Abstract

Motivation strategy in learning is a planning towards motivation which contains a series of activities that are specifically designed and designed, to achieve various specific educational goals. Therefore, to achieve the desired educational program objectives in accordance with educational values. So that the teacher is expected to have several motivational learning strategies that can inspire students to learn comfortably, pleasantly and not monotonously. To achieve the goal of increasing student motivation, a better effort is needed from the teacher in choosing and applying motivational strategies, methods and learning media that are in accordance with these competencies. The purpose of this study is: a). Describing the teacher's strategies applied in increasing student learning motivation in class VIII Islamic Education subjects at NU Sunan Giri Kepanjen Middle School. b). Abstract

This study discusses the contribution of scholars and activists or former campus activists take an active role in building their respective regions. Since the Village Law was passed, many roles can be carried out in accelerating and equitable development between villages and cities. This research uses qualitative methods, namely research procedures that produce descriptive data in the form of written or oral words from people and observed behavior. The source of data in this study rests on human and non-human data sources. The research subject extra Campus activist students, HMI, PMII, GMNI, KAMMI and NGO in Pamekasan Regency. The results showed that Activist Strategy and Contribution to Build Villages in Pamekasan District served and returned to the village through the synergy of young people who had experience and insights on village development and welfare such as Karang Taruna, the establishment of BUMDes, the distribution of local tourism, the establishment of Small Micro Enterprises and Medium (UMKM), etc. The paradigm that needs to be built is actually activists creating opportunities and opportunities for employment, not looking for work.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to examine process of writing in act of drama, that doing by students in college. The write of script is for developing students creativity and knowledge in order to imagine in field of drama script writing.. Design in this research using qualitative, and the method using descriptive method, that will learn and describe learning of act writing as proponent the running of show in order to developing students creativity in field of dance and drama class. Subject of this research are students of VI semester that take dance and drama class in Peradaban University year of 2017/2018.The analysis technique used interactive model analysis. The results of this study showed that from several students involved in the PGSD1 and PGSD2 classes in making play scripts, only two students passed the selection, two play scripts which were chosen to be performed in dance and drama performances, while the results of this writing showed almost all students cannot develop ideas, experiences and pour creative thoughts into text.

Abstract

Leadership in life is always closely related. This is because no human is able to live individually in this world, meaning they need social relations for their survival, especially humans. It is this social relationship that then makes individuals lead individuals or a group of other individuals. Therefore discussing leadership is indeed needed to make the concept of leadership that is good and feasible to be applied in human life at the level of social relations, moreover in the viewpoint of socio-religious relations, especially religious Islam. Starting from this view, the Qur'ani leadership whose concept is based on the Qur'an (as a guideline for life) is important to study. So this paper describes the definition of leaders and leadership from experts, the task of leaders, characteristics of leaders, skills that must be possessed, and become leaders with the characteristics (criteria) of the Qur'ani leadership. Thus his hopes will provide a clear picture of the Qur'ani leadership which is currently recognized as ammunition in achieving effective and contributory leadership for the future.
