Abstract

Rapid technological advances are currently demanding every store and company to create a business system that is more effective and efficient and good and fast service to every consumer. Therefore the application of information systems is needed that can help expedite the work process in the business system. Toko Ratu Alfamaz is a business entity engaged in trade. In improving and expediting the process of the purchasing system and the sales system, Toko Ratu Alfamaz needs a computerized system. because the system used is a conventional system. So that in running the system of buying and selling office stationery there are problems that often occur such as errors in calculating the total cost of purchase or total sales, the slow process of recording and searching data and the process of making reports requires a long time and the resulting inaccurate. Based on the conditions in Ratu Alfamaz's store, the authors designed an application system for purchasing and selling office stationery using the visual basic 6.0 programming language. The method used in this study is to use the method of observation, interviews and literature. And for software development methods using the waterfall method. The application of this information system is expected to reduce the level of errors that exist and help improve services to consumers to be more effective and efficient.

Abstract

The excess temperature in the inverter will cause a decrease in efficiency. The research of over temperature protection systems on solar power generation inverters using Arduino aims to design an over temperature protection system on PLTS inverters using Arduino so that there is no reduction in efficiency and prevents the inverter components from damage due to heating. The method used is an experimental method that is designing an over temperature protection system on the inverter to get good design results. The equipment used is solar panels, inverters, fan motors, L298N drivers, Arduino and batteries. The results showed that the over temperature protection system equipment on the PLTS inverter using Arduino was able to protect the over heating in the inverter, especially to increase the load from 272 watts to 532 watts with an increase in temperature of only 0.1 0C. For the use of an inverter for a long time, the temperature inside the inverter in the previous state greatly affects the temperature inside the inverter in the next state so that the temperature decrease along with the linear load decrease is difficult to achieve, especially at 630 watts with an inverter temperature of 37.6 0C, some time after that a decrease in load occurs until the load becomes 105 watts but the temperature value in the inverter has a value greater than the 630 watts loading that is equal to 37.9 0C

Abstract

Puskesmas Mensiku Binjai Hulu Village, located in the district of Sintang, West Kalimantan Province, is one of the government health agencies. payment. The Mensiku Health Center is in the patient health care system which is where patient service data is still recorded and stored in books which results in frequent errors in recording patient data. For this reason, the author tries to design a health service system (Siyana) at the Community Health Center to support me in the village of Binjai Hulu, Sintang, which until now has not been computerized. The design of this system is one of the good solutions to solve the existing problems at the puskesmas, thus providing faster and more effective services and also support for good patient data processing

Abstract

Due to the lack of information on the location of empty parking slots and the difficulty of users seeing empty parking slots in large parking locations, users need a relatively long time to find an empty parking slot. This study describes how to inform the location of empty parking slots and the number of parking slots available in a parking zone to parking managers and users with the XBee Pro S2C wireless networks. In this system the parking location is divided into 3 (three) zones and each parking zone is equipped with a sensor node consisting of Arduino Mega 2560, ultrasonic sensor HC-SR04, XBee ProS2C and ESP8266 . Sensor nodes for each zone detect empty parking slots, calculate the number of vehicles and send parking zone information to the monitoring center via a wireless network so that parking attendants can see parking information from each zone on the monitoring center computer. Parking information is also sent by the sink node to the webserver using ESP8266 and the ThingSpeak.com webserver so users can access parking information via the internet. By implementing Zigbee XBee Pro S2C network firmware can expand parking spot monitoring.

Abstract

Continuity of electricity service is a determining factor for customer satisfaction. Research on the implementation of the ATS (Automatic Transfer Switch) system between solar cells and PLN as a power supplier for household electrical loads aims to design an ATS system to provide electrical power to the load by maintaining continuity, reducing electricity consumption costs while reducing electricity dependence on PLN so electricity consumers can benefit from technical and economic aspects. The method used is an experimental method that is designing an electrical power supply ATS system to get good design results. The equipment used is solar panels, relays, inverters, contactors, transistors, Arduino and batteries. The results show that automatic transfer switches must pay attention to an accurate and meticulous design to avoid damage to the inverter. So that the continuity of electricity service is maintained. Electricity service using a solar cell system with 2 units of 100 Ah batteries and 6 units of 100 Wp solar panels can serve household electricity loads in the afternoon around 6:00 a.m. until the morning on average at 02:30 WIB. The use of ATS design using Arduino will switch directly to the PLN supply if the PLTS is not able to serve the load in the morning at 02:30 WIB, and likewise if during the daytime the PLN dies, PLTS will be able to serve the electricity load.

Abstract

New Student Admission Data Management (PPDB) Cakrawala Bojonggede Vocational School Bogor is currently still using a manual system in which prospective students are required to come directly to school and meet face to face with employees to register new students. The use of a manual system that has been implemented has not been effective for the PPDB committee, especially for parents who are busy and want to enroll their children in vocational level schools such as the Cakrawala Bojonggede Vocational School in Bogor. Student acceptance website not only acts as a media of information but also to expand the area of educational development in order to reach registrants who are in the distance to get information about this school and visitors will get information on school activities without having to come directly to the school so that it makes it easier for prospective registrants or committees. The new online student acceptance website is created with the waterfall development method, and uses the PHP Codeigniter Programming Language and MySQL, so that the site display becomes more interactive, and makes it easy for servers to process data and new information quickly on the acceptance of new students.

Abstract

The development of information system applications in Indonesia is currently experiencing rapid progress. The Indonesian community downloads and uses information system for investment, work, communication, shopping and many other activitie the other. It is estimated by experts for the future use of system  increased. The existence of investment in Indonesia is now growing, this is caused by the desire of the community to benefit in the future will com]. The lack of knowledge about investments owned by the community, the many criteria and alternatives in choosing investment will be a problem alone in an effort to choose the most ideal investment [2]. Decision support system built to help humans to help solve problems no structured and semi structured. Decision support information system development investment selection has the aim of helping the community or investors to choose the most appropriate and correct investment based on various criteria and alternatives predetermined to select various investments Stages of application development (1) needs analysis, (2) Design, (3) system implementation, (4) Support operations and (5) Evaluate Performance. Criteria and alternatives used in investment selection derived from prior research conducted by the author. Criteria consist of market risk liquidity, inflation, time period, investment value, return, income, while the alternative of investment are deposits, insurance, gold, shares, DPLK and mutual fund.

Abstract

One of the most important parts of a retail business or product distribution company is inventory management. Transactions with very large amounts in a certain period make the transaction data on sales, prices, and availability of goods must be managed properly. This study was delivered to facilitate the company in determining policies related to sales and availability of goods through the purchase pattern of association rules and sales predictions using the Moving Average method. Association rule is data mining techniques contained in the Apriori algorithm. This algorithm is able to shows random relationships in a number of transactions. The test resulted in three patterns of purchasing goods with the highest frequency namely Milo Activ-go UHT Cmbk 36x115ml, Bear Brand RTD Milk 30x189ml and Milo Activ-Go UHT Cmbk 36x190ml with values of 46.17%, 41.97% and 15.39%. The Moving Average result, sales predictions produce a total of 3669, 3280, and 2619 for each item that can be prepared in the next period. This can be a company's reference in predicting goods that are in demand or not, determine the number of sales and prioritize the procurement of goods based on the rules of the association produced.

Abstract

the implementation of real time clock (RTC) for the regulation of power services by PLTS aims to design the scheduling of power service systems by PLTS using Arduino and RTC so that power services can be optimized while at the same time making savings in electricity bills. The method used is an experimental method that is designing a power service system using Arduino and RTC to get good design results. The equipment used is solar panels, inverters, Arduino, RTC and batteries. The results showed that the implementation of the RTC for the regulation of PLTS power services starts at 17:00 WIB until 05:01 WIB or for 12 hours can serve household electricity needs of 1.887 Kwh, Voltage at 24 volt 100 Ah battery terminals for 12 hours loading down by 1.6 volts from the initial battery voltage of 25.1 volts to the final service voltage of 23.5 volts. Implementation of the RTC for the regulation of PLTS power services starting at 17:00 WIB until 05:01 WIB can save electricity consumption of PLN abouth Rp. 75,928.- per month assuming the electricity price of PLN is Rp. 1352 / Kwh.

Abstract

Implementation of Information Technology (IT Governance) in tertiary institutions has an important role in developing the Quality of Lecturers and Education Staff, especially Graduates and application of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) that they have in order to have maximum value. The convenience and improvement of services for stakeholders in the tertiary environment can be continuously improved by the application of targeted information technology. In order to maintain information technology as an added value in a tertiary institution, it is necessary to have a Governance Model so that all factors and dimensions related to Information Technology are synergized and able to provide added value and expected return on investment for tertiary institutions. The right IT Governance model for a university must be in line with the goal of IT Governance, which is able to align IT strategy with business strategies that exist in universities to improve the quality of graduates. This research is intended to develop ICT Standard Standards in Indonesian universities by using The Open Group Architecture Framework Architecture Development Method (TOGAF ADM) and Control Objectives for Information and related Technology (COBIT.5). TOGAF provides a detailed method description on how to build and manage and implement Enterprise Architecture (EA), while COBIT provides guidance for ICT management and governance. Both of these Frameworks are arranged in the hope of a comprehensive Management Model proposal so that it becomes a standard standard for every Indonesian tertiary institution.
