesses led to the idea of researching which depots have good water quality and health. So a decision support system is needed that can analyze the water quality assessment criteria at the depots. By using the Simple Additive Weighted (SAW) method, it can be applied in selecting the quality of water depot based on the website. The data will be stored using the Mysql application.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how to maintain the cooling system of a diesel engine on the Komatsu WA120-3C Whell Loader. This research was conducted in the Implementation of Public Works Agency Yogyakarta. How to collect data using interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis uses descriptive qualitative analysis. The results showed that the maintenance of the cooling system on the diesel engine on the Komatsu WA120-3C Whell Loader had run well and had followed the operational standards contained in the manual book. The maintenance performed on the cooling machine includes water pump maintenance, radiator system maintenance, intercooler maintenance, fan maintenance, radiator hose maintenance, radiator pressure cap maintenance.

Abstract

In the lecture system, it is necessary to have e-Learning based learning in the form of video which includes learning elements that are in accordance with predetermined conditions. High Technology Spiritual Communications is a communication system that was first introduced by the late Harvard University graduate, Indrawan Hatoguan Siregar, Ph.D, who is also a permanent lecturer at Panca Budi Development University. This research discusses the use of the internet and LMS (Learning Management System) as the communication media and the application of HTSC (Hight Technology Spiritual Communications). The advantage in this application is that students can watch videos of teaching materials anytime, anywhere without having to spend special time reading, even students can listen to them while working. The result of this research is that it can divide the learning group into 3 groups, average value, weighting criteria, have a decision matrix, and get the most ideal ranking results.

Abstract

Kebutuhan energi dunia mengakibatkan lonjakan dalam kebutuhan energi terbarukan salah satunya adalah biomassa. Proses gasifikasi berlangsung dalam reaktor yang disebut gasifier dan yang paling efektif menggunakan metode Fixed Bed pada downdraft gasifier karena proses pembuatan gas berlangsung tanpa menghentikan penyalaan pembakaran dan menghasilkan sedikit tar. Bahan baku biomassa yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah wood pellet karena ketersediaan yang berlimpah di Indonesia. Pada penelitian ini membahas simulasi numerik untuk gasifier downdraft dengan memanfaatkan bahan baku biomassa berupa sumber kayu berbentuk wood pellet. Teknik simulasi yang digunakan adalah computational fluid dynamic dengan DPM (Discrete Phase Model) karena dapat memprediksi detil hasil experiment dengan lebih tepat. Hasil simulasi menunjukkan tingkat konvergensi yang bertambah baik dengan waktu iterasi proses yang semakin lama. Hasil simulasi mendekati 100% pada hasil riset di laboratorium dengan skala sesungguhnya.

Abstract

Poor taste or time efficiency in boiling water or regulations in making drill water make people prefer to choose refill drinking water for their daily drinking needs. So that the proliferation of refill drinking water businesses gave rise to the author's idea to make a research about which businesses have the best quality water. The goal is that people get water that is healthy and good for the body. Getting the best and healthiest water is a right for the community. This study uses a decision support system with the simple additive weighting (SAW) method to manage the criteria in order to get the best decision. The research area is the refill drinking water business in Medan Marelan Pasar V. The criteria used in the assessment of water are odor, taste, color, pH and hardness.And the researchers selected 3 refill drinking water businesses from the number of drinking water refill businesses in the Marelan field area. Because these 3 businesses are well known in the Medan area, Marelan also has branches in other areas and has a Yamaha brand filter engine. So that it is trusted by the surrounding community. The results of the study concluded that of the 3 businesses there was one refill drinking water business in the Medan Marelan area which had the highest value of 0.8733. So it is worth recommending to the surrounding community to do refill drinking water in only that business.

Abstract

Banjir adalah gejala alam yang bisa terjadi dimana saja, apabila banjir menunjukan kecenderungan naik, kualitas maupun kuantitasnya setiap tahun, maka perlu diteliti kemungkinan adanya peningkatan dan penambahan aliran permukaan. Berdasarkan data monitoring debit aliran sungai Ciliwung, yang tercatat di bendung Katulampah, debit aliran maksimum tahunan mengalami peningkatan setiap tahunnya. Peningkatan aliran permukaan maksimum adalah naiknya nilai satuan debit puncak dan volume aliran yang tercatat pada ketinggian muka air di station stafgate Katulampah, sebagai indikator adanya perubahan tata guna lahan dan kondisi permukaan tanah di DAS hulu. Kondisi ini sejalan dengan perubahan debit aliran sungai Ciliwung, yang cenderung aliran maksimum tahunan naik 2,4%, aliran minimum dan rata-rata bulanan turun masing-masing 2,9% dan 2,0%, kondisi ini dapat merubah pola aliran sungai Ciliwung. Penelitian ini menganalisa hubungan antara tingginya hujan dengan satuan limpasan air hujan, yang didasarkan pada perubahan tata guna lahan dan kondisi permukaan tanah, dengan Model Answers. Penelitian dilakukan pada DAS hulu sungai Ciliwung. Rekayasa mekanisasi dilakukan dengan pembangunan waduk, pembangunan checkdam di aliran permukaan dam. Kedua Rekayasa mekanisasi dan vegetasi dapat menurunan satuan limpasan air hujan (runoff) yang berimplikasi terhadap debit aliran menjadi turun. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa apabila dilakukan rekayasa mekanisasi maupun vegetasi terhadap persentasi luasan DAS hulu, akan menghasilkan perubahan aliran sbb ; dilakukan masing-masing 5% akan menurunkan runoff sebesar 7,67% (-0.07). Apabila rekayasa mekanisasi dan vegetasi dinaikkan menjadi 10% maka akan menurunkan runoff sebesar 11,50% (-0.11). Begitu pula jika rekayasa mekanisasi dan rekayasa vegetasi dinaikkan kembali menjadi 20% maka runoff akan semakin menurunkan yaitu sebesar 16,13% (-0.16).

Abstract

The Maritani application is an android-based agricultural and livestock marketplace application specifically designed to bring together sellers and buyers on one digitalized platform. The maritime marketplace application aims to facilitate sellers and buyers in buying and selling agricultural and livestock needs as well as food needs online. In its business process, the maritime marketplace application uses the B2C (Business to Customer) business model. Where business activities are carried out by producers to consumers using electronic media directly. The development of the Android-based Maritani marketplace is built with the Flutter framework and uses the Dart programming language. At the time of making the Maritani marketplace application for system development using the waterfall method, the development was started with an analysis of system requirements, then carried out the application display design (Graphic User Interface) implementation stage of the application implementation with the Dart programming language. The result of this research is a market application that can have a positive impact on users, both sellers and buyers. In the Maritani application which has a greater opportunity from the community to share knowledge with other sellers, sellers do not need to be afraid of losing consumers, features and regulations of the online market which greatly affect to increase the credibility and safety of the seller's shop, sellers are not required to have large capital

Abstract

The need for electricity for both industry, offices, and the general public and individuals is greatly increasing. However, this increase in electricity demand was not accompanied by an increase in electricity supply. Based on these problems, solar energy is chosen as an alternative energy to produce electrical energy. The tools used here are solar cells, because they can directly convert solar radiation into electrical energy (photovoltaic process). So that solar energy can be used at night, during the day the electrical energy produced is stored first to a battery which is controlled by the regulator. The regulator output is directly connected to the inverter from DC to AC currents. The results of solar module testing (photovoltaic) show that the results of research with a 50WP solar cell can use a maximum load of 325 Watts. This is because the solar cell when following the direction of the sun's movement will always position the solar cell to remain facing the sun so that it will still be able to capture the sun's rays to the maximum.

Abstract

PT. Sanggar Sarana Baja is a company engaged in the manufacturing process, design, steel fabrication, service, product refurbishing and remanufacturing. The problem at the Plant Welding Shop of PT. Sanggar Sarana Baja is a machine layout that is not organized according to the production flow, which causes the distance between machines that should be close together quite far. This study uses the Systematic Layout Planning (SLP) method which is expected to get the results of a factory layout design that can reduce material handling distances and reduce material handling costs. After processing the data, the proposed layout design 2 is obtained with a displacement moment of 4,527 m / year, while in its initial condition it is 9,355 m / year. The amount of material handling costs was Rp. 5,840,559 / year, while in the initial condition it was Rp. 12,069,457.38 and the savings obtained were 51.61%. Based on the calculations made, the proposed layout design 2 is obtained which can minimize the distance and material handling costs.
