Abstract

Gelombang merupakan salah satu parameter penting yang berpengaruh terhadap perubahan garis pantai. Kondisi wilayah pesisir di Pulau Madura, khususnya di Kabupaten Sampang, relatif dinamis. Pada perkembangannya, wilayah pesisir di Pulau Madura, termasuk di Kabupaten Sampang, akan menjadi daerah penting dan bernilai ekonomi tinggi pasca Jembatan Suramadu. Konsekuensinya, potensi degradasi lingkungan akan meningkat sebagai akibat dari pengembangan kawasan untuk berbagai kepentingan sehingga akan menimbulkan gangguan terhadap ekosistem dan keseimbangan pantai. Penggunaan penginderaan jauh menjadi salah satu alternatif untuk mempelajari dinamika dan stabilitas pantai. Citra Landsat TM tahun 2004 dan 2013 diolah dan dianalisa dengan menggunakan software Arcview, kemudian dideskripsikan. Hasil analisa menunjukkan sebagain besar lokasi pesisir dan pantai di Kecamatan Sreseh mengalami akresi dan abrasi, sehingga profil garis pantai cukup dinamis sepanjang waktu. Untuk meningkatkan validasi, perlu dilakukan pemodelan numerik untuk melihat perubahan yang terjadi.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menghitung modal, biaya, pendapatan usaha dari uji coba pembesaran Red claw di Desa Asinan, Rawapening serta menganalisis Laba/Rugi, Return to Cost Ratio (R/C) dan Break Even Point(BEP) produksi dan harga LAT red claw pada kedua usaha di Desa Asinan, Rawapening. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Mei-Oktober 2014 (6 bulan) bertempat di Desa Asinan, Kecamatan Bawen Rawapening, Kabupaten Semarang.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian terapan. Hasil tangkapan LAT akan disortir sebagai bahan benih untuk dibesarkan dalam kolam pembesaran. Uji coba pembesaran LAT jenis red claw di Desa Asinan, Rawapening ini dilakukan sebagai dasar untuk menghitung aspek ekonomi (modal, biaya, pendapatan). Selanjutnya dianalisis kajian ekonomi untuk usaha pembesaran LAT red claw dengan penghitungan Laba/Rugi, Return to Cost Ratio (R/C) dan Break Even Point (BEP). Biaya budidaya pembesaran Red claw yang dikeluarkan besarnya Rp 15.000,00 per bulan. Total pendapatan adalah Rp 396.00,00. Keuntungan usaha pembesaran Red claw Rp 336.000,00. Pembesaran Red claw menunjukkan nilai R/C ratio 6,6. R/C ratio ini berarti setiap pengeluaran sebesar Rp 10.000,00 dapat menghasilkan penerimaan sebesar Rp 66.000,00.BEP harga Red claw per kg mencapai Rp 18.181,82 (BEP harga). BEP produksi Red clawsebesar 2kg.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memprediksikan jumlah kunjungan perahu <7GT dan kapal <10GT serta jumlah produksi perikanan dari tahun 2015 hingga 2019 di PPP Wonokerto. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan April 2015. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode survei. Analisa data menggunakan metode forecasting dengan pendekatan seasonal adjustment. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder produksi perikanan tahun 2008-2014 dan kunjungan kapal di PPP Wonokerto tahun 2011-2014. Hasil analisis forecasting jumlah kunjungan perahu <7GT mengalami penurunan sebesar 6-8% dan kapal motor <10GT mengalami kenaikan sebesar 6-8% sedangkan jumlah produksi naik 0,3% setiap tahunnya. Disimpulkan bahwa kunjungan kapal yang akan meningkat jumlahnya pada 5 tahun ke depan adalah kapal motor ukuran <10 GT dan diikuti pula dengan kenaikan produksi perikanan di PPP Wonokerto.

Abstract

Way Kambas National Park is one of the National Parks located in Lampung Province. This area has several types of wetland ecosystems, namely rivers, swamps, and mangroves. The condition of diverse mangrove ecosystems can affect the density and diversity of biota, one of which is macrozoobenthos that live in the region. The purpose of this study is to find out the relationship between mangroves and macrozoobenthos. The study was conducted in January 2021 at Mangrove Way Kambas National Park. Sampling was conducted at 6 stations with different mangrove density conditions, that was, sparse densities at stations I and station 4, as well as solid at stations 2, 3, 5, and 6. In addition to total organic matter, other environmental parameters were also observed including pH, salinity, temperature, dissolved oxygen, substrate type, brightness, and depth. Macrozoobenthos were found to be 12 species of macrozoobenthos namely Polymesoda expansa, Acetes indicus, Illyoplax pacifica, Asiminea brevicula, Terebralia palustris, Clithon oualeniense, Terebralia sulcata, Cerithidea quadrata, Pomacea canaliculata, Telescopium telescopium, Episesarma versicolor, and Planaria torva in 6 research stations. As for the positive correlates with macrozoobenthos density, were pH, salinity, and total organic matter (TOM).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the morphometric and meristic characteristics of snakehead fish (Channa striata) for different water qualities. Sampling was carried out in July-October 2019 at Nyelanding Air Gegas Hot Spring, Lubuk Bakong Tua Tunu Pangkalpinang River, and Under the Simpur Pemali Dam. Determination of the sampling point is done by purposive sampling method. Based on the morphometric analysis of snakehead fish (Channa striata) from three different research locations, namely having a total length of 15-27 cm in Nyelanding Hot Springs; total length of 21.5-24 cm in the Lubuk Bakong River; total length of 20-26 cm under the Simpur Dam. The results of meristic analysis of snakehead fish in three waters, namely having dorsal fin radii D.II.7-D.III.14 Nyelanding Hot Water, D.II.11-D.II.15 Lubuk Bakong River, D.II.9- D.IV.15 Under the Simpur Dam. Based on its morphometric characteristics, it is divided into 23 parts, while meristic is divided into 9 parts. The water quality parameters of snakehead fish in the three waters ranged from temperature 29-38 ℃, degree of acidity 5-6.5, brightness 0.25-0.33 m, depth 1.10-2.10 m, current speed 0.02- 0.03 m/s, Total Suspended Solids 4-9 mg/l.

Abstract

Fish production in the Bangka Belitung Islands Province has increased from 203.81 tons in 2014 to 228,520 tons in 2018. This large amount of production has led to an increase in household businesses managing the fishery sector. One of the processing in the fisheries sector is the management of salted fish. This study aims to analyze the need for salt and develop a strategy for developing salted fish in Sungailiat District. This research will be carried out in September 2021 in Sungailiat District, where there is a salted fish processing business. The data collected in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data is data obtained directly from the source, the method used in analyzing the data uses SWOT analysis through interviews. The amount of salt used in salting in Sungailiat sub-district ranges from 50-3000 kg per month or 248.4 tons of salt per year with prices ranging from Rp. 1700 – IDR 5000/Kg. The salt used is obtained from shops in the market and also collectors. The strategy for developing a fish salting business in Sungailiat Subdistrict is to build a salt factory or place to make salt in the area as well as conduct training and counseling as well as providing capital assistance to salted fish business actors so that the business can grow rapidly. Abstract

Fisherman’s terms of trade is one of the indicators in determining the level of fishermen's welfare. Big potential offishery resources at Sungailiat District, , will open up the opportunity to increase local economy, to fisherman community in particular. This study aims to obtain the fisherman terms of trade of gill net fishermen and the factors that influence fishermen's terms of trade. This research was carried out in March-May 2022. This research used the interview method. Data analysis used descriptive method. The results showed that in March FTT gill net fishermen's income was 0,206, in April it was 0,208 and in May it was 0,165, so FTT income <100 which indicates that fishermen's expenditure is good for households or fishery business were bigger than the fisherman incomes, therefore shows a low level of well-being in the March-April 2022 research substance. The FTT of fishery in Maret was up to 0,238, 0,237 in April, and 0,185 in Mei, so that the fishery FTT was <100 indicates that gill net fishing gear business activities are unfavorable for fishermen. Some factors that affected the FTT of gill net fishing gear were the fisherman age, education level, number of family dependents, duration of being fisherman, fishing seaosn and the selling price of the catch from the gill net fishing gear. This study concluded that gill net fisherman FTT decreased within study substance in Maret Mei 2022.

Abstract

Baung fish (Hemibagrus Nemurus) is a fish native to Indonesian waters favored by the people because of thick flesh, slightly spiny and delicious taste, so it has economic value. Baung fish is difficult to find in the waters of Air Gadong River. This study aims to analyze the reproductive aspects of the baung fish including Sex Ratio, Gonad Index, Gonad Maturity Index (IKG), Gonad Maturity Level (TKG), Fecundity of baung fish in Air gadong river, Pangkal Niur Village, Bangka Regency. This research was conducted from January to June 2021. Sampling was carried out using the porposive sampling method. The results showed that were 25 male and female baung fish during the six months of the study with a sex ratio of 1-1.5. The gonad index value of 0.13 < 0.30 means that the average female baung fish has developed. The IKG value of female baung fish is 0,263-2,400 while that male baung fish is 0,257-0,346. Male baung fish are at TKG I to TKG II, while female baung fish are at TKG I, II and IV. The fecundity of the baung fish is 4901.23-7609.07 eggs. The baung fish has a partial spawning pattern, the fish doesn't spawn at once or take place simultaneously.

Abstract

Research on the mangrove ecosystem on Mendanau Island was carried out using the hemispherical photography method. This study aims to determine the health and canopy cover of mangrove ecosystems. The results showed that four mangrove species were found, namely Rhizophora mucronata, Rhizophora apiculata, Rhizophora stylosa, and Bruguiera gymnorrhiza. The substrate includes loamy sand and sandy loam which support the growth of mangroves from the Rhizophoraceae family. The percentage of canopy cover obtained on average was 84.08% of all research stations which were categorized as Good based on the Decree of the Minister of Environment No. 201 of 2004. The percentage value of canopy cover is 84.08% and the average tree density is 2,375 trees/ha indicating that the health condition of the mangrove ecosystem on Mendanau Island is still good and very dense.

Abstract

Sukamandi is a village located in East Belitung Regency which has a mangrove ecosystem area of 351.33 ha. Mangrove ecosystems play an important role in carbon sequestration as one of the blue carbon concepts. This study aims to analyze the type and density of mangroves and to analyze the value of aboveground biomass and the value of carbon stock in mangrove stands in Sukamandi Village, East Belitung Regency. This research was conducted in January-February 2023 in the Mangrove Forest of Sukamandi Village, East Belitung. Analysis of the value of biomass and carbon stock was carried out based on SNI 7724 of 2011. The results of the research that had been carried out were 5 mangrove tribes consisting of 10 species with the highest density of mangrove vegetation types at station III, which was 4,841 ind/ha and the lowest at station IV, namely 1,943 ind/ha with Very Dense criteria. The average value of standing mangrove biomass is 509.34 tons/ha, the average value of carbon stock in mangrove stands is 239.39 tons/ha.
