Abstract

The advancement of information technology has increased digital transaction activities, including online game account sales. However, transactions conducted manually through social media have high security risks such as account theft and fraud. This study aims to implement Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) in a web-based game account sales information system to enhance user access security. The system development method used is the waterfall method, which includes analysis, design, implementation, and testing stages. The system is developed using PHP and MySQL and integrated with an authentication mechanism based on One-Time Password (OTP). The results of Black Box testing show that the system functions according to requirements and improves login security. The implementation of 2FA minimizes unauthorized access risks, making the system more secure and reliable

Abstract

This study was conducted to identify superior majors at MTs Tarbiyatul Banin Pekalongan, Pati, by applying the K-Means Clustering algorithm to grade data from 17 subjects across 226 students. The methodology consisted of data preprocessing including data cleaning and feature standardization, determination of the optimal number of clusters using the Elbow method which yielded three clusters, clustering using K-Means, and evaluation using the Silhouette Coefficient. The results revealed three performance clusters, namely the Superior category with the highest average grades, the Intermediate category with standard performance, and the Basic category with the lowest performance. The Silhouette Coefficient value obtained was 0.2208. Based on the proportion of students classified into the Superior category, the Sains Riset D Non Boarding major recorded the highest percentage at 53.12%, followed by Tahfidz Boarding A at 36.36%, and Sains Riset C Boarding at 31.25%. Therefore, Sains Riset D Non Boarding and Tahfidz Boarding A were objectively identified as superior majors due to their dominant concentration of high-achieving students.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi mendorong institusi pendidikan untuk beralih dari sistem administrasi konvensional menuju sistem digital. SD Rimba Putra saat ini masih mengandalkan proses manual dalam penyebaran informasi sekolah dan pendaftaran peserta didik baru (SPMB), yang berisiko menyebabkan penumpukan berkas, inefisiensi waktu, serta potensi hilangnya data. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun Sistem Informasi Sekolah dan SPMB berbasis web guna mendigitalisasi proses tersebut. Pengembangan perangkat lunak menggunakan metode System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) model Waterfall yang mencakup tahapan analisis kebutuhan, desain sistem (Flowchart dan UML), implementasi kode (menggunakan framework Laravel dan database MySQL), pengujian, serta pemeliharaan. Pengujian fungsionalitas sistem dilakukan dengan metode Black Box Testing, dilanjutkan dengan User Acceptance Testing (UAT) untuk mengukur tingkat penerimaan pengguna. Hasil pengujian Black Box menunjukkan bahwa 100% fungsionalitas fitur (seperti akses publik, validasi formulir, dan manajemen konten) berjalan valid tanpa hambatan. Evaluasi UAT oleh pihak sekolah (Kepala Sekolah, Operator, dan Tata Usaha) membuktikan bahwa antarmuka sistem intuitif dan fungsionalitasnya telah selaras dengan Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) pendaftaran di SD Rimba Putra. Kesimpulannya, sistem informasi berbasis web ini layak diimplementasikan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi tata kelola administrasi akademik.

Abstract

Choosing a study program is an important decision for students before pursuing higher education. Limited information about study programs and a lack of self-understanding often make it difficult for students to select a suitable program. This study aims to provide study program recommendations based on students’ academic and non-academic abilities using the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method. The criteria used in this study include grade point average, supporting subject scores, achievements, and student skills. The alternatives consisted of ten study programs at Universitas Muhadi Setiabudi. The TOPSIS method was applied through decision matrix construction, normalization, weighted normalization, determination of positive and negative ideal solutions, distance calculation, and preference value calculation. The results showed that the Indonesian Language and Literature Education Program (PBSI) obtained the highest preference value of 0.83, followed by the Elementary School Teacher Education Program (PGSD) with 0.70 and Agribusiness with 0.62. These findings indicate that the TOPSIS method is capable of providing objective and measurable study program recommendations based on predetermined criteria, thereby assisting students in selecting study programs that match their potential. Abstract

This research aims to develop an automated detection and blocking middleware for SQL Injection (SQLi) attacks using the Multinomial Naïve Bayes (MNB) algorithm integrated into a Flask-based web application. Unlike previous studies focusing on static model accuracy or system performance comparisons, this study emphasizes the full application of the Knowledge Discovery in Databases (KDD) methodology to build an active defense model and empirically validate its resilience against automated exploitation tools. The model was trained using the public RbSQLi dataset through stages of selection, Regex Abstraction-based text preprocessing, TF-IDF transformation, and internal evaluation. Test results show that the model achieved 100% accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-Score on isolated test data. Operational validation using black-box penetration testing with SQLMap proved that the middleware successfully blocked all major attack vectors (Error-based, Union-based, Boolean-blind, Time-blind, and Stacked Queries), thereby changing the target parameter status from vulnerable (injectable) to safe (not injectable). These findings confirm that the KDD approach with the MNB algorithm can produce an effective application security layer in neutralizing automated SQLi threats without requiring complex computational architectures.

Abstract

Lembaga Pelatihan Kerja (LPK) Asa Computer Kudus merupakan lembaga yang menyelenggarakan berbagai program pelatihan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi peserta. Pengelolaan data peserta, absensi, penilaian, sertifikat, dan laporan pada lembaga ini masih dilakukan secara terpisah sehingga proses administrasi menjadi kurang efektif, membutuhkan waktu yang lebih lama, serta berpotensi menimbulkan kesalahan dalam penyajian informasi. Kondisi tersebut menunjukkan perlunya sistem yang mampu mengintegrasikan seluruh proses pengelolaan data. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun Sistem Informasi Manajemen LPK Asa Computer Kudus berbasis web guna mendukung pelaksanaan administrasi dan pengelolaan pelatihan agar lebih efektif dan terstruktur. Kebutuhan akan sistem yang terintegrasi mendorong dilakukannya pengembangan sistem secara sistematis agar solusi yang dihasilkan sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna. Pengembangan sistem dilakukan melalui tahapan analisis kebutuhan, perancangan, implementasi, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan dengan menggunakan metode Waterfall. Sistem dibangun menggunakan PHP dengan framework CodeIgniter 4 dan basis data MySQL. Pengujian dilakukan menggunakan metode Black Box Testing untuk memastikan setiap fungsi sistem berjalan sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna. Penelitian ini menghasilkan Sistem Informasi Manajemen yang mampu mengelola data pengguna, karyawan, instruktur, program pelatihan, pendaftaran peserta, absensi berbasis QR Code dan GPS, penilaian akademik, sertifikat, serta laporan secara terintegrasi. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh fungsi utama sistem dapat berjalan dengan baik sesuai kebutuhan pengguna. Sistem yang dibangun dapat meningkatkan efektivitas pengelolaan data, mempercepat proses administrasi, serta menghasilkan informasi yang lebih akurat dan terstruktur pada LPK Asa Computer Kudus.

Abstract

Shallot production is one of the most important horticultural commodities that contributes to national food security and regional economic development, particularly in Brebes Regency, one of the largest shallot-producing areas in Indonesia. Production fluctuations caused by weather conditions and agricultural factors necessitate the use of accurate forecasting methods. This study aims to evaluate the performance of the Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) method in predicting shallot production in Brebes Regency. The dataset consisted of production, harvested area, rainfall, and temperature data from 2016 to 2025, comprising 1,288 records. The research process included data preprocessing, feature engineering, Min-Max Scaling normalization, LSTM model development, and performance evaluation using Mean Absolute Error (MAE), Root Mean Square Error (RMSE), and the coefficient of determination (R²). The proposed model employed two LSTM layers with 64 and 32 neurons, a dropout rate of 0.2, and a dense layer with 16 neurons. Experimental results showed that the model achieved an MAE of 9,478.55 quintals, an RMSE of 15,763.86 quintals, and an R² value of 0.8990. These results indicate that the model can explain 89.90% of the variation in shallot production data. Therefore, the LSTM model demonstrates excellent predictive performance and has the potential to support decision-making in agricultural production planning in Brebes Regency

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi mendorong pelaku usaha memanfaatkan website e-commerce sebagai media pemasaran dan penjualan digital. OsqieSock sebagai UMKM penjualan kaos kaki masih menggunakan media sosial dan marketplace, sehingga informasi produk belum tersusun secara optimal dan pengalaman pengguna masih kurang maksimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang desain UI/UX website e-commerce OsqieSock menggunakan metode Design Thinking. Metode Design Thinking diterapkan melalui lima tahapan, yaitu empathize, define, ideate, prototype, dan test. Proses perancangan dilakukan menggunakan Figma untuk menghasilkan wireframe dan prototype, kemudian diimplementasikan ke dalam bentuk front-end website menggunakan HTML, CSS, JavaScript, dan Bootstrap. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa desain UI/UX yang dirancang mampu menghasilkan antarmuka website yang lebih terstruktur, informatif, responsif, dan mudah digunakan. Berdasarkan pengujian menggunakan System Usability Scale (SUS), website memperoleh skor rata-rata sebesar 80,80, yang termasuk kategori Acceptable dengan rating Good. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa website OsqieSock memiliki tingkat usability yang baik dan mampu memberikan pengalaman pengguna yang nyaman.

Abstract

SMK Tunas Harapan West Jakarta currently manages a substantial student body of 1,050 active students across various vocational programs. However, its financial and administrative management is still conducted manually using conventional tools such as physical ledgers and standalone spreadsheets. This outdated approach frequently causes delays in data retrieval, difficulties in financial report recapitulation, and high risks of human error during payment processing. Furthermore, this condition is exacerbated by a lack of integration between departments, leading to inconsistent information and inefficient monitoring. To address these critical challenges, this study aims to design and develop an integrated, web-based financial and administrative information system utilizing the Extreme Programming (XP) method. The XP methodology was chosen for its adaptability, involving continuous stages of planning, simple design, pair programming coding, testing, and continuous integration. Data collection techniques included observations, structured interviews, and document studies , followed by an in-depth analysis using the PIECES framework. The developed system is built on the Laravel 12 framework, PHP, JavaScript, and MySQL. It offers comprehensive features such as online student registration, automated billing management, payment verification, and digital receipt generation. Based on Black Box Testing, all system modules functioned perfectly as intended. Additionally, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) conducted with 92 respondents yielded a high user satisfaction rate of 86.49%. In conclusion, this system effectively modernizes the school's administrative workflow, improves financial transparency, and is deemed highly suitable for implementation

Abstract

Production planning is an essential aspect of the manufacturing industry as it determines the appropriate production quantity to meet market demand and operational conditions. At Pabrik Rokok CARI, production planning is still primarily based on available inventory without optimal utilization of historical data, which may lead to discrepancies between production output and actual demand. This study aims to apply the Multiple Linear Regression method to predict cigarette production using historical data on sales, inventory, and working hours. The dataset consisted of 352 daily records, which were divided into 281 training data (80%) and 71 testing data (20%). The resulting regression model was Y = -24.0255 + (0.3838 × X₁) + (0.0015 × X₂) + (78.0807 × X₃), where X₁ represents sales, X₂ represents inventory, and X₃ represents working hours. Model evaluation produced a coefficient of determination (R²) of 87.51%, a Mean Squared Error (MSE) of 10,688.72, a Root Mean Squared Error (RMSE) of 103.39, and a Mean Absolute Error (MAE) of 73.22. These results indicate that the Multiple Linear Regression method provides good predictive performance for estimating cigarette production and can serve as a reliable basis for supporting production planning. The prediction model was further implemented in a web-based application to facilitate historical data processing and provide production prediction results for management decision support.
