Abstract

Untuk menilai dan memilih karyawan yang professional dibutuhkan suatu Sistem yang dapat membantu manajer personalia dalam mengambil keputusan terhadap penilaian kinerja karyawan. Begitu juga yang terjadi pada perusahaan Moviegoers, manajer personalia begitu sulit untuk melakukan penilaian kinerja karyawan. Untuk itu, perusahaan membutuhkan suatu sistem yang efektif sebagai pendukung keputusan dari penilaian kinerja karyawan pada perusahaan Moviegoers. Sistem ini dibuat untuk membantu mempermudah manajer personalia dalam menentukan keputusan penilaian karyawan berprestasi berdasarkan kinerja. Sistem ini juga bisa digunakan sebagai pengarsipan data karyawan yang berprestasi pada perusahaan. Sistem pendukung keputusan ini dibuat dengan menggunakan metode AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) untuk peroses perhitungannya. Kriteria yang digunakan dalam pemilihan karyawan berprestasi berdasarkan kinerja di perusahaan Moviegoers ini adalah sebagai: Kejujuaran, Disiplin, Kualitas Kerja, Inisiatif dan Penampilan. Sedangkan sub keriteria pada setiap kriteria dinilai dari 1 sampai 5, yaitu: 1 = Sangat Baik, 2 = Baik, 3 = Cukup, 4 = Kurang, dan 5 = Buruk. Dengan menggunakan sistem pendukung keputusan ini, pemilihan karyawan berprestasi pada Perusahaan Moviegoers menjadi lebih efektif dan efisien serta menutup kemungkinan terjadinya kecurangan. Kata Kunci : SPK, AHP, Karyawan, Moviegoers

Abstract

Software usage in business world are growing. But as time passes, many problems occurs as both software users and software features that wished to be developed increases, such as performance problems and maintainibility problems. Theres some techniques that has been developed to solve these kinds of problem (such as MVC framework, Test-Driven Development, Domain-Driven Design) but sometimes these techniques criticized as adding more problems instead. In this journal we will present our findings from our research which utilizes two techniques that is Behavior-Driven Development and Event Sourcing and observes its effects in our“Assignment Management System” we’ve developed.

Abstract

Buying a smartphone is very coveted among the people, many models and types of smartphones of various brands confuse people to buy a smartphone that requires new knowledge to solve the problem. The method used in this research is a literature study of various smartphone prices starting from the website and local prices. The criteria used are price, memory space, Ram space and smartphone advantages. The results of this study show that smartphones are the best of various smartphones. with this the purchase of a smartphone can be done computationally using the Multi-Attribute Utility Theory (MAUT) method. MAUT method is a decision method to make the results more precise based on the attributes and criteria that are with the system utility. Furthermore, this method has features of the compensation method. attributes are independent of each other and qualitative attributes are transformed into quantitative attributes.

Abstract

Nowadays the development of technology in the field of computer science is growing rapidly. With the rapid development of technology in the field of computer science, information and data require a security and confidentiality because the information becomes a very valuable item. However, with the development of technology there are also many threats of crime against files that users have. One way to maintain the authenticity of information and data is to use hash cryptography. The hash function is an algorithm that converts text / messages into a series of random characters that have the same number of characters. The hash function is used to guarantee the authentication service of messages or files. Algorithms that use hash functions include MD5, SHA-1, SHA-2 (SHA - 224, SHA - 256, SHA - 384, SHA - 512) and others that have their advantages and disadvantages. In designing this application, the cryptographic algorithm used is the SHA-224 algorithm, because SHA-224 has a summary of variable sizes. The file hashing application using the Android-based SHA-224 algorithm, can help users to maintain the authenticity of files from users anywhere and anytime. Users can also compare the authenticity of user files with files that have been hashed.

Abstract

Narcotics in Indonesia especially in the surrounding terrain makes calculating the number of Narcotics users very difficult to do manually. Based on these problems, this research was conducted using data mining modeled with multiple linear regression that aims to estimate the number of Narcotics users. Data mining can be done for estimation by using a complete record that provides the value of the target variable as a predictive value. Estimation of the state (ups and downs) of the dependent variable (criterion), if two or more independent variables as predictor factors are manipulated (increased in value) is the Multiple Linear Regression method. In the process. Multiple Linear Regression illustrates the change in the value of the number of Narcotics cases (Y) caused by changes in the number of Narcotics cases not yet resolved (X1) when the number of Narcotics cases has dropped (X2) is constant, and vice versa. The system is applied showing the range of Y values derived from the sample is 79 - 61 = 18 (maximum value - minimum value), while the standardized side estimate is 1.105887, so it can be concluded that the Multiple Linear Regression method is accurate to be used as a predictor of the number the Narcotics case trial at the Deli Serdang District Attorney's Office in Pancur Batu can accurately be used with the Multiple Linear Regression method.

Abstract

Sexually transmitted diseases are diseases that attack humans and animals. Patients with sexually transmitted diseases in areas or cities continue to grow every year. At present the community has difficulty in knowing the symptoms or facts that are included in sexually transmitted diseases. Based on these problems, a software is designed to solve problems related to the diagnosis of sexually transmitted diseases by applying the fuzzy logic method. The programming languages used in the design of expert systems are PHP and Mysql databases. So it is hoped that the system can help the public to diagnose PMS easily and accurately

Coffee beans are the basic ingredient for PT. Arvis Sanda Sanni Indonesia. Export coffee beans supplied by various types of suppliers. The selection of export-quality coffee beans is carried out by the company only by looking at the seed sample data examined by the company. In this case the selection of export quality coffee beans seems manual and takes a long time. The design of decision support system applications in determining export-quality coffee beans using the method of Elimination Et Choix Traduisant la Realite (ELECTRE) method which takes criteria data based on general requirements, special requirements and coffee defect value of the company is expected to overcome the problems at PT. Arvis Sanda Sanni Indonesia. The final result expected from this decision support system application is information in the form of reports about the quality of the best exported coffee beans sorted by the data calculated on the system so that the best export coffee beans can be used as basic ingredients for the company.
