Abstract

Internet gives every body in the world more easily, quickly, cheaper and acurately acess to reach the wide geographical area. Business and finance information representation based on internet can be more fleksible and suitable on user needs to support their business decision making.Information technology growth especially internet was impact corporate information representation from traditional to Internet Financial Reporting (IFR). Beside that, there is many companies efforts to reduced the asimetry information by using company’s websites to cast information deal with that company. The research objectives is to knows the effect of the IFR practical and level of website’s information cast on companies stock exchange frequencies. The result showed that IFR and level of website’s information cast has a positif and significant effect on companies stock exchange frequencies.

Abstract

Financial bookkeeping will result in a more informative financial report in order to provide complete information to third parties. But in practice the owner of SMEs are unable to provide financial information in the absence of financial statements. Low quality of human resources and lack of understanding of financial statements are the reason why SMEs owners do not make financial reports. This study aims to analyze financial bookkeeping that has been done and designed a simple financial bookkeeping model for the owner of SMEs semi-modern cluster bakso in the city of Semarang. The research method used is qualitative with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews conducted on key informants. Informants in this study are the owner of SMEs bakso in the city of Semarang. Data analysis techniques using Miles and Hubermans model with stages include: data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing/verification. While the data validity test using credibility test through extension of observation and trianggulasi.

Abstract

Declining student achievement happens in SMK Pelita Nusantara 1 Semarang estimated as maximal performance of teachers in guiding students. The ability of teachers views of education and training is still less than the maximum because of the lack of opportunity to follow pendididikan and training. Census method used in this study. The fourth hypothesis proposed in this study are all accepted. Results of research by multiple linear regression analysis showed that the most dominant variable is the motivation to work with the highest regression coefficient, amounting to 0.433 followed by a variable commitment, amounting to 0.281; and variable working capability of 0,260. The coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.577, or (57.7%), describes the work motivation, commitment and ability to work simultaneously affect the performance of teachers. While the rest (100% - 57.7% = 42.3%) is explained by other variables outside of the variables studied.

Abstract

This research aims to prove and explain the influence of corporation, enterprise age, education level, foreign language mastery, number of labours, production capacity and promotion activation to ward export market orientation of batik lasem industry. The tehnigue of data analysis used in this study is logistic regression model. The result of this study shows that the variable of foreingn language mastery influences significantly in predicting export market orientation. While variable of corporation, enterprise age, number of labours, production capacity, promotion activation are not proved to give significant influence in predicting export market orientation. This study is expected to add other factors that are estimated able to predict export market orientation like product quality and capital.

Abstract

PD. BPR BKK located in Rembang regency plays important role in local development, and has function as banking intermediation institution in order to improve public prosperity and wealth, in a case of capitalization for lowclasspeople in particulae, and under midleclass people in general.In its operations, PD BPR BKK of Rembang regency shows significant improvement relating to several aspects, including Assets, Capitalization, Productive Assets Quality (Earning), Thirt Party (s)’ Credit, and Profit.Banking as one of financial institutions playing important role in development program, must have good performance. One of important aspects of measuring banking perfomance is efficiency that can be improved by reducing cost in production process. Achieved efficency reflects good quality of permance. In general, performance of all financial institutions can be measured in thesame way. Evaluation includes bank’s health and productivity level , insurance, cooperation based on the existing legislation. Relating to banking sector, it is common to run evaluation of health level based on indonesian Bank (BI) requirements relation to aspects of capitalization, assets quality, management, earning, and liquidity, or known as CAMEL .

Abstract

The principal purpose of the present paper is to investigate the association between the efficiency of value added Intellectual Coefficient (VAIC) by the major components of a manufacture enterprise resource base {employee capital (CEE), human capital (HCE) and structural capital (SCE)} and ROA as dimension of manufacture enterprise financial performance. The traditional dimension of financial performance is profitability and market valuation. The study used 32 manufacture enterprises data drawn from Jakarta Stock Exchange (JSX) reporting period 2008-2010. The paper used two models to testing, the first between the Value Added Intellectual Coefficient (VAIC) as the efficiency measure of three intellectual capital components and financial performance. The second model explores the relation between every intellectual capital variables as independent variables and market valuation. The result is VAIC have relation with financial performance, but have’nt relation with market valuation.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine about the impact of banks health rating with RGEC method and asset quality on the stock price. This research is quantitative with use secondary data. Dependent variable in this research is stock price, while independent variable in this research is risk profile factor is proxied by non performing loan (NPL) ratio, the result of self –assessment good corporate governances (GCG) factor, earnings factor are proxied by return on asset (ROA) ratio, return on equity (ROE) ratio, capital factor is proxied by capital adequacy ratio (CAR), and asset quality factor is proxied by non performing asset (NPA) ratio. The sample in this research is 15 banks of company are listing in BEI with observation 3 years. For sample is using purposive sampling method. Data analyzed with descriptive statistical test, multiple linier regression test, classical assumption test, goodness of fit, and data processed by SPSS. The result in this research indicated that NPL and CAR are haven’t effect to stock price, GCG, ROA,and ROE are have positives effect to stock price, while NPA is have negative effect to stock price.
