Abstract

Saat ini komputer telah banyak digunakan dalam dunia medis untuk membantu diagnosis suatu penyakit. Penyakit yang paling penting dan sering ditemukan adalah kolestrol. Pencegahan penyakit lebih baik dari pada pengobatannya. Oleh karena itu, pencegahan penyakit kolestrol ini diawali dengan pendiagnosaan dini. Salah satu teknik dalam mendiagnosis penyakit kolestrol ini adalah sistem pakar. Maka dari itu penelitian ini bertujuan menyusun sebuah sistem pakar yang digunakan untuk diagnosa awal penyakit kolestrol berdasarkan gejala yang dirasakan. Sistem akan menampilkan Besarnya kepercayaan gejala tersebut terhadap kemungkinan penyakit yang diderita pengguna. Besarnya nilai kepercayaan tersebut merupakan hasil perhitungan dengan menggunakan metode Certainty Factor(CF). Representasi pengetahuan yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah production rule. Metode inferensi yang digunakan untuk mendapatkan konklusi yaitu penalaran maju (forward chaining). Kata Kunci: Aplikasi, Penyakit, Diagnosis, Certainty Factor (CF).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui secara objektif tentang pengaruh antara kemampuan komunikasi interpesonal terhadap  prestasi belajar matematika siswa SMP Swasta PGRI 58 Tanjung Morawa Tahun Pelajaran  2015/2016. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 36 orang siswa. Alat pengumpul data yang digunakan adalah angket. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh ada pengaruh yang signifikan  antara kemampuan komunikasi  interpersoanal  terhadap prestasi belajar matematika siswa SMP Swasta PGRI 58 Tanjung Morawa Tahun Pembelajaran 2015/2016 dari koefisien  korelasi r sebesar  0,8315. Besar pengaruh  kemampuan komunikasi interpersonal terhadap  prestasi belajar  matematika dilihat dengan koefisien determinasi r2 sebesar 0,6914 atau 69,14%. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara kemampuan komunikasi interpersonal terhadap prestasi belajar matematika siswa SMP Swasta PGRI 58 Tanjung Morawa Tahun Pembelajaran 2015/2016.

Abstract

Implementation Bolocking proxy router Rb site in 2011 With Using a proxy web stie-Musi Rawas In Lubuk Linggau.on currently stie Musi Rawas network is not equipped with adequate security firewaal so that today many abuses of the Internet that led to such negative, his banayak Site not filtered by a network system in stie-musi Rawas Lubuklinggau so many who misuse the internet as open sites that are prohibited opened or negative sites. With the blocking of these sites students or educators and education personnel could not open negative sites anymore, because the site is already terblikir by using proxy os designed to block sites that are considered negtive and dilekapai with a feature of the router is very effective for blocking sites and network security. In this study, using several tools to support this study as one unit mikrotik router rb 2011 which is used mainly as a network server, one laptop for performing settings on the router, one fruit swich to the distribution network per computer and 2 wireless to the spread of the Internet network through signal wireles or a wireless internet connection and an internet connection in the can from Indonesian telecoms. Keywords: Block sites using webproxy Mikrotik

In entering competition the quality and predicate best the national and the quality of graduates, college trying to use information technology as an instrument for might win this competition. That information technology can be used in full and supports the system in college, it takes the assessment many it regularly. One method of conducting evaluation of the performance of the department of information technology is to use the framework cobit 5 as yardstick efficiency in the use of information technology currently consisting of 5 ( five ) domain namely: Evaluate, Direct and Organise (EDM),  Align, Plan And Organise (APO), Build, Acquire and Implement (BAI),  Deliver, Service and Support (DSS),  Monitor, Evaluate and Assess (MEA) A measuring instrument his as. With this method, researchers trying to make it blueprint as the end result of utilization of information technology in college , so the management can plan exactly how of development of information technologies company to the next few years .An evaluation, known level capabilities inside the area mea and apo is entirely located at the level of 1 (performed) with the level of the target to be achieved is the level of 3 (established). Weakness governance information technology in STMIK Pelita Nusantara Medan is the lack of formalisasi rules and procedures management information technology. To reduce gap between capability the current level was level and capability to be achieved, so STMIK Pelita Nusantara Medan must meet PA2.1, PA2.2, PA3.1 and PA3.2, that capability the current level was that is at the level of 1 could rise to the level of 3. Along with that, STMIK Pelita Nusantara Medan moved closer to the purpose.Keywords: IT Governance, COBIT 5, Audit, Competency Gap Index (CGI).

Abstract

Health is important for every living thing, especially humans. there are several things that are important in maintaining health, including eating high-energy foods and foods that have vitamins. However, sometimes the disease can not be guessed. Disease can attack our bodies, especially diabetes.Diabetes is a disease that lasts a long time or chronic, and is characterized by high blood sugar (glucose) levels or above normal values. If diabetes is not well controlled, it can cause various complications that can endanger the lives of patients. Because this disease is dangerous, so not just drugs can cure this disease. Appropriate drugs are needed to treat this disease, drugs that are suitable for this disease can be seen based on which drugs are often purchased by patients. Therefore we need a data collection algorithm / basket that has high accuracy. Apriori is one of the data collection algorithms using a basket that has a high accuracy that reaches 80%. The data we use in this study reached 1000 drug data but only 27 types of diabetes drugs that we use. and consists of 365 contractions.The purpose of this study is to recommend which drugs are most suitable for patients by finding which drugs are often purchased at Royal Prima Indonesia Hospital. The application that researchers use in this study is the WEKA application.

Abstract

The performance appraisal system is a system to evaluate all resources whether those resources have run following the standards set by management in achieving its objectives. But the need for a mechanism that can facilitate the process of evaluating the performance of educators, and the results of the performance appraisal need to be recorded on an information technology system so that the process of evaluating the performance of educators can be processed quickly and objectively is still an obstacle. The purpose of this study is to obtain an application system design assessment of the performance of educators. The waterfall is a method used in system development. The 360-degree method and k-nearest neighbour are used as models to calculate the performance appraisal of the teaching staff. Sources of data in this study include Questionnaire, DP3 (Daftar penilaian pelaksanaan pekerjaan pegawai). The results of this study are the application of the teacher performance appraisal system has met the feasibility based on black box testing and can assess the performance of educators quickly and objectively.

Abstract

The diagnosis of diarrhea and dysentery diseases, is felt to be almost the same and there is no difference. Diarrhea is a disease that is still common in childhood and even becomes one of the many diseases that cause death in children. Dysentery is a digestive system disorder that occurs due to inflammation of the large intestine which is characterized by abdominal pain and defecation repeatedly and causes the sufferer to lose a lot of fluids. The initial symptoms before consultation with a doctor can be overcome by an expert system that can make conclusions and drug solutions that must be consumed to alleviate them so as to prevent death as well as a fatal result of diarrhea and dysentery. Data collection was carried out with observations from several previous journals relating to the expert system regarding diarrhea and dysentery. While the development method uses RAD (Rapid Application Development). The data analysis method uses forward chaining, which is continuous sequence (asking for symptoms and then concluding). The design uses several UML diagrams including use case and sequence diagrams and use ERD (Entity Relationship Diagram) too. This research is expected to provide appropriate early treatment for children affected by dysentery or diarrhea. For further research, it is hoped that the process of adding a history of diarrhea and dysentery to all patients.

Abstract

In determining the credit worthiness of a customer, a method is needed so that the results of the assessment carried out by the credit analysis department are accurate, so that the applicant can be predicted whether it will become a customer with a smooth or problematic payment. In this study, two algorithms were compared, namely the C4.5 algorithm and Naive Bayes. The algorithm will be applied to credit payment data labeled current and problematic customers. From the research results, the accuracy of the C4.5 algorithm is 87.62% while the accuracy obtained for the Naive Bayes algorithm is 90.00%. So it can be concluded, in this study that the Naive Bayes algorithm has higher accuracy than the C4.5 algorithm.
