<![CDATA[Technology has an important part in many area of people life. Almost every sector of human life is always associated with the technology. Currently, a lot of two-way technology has developed but the technology that developed in the computer is still limited in the type and feedback given. Feedback provided by the computer will give an added value to the user, in addition to the feedback given will provide convenienc e to the user in the use of the computer.To improve the quality of feedback that given by the computer required an additional application that allows computers to process user input. From the results of the input, the data will be processed to generate feedback in the form of sound that are sustainable. By implementing the Case-Based Reasoning in a system, the computer will provide feedback that are sustainable in accordance with what the user input. Analytical results obtained from the research is the feedback given by the computer in the form of sound that are sustainable give more interactive value to the user computer because by implementing the existing system into a computer can create a system that is friendly to the user.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada kontribusi tingkat pemahaman konsep operasi hitung terhadap operasi himpunan pada siswa SMA Negeri 1 Hamparan Perak Tahun Pembelajaran 2015/2016. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa SMA Negeri 1 Hamparan Perak Tahun Pembelajaran 2015/2016 yang terdiri dari 557 orang. Dan sebagai sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 41 orang. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan statistik non prametrik “uji tanda”. Hasil analisa data memperlihatkan bahwa thitung < htabel atau 1 < 17, ini berarti bahwa ada kontribusi yang positif antara penguasaan operasi hitung terhadap operasi himpunan siswa SMA Negeri 1 Hamparan Perak. Dari hasil ini diharapkan guru-guru pelajaran matematika umumnya dan guru metematika yang mengajar di setiap kelas agar supaya lebih meningkatkan pembelajaran operasi hitug kepada siswa agar pembelajaran operasi himpunan lebih dimengerti oleh siswa.]]>

<![CDATA[Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah Apa saja pedoman pidana dalam tindak pidana pencurian dengan pemberatan di Pengadilan Tinggi Negeri Kota Medan? dan bagaimanakah praktek penjatuhan pidana pada tindak pidana pencurian dengan pemberatan di Pengadilan Tinggi Negeri Kota Medan?. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pedoman pemidanaan pencurian kendaraan bermotorndengan pemberatan yang menjadi dasar Hakim memberi pertimbangan pemberatan pidana terhadap tindak pidana pencurian dan mengetahui praktek penjatuhan pidana dalam tindak pidana pencurian dengan pemberatan di Pengadilan Tinggi Negeri Kota Medan. Proses penjatuhan pidana pencurian dengan pemberatan ini dibagi dalam tiga tahap yaitu, sebelum persidangan, persidangan dan pelaksanaan putusan. proses tersebut dilakukan dengan pembuktian, yang meliputi penyelidikan, penentuan, pemeriksan dalam pelaksanaan persidangan, pengamatan dan pengawasan. Semua proses tersebut diatas merupakan kerjasama yang baik antar instansi hukum yang terkait dan memiliki wewenang khusus, seperti Hakim dalam hal ini diatur dalam UU No. 4 Th 2004 tentang Kekuasaan Kehakiman, wewenang Jaksa dalam penuntutan dan menjalankan putusan hakim yang diatur dalam UU No. 16 Th. 2004 tentang Kejaksaan Republik Indonesia dan peran Penyidik yang telah diatur dalam UU No 2 Th. 2002 tentang Kepolisian Negara Republi Indinesia. Dengan penelitian secara kualitatif, peneliti membatasi dan memfokuskan pada; Penelitian pemidanaan yang menjadi landasan hakim dalam memberikan pidana. Praktek penjatuhan penberatan pidana pada tindak pidana–pencurian kendaraan bermotor di Pengadilan Tinggi Negeri Kota Medan. Penelitian mengambil sumber data melalui pengamatan / obseravasi, wawancara, pencatatan sumber dan didukung data dari buku- buku literatur peraturan perundangan dan dokumen-dokumen resmi yang berhubungan dengan pertimbangan pemberatan pidana dalam tindak pidana pencurian. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini disarankan untuk mencegah terjadinya tindak pidana pencurian dengan pemberatan ,dapat dimulai dari antisipasi dan waspada pada diri sendiri. <![CDATA[The banking sector is now very advanced with the development of science and technology human beings. Human life is very mobile, it must demand a lifestyle that is practical and fast. BCA Bank is a private bank that is considered quite good, because it is the biggest and most reliable transactional bank in Indonesia. In general, the function ATM that is to make transactions of cash withdrawal as: to withdraw cash 24 hours a day, the customer does not depend on the hours of service of the bank, can be used as a debit card, free long queues, save time, because it no longer follow administrative procedures, more easily achieved because it is available in various strategic locationsBased on the research that has been done, the problems faced by PT. BCA Tbk is sebgai follows: "How far Utilization Of Function ATM Customer Service Improvement".The hypothesis is a temporary answer to the problems faced and be verifiable through analysis and evaluasi.Hipotesa dikemukan in connection with the issue is: "the level of use of the ATM facility at PT. BCA is still low, causing queues at the teller. "Data analysis was done by observation (observation) and interviews conducted by researchers with the authorities.Based on research done next, we can conclude the extent of use of ATM functions to the improvement of customer service are: ATM is a machine or device that serves as a bank service automatically, unable to withdraw money transfer and other bill payments. ATM as one of the bank's efforts to improve services to customers to more efficiently and effectively by optimizing communication network, so as to increase revenue and reduce queues at teller. PDM Indonesia merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang produksi yaitu produksi kertas rokok. Bahan baku utama yang digunakan perusahaan adalah pulp dan calcium carbonate.Agar dapat memenuhi permintaan konsumen perusahaan harus mampu menentukan jumlah persediaan yang harus disediakan. Untuk itu perlu dilakukan analisis jumlah persediaan yang optimal di PT. PDM Indonesia. Analisis persediaan dalam penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan Rantai Markov. Tujuannya adalah untuk memilih alternatif pemilihan pemesanan bahan baku yang menghasilkan jumlah bahan baku maksimum dengan biaya minimum.]]>

<![CDATA[Extension is an important activity in agriculture and extension process is spearheading the delivery of information and agricultural programs of government to be one determinant of the success of agriculture in Serdang Bedagai. Lack of agricultural extension workers of the task - the task of agricultural extension is not comparable with the managerial ability of extension workers such as extension workers who can not advance the farmer groups such as developing leadership skills, entrepreneurial and managerial capacity of farmers. Performance of agricultural extension in Serdang Bedagai decline is a phenomenon that should get the attention of the parties concerned.The aim of this study was to find the factors that affect the performance of the agricultural extension Bedagai Serdang. Find policy alternatives for improving the performance of agricultural extension Serdang BedagaiThis type of research is quantitative research. Questionnaires were distributed by purposive sampling to 103 extension agents who work in Serdang Bedagai.From the analysis, obtained that Based on the analysis of questionnaires distributed to 103 respondents, the value of the coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.840, which means 84% of the performance of agricultural extension is affected by the variable reward system, the availability of facilities and infrastructure, commodities dominant target area, while 16 % influenced by other variables. A significant difference between the variable awards simultaneously, the availability of facilities and infrastructure, the dominant commodities target area with the performance of agricultural extension. Based on testing in partial award, the availability of facilities and infrastructure, the dominant commodities target area a significant difference to the performance of agricultural extension. Variable award has the most dominant influence on the performance of agricultural extension.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini adalah perancangan sistem perencanaan jumlah produksi roti menggunakan metode fuzzy mamdani di Judens Bakery Medan Sumatra utara. Judens Bakery merupakan salah satu toko baru yang bergerak dibidang makanan. Judens Bakery sering mengalami ketidakstabilan permintaa n pasar terhadap produksi roti yang terkadang tinggi dan rendah. Hal itu menjadi permasalahan bagi Judens Bakery dalam menentukan perencanaan jumlah produksi roti. Sehingga Judens Bakery sering memproduksi roti dan kue yang berlebih. Akibatnya dapat membuat kerugian bagi pihak Judens Bakery karena roti dan kue yang sudah tidak layak dipasarkan akan dibuang. Untuk mengelesaikan permasalahan tersebut perlu diselesaikan dengan merencanakan jumlah poduksi roti berdasarkan jumlah persediaan dan jumlah permintaan dengan menggunakan metode fuzzy Mamdani. Perancangan sistem ini dibuat berbasis dekstop dengan bahasa pemrograman Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 dan database yang digunakan adalah microsoft acces. Berdasarkan rancangan sistem yang dihasilkan, maka dapat diket ahui rencana jumlah produksi dengan menerapkan metode fuzzy mamdani sehingga perusahaan dapat merencanakan jumlah produksi sesuai dengan jumlah permintaan. Dengan menggunakan aplikasi tersebut pihak Judens Bakery dapat merencanakan jumlah produksi roti lebih cepat, tepat dan efisien]]>

<![CDATA[This research is action research conducted in STIE LMII Medan. The subjects of the study were 34 students of second semester in academic year 2015/2016. The data of this research were qualitative in nature and quantitative as the supporting data. The qualitative data were collected by observing the teaching and learning process during the implementation of the action, interviewing the students and the English lecturer, and taking pictures of the teaching and learning process. The instruments used in this research were interview guidelines, observation sheet and camera. The results in this research show that the applying of authentic materials is effective to improve the students’ ability in learning English especially reading comprehension. The applying of these materials is effective when they were used together with authentic tasks which provide communicative activities. After the actions were implemented, the students showed some improvements. They could focus on the lesson and actively participated in the teaching and learning process. They got familiar with some reading strategies and could apply them. They were able to scan the detail information of the texts, deduce the meaning of unfamiliar words and understand information when not explicitly stated. They had more interest and motivation in reading. All the various activities made the class atmosphere more interesting. Key Words: Learning English, authentic material]]>

<![CDATA[Sistem pakar merupakan sistem yang berusaha mengadopsi pengetahuan manusia ke komputer, agar komputer dapat menyelesaikan masalah seperti yang dilakukan oleh para ahli. Dalam penggunaannya sehari-hari tentu ada saja masalah yang timbul pada kamera DSLR. Kerusakan kamera bisa terjadi karena human error, umur kamera. Tanpa pengetahuan yang baik dapat mengakibatkan kamera yang terbilang cukup mahal ini semakin rusak dan tidak dapat digunakan lagi. Minimnya pengetahuan yang dimiliki oleh masyarakat dapat menyebabkan penangan yang salah terhadap pemeliharan/ perawatan kamera DSLR dan hal ini akan berdampak fatal. Dengan itu maka digunakanlah metode Case Based Reasoning dalam mengidentifikasi kerusakan kamera dengan cara menganalisis masukkan gejala dan menghasilkan jenis kerusakan pada kamera pengguna.]]>
