Abstract

Abstract Utilization of existing data in the information system to determine the prospective New Credit Marketing Officer (CMO) at PT. WOM Finance, it is not enough to only rely on operational data, we need a data analysis to explore the potential of existing information. In the system that is running at PT. WOM Finance in determining the new Credit Marketing Oficer (CMO) candidate still uses a simple system, namely by conducting interviews directly with CMO candidates. Sometimes a system like this still has many weaknesses including the chosen Credit Marketing Officer that does not meet the required criteria so that the Credit Marketing Officer can not work optimally because in the recruitment process only relies on the interview process and psychological testing. Based on the above problems, PT.WOM Finance requires a system that can help in determining potential employees to become CMOs, namely by building Data Mining applications using the association method. The results of this study are expected to help PT. WOM Finance in determining CMO candidates so that the determination of CMO can be done quickly, precisely and accurately.

Abstract

The superior class at SMP N 1 Galang has been formed with an entrance examination conducted by SMP N 1 Galang to new students. Excellent classes that have been formed are still considered to be less effective because there are some students who do not have to be placed and there are students who do need to be placed in excellent classes. The design of the application to analyze the pattern of formation of superior classes that have been formed by the school can later analyze existing student data and create new patterns as a better reference later. The application of data mining using the Iterative Dichtomizer 3 (ID3) method in analyzing patterns in superior classes is expected to provide better results for schools in placing high achieving students in the superior classes later. This application will later provide new information in the form of patterns which can later be a proposal for the SMP N 1 Galang to analyze superior class data so that students who are placed in the class are indeed entitled to be placed in superior classes in the coming new school year.

Abstract

Problems in the Selection of manpower during this time is done with a system that has not been computerized, so the process of selecting labor is slow. Often the error of the selection of candidates so that the workforce received less skilled and not in accordance with the wishes of the company. Design of a computerized decision support system Quality workforce using Fuzzy Weighted Product (F-WP) is expected to replace the old system. By using the criteria that are changed in the form of weight assessment so that the system can perform calculations that provide the speed of information in the form of a computerized system. Decision support system provides results in the form of information printed in the form of reports containing data of prospective workers based on the highest value to the lowest value, thus providing convenience for companies to hire quality labor.

Abstract

Tritura Jaya Travel is a company engaged in the field of transportation services. In improving services and developing companies, PT. Tritura Jaya Travel increased ticket sales. Problems arise when many bookings want to become tourists. Moreover, with so many assessment criteria, it adds to the problem and slows down the company's performance in making decisions. The solution to the problems mentioned above is by building a decision support system to assist in determining the right traveling tour package. The method chosen to support the solution to the problem above is Fuzzy Tsukamoto by giving weight to each of the selection criteria. This decision support system shows that with the advancement of science and technology can help companies in making the right choice in accordance with the correct consideration and calculation.

Abstract

Shamrock Manufacturing Corpora is one of the companies engaged in manufacturing. To produce good and satisfying goods is one of the important factors that become the company's principle. How to get good results in a product must be good in quality management. In the matter of quality management, the Acceptable Quality level value is very important in determining the feasibility of an item, so a Decision Support System is used with the Multi Factor Evaluation Process Method. The settlement method used in this study is the Multi Factor Evaluation Process. This method is implemented into the Visual Basic 2008 programming language, then the calculation is done by multiplying the weights with the value of the product criteria. After the multiplication results are obtained, each criteria will be totaled. With this system, the AQL Decision Support System program results can help provide AQL values quickly and accurately at PT. Shamrock Manufacturing Corpora.

Abstract

Cholesterol disease affects many people only, but does not rule out the possibility of cholesterol can also be suffered by thin people as well. However this does not mean that cholesterol is "bad" can not be avoided. The choice of dietary patterns is very necessary for people with cholesterol because it can reduce or prevent high cholesterol levels. The design of a decision support system application uses the Analyticalcal Hierarchy Process (AHP) method, using calorie, protein and charcoal hydrate criteria that are changed in the form of weighted assessments so that the system can perform calculations that provide speed of information in the form of a computerized system that is expected to help sufferers of cholesterol to knowing which foods are suitable for daily consumption. Decision support systems provide results in the form of information printed in the form of reports containing food data suitable for sufferers of cholesterol based on the highest value to the lowest value, thus providing convenience for patients to manage their daily eating patterns

Abstract

Palm oil is an important plantation commodity plant in Indonesia, to know the number and level of potential oil palm plants need to be grouped into several groups. With the support of technological development, the ability to collect and process data is also growing. Data mining, often also called knowledge discovery in database (KDD), is an activity that involves collecting, using historical data to find regularities, patterns or relationships in large data sets. The output of data mining can be used to improve future decision making. To be able to find out the potential level of oil palm garden based on plant area from each regency in North Sumatra, a system was made to determine the level of oil palm crop production using the K-maens Clustering Algorithm Thus the results of the research are expected to help the North Sumatra Province Central Statistics Agency and in particular the North Sumatra Plantation Office to find out which areas produce the potential level of palm oil production by district.

Abstract

At each agency or organization the police often carry out a series of placement or transfer activities. Mutations in a company or organization are carried out in particular interests of the company or its individuals. In this case, there are many members of the police who submit mutations so that the police have difficulty in determining which members are eligible to be transferred. Currently the development of technology is very rapid, computers are used not only as data processing but also as a solution to solve problems in various fields of science, one of which is a decision support system. Decision support systems have added value in assisting decision making by utilizing data and models to solve unstructured problems. In this case the decision support system is used to determine the mutation of tasks at the North Sumatra Regional Police office using the Multi Attribute Utility Theory method. The Multi Attribute Utility Theory is used to find the weighted sum of the performance ratings for each alternative based on the value of each criterion. Ranking is the final result of the calculation of the Multi Attribute Utility Theory method which determines whether or not a member of the Police will be transferred.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menemukan faktor-faktor yang yang menyebabkan minat wisatawan untuk menggunakan jasa biro perjalanan wisata Dior Tour sangat rendah dan menyusun alternatif strategi dan kebijakan yang dapat diimplementasikan oleh biro perjalanan wisata Dior Travel untuk meningkatkan jumlah pengguna jasa.Tipe penelitian ini adalah penelitian korelasional.Kuesioner dibagikan secara random kepada 100 orang yang mengetahui dan pernah menggunakan jasa Biro Perjalanan WisataDior Travel. Dari hasil analisis, diperoleh bahwa 62,5% keputusan pembelian paket tour dipengaruhi oleh kualitas layanan dan harga sedangkan 37,5% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Variabel kualitas layanan dan harga secara bersama-sama berpengaruh significant terhadap keputusan pembelian paket tour di Dior Travel variabelkualitas layanan dan variabel harga berpengaruh nyata secara parsial terhadap keputusan pembelian, dan variabel harga memiliki pengaruh paling dominan terhadap keputusan pembelian

Abstract

Penentuan tingkat kontribusi individu dalam menyelesaian tugas-tugas yang menjadi tanggung jawabnya perlu dilakukan secara objektif, transparan dan melalui sebuah metode khusus yang dapat dipercaya keakuratannya. Selain mengajar di dalam ruang kelas, seorang guru dituntut memiliki karakter seperti yang tersirat pada Tut Wuri Handayani. Permasalahan proses penilaian kinerja guru terjadi karena ketidakjelasan kriteria dan bobot penilaian. Sebuah metode pengambil keputusan (SPK) dapat membantu proses pengambilan keputusan yang optimal yaitu TOPSIS (Technique For Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution). Dalam menentukan penilaian kinerja guru disepakati kriteria penilaian Kriteria Penilaian kinerja guru: Kompetensi Pedagodik (K1), Kompetensi Kepribadian (K2), Kompetensi Sosial (K3), Kompetensi Proffesional (K4). Perolehan hasil akhir perhitungan TOPSIS menjadi Keputusan Penilaian Kinerja Guru dengan Status: Kurang Baik, Baik, dan Sangat Baik. Penilaian kinerja guru Sangat Baik yaitu Suyanto, SPd Total Nilai 0.815523 dan Rahmayuni Lubis, SPd Total Nilai = 0.75573.
