This study aims to determine whether organizational commitment, job stress and career growth affect the intention of employee turnover at PT. Kini Jaya Indah and analyze the most dominant factors and affect the intention of employee turnover at PT. Kini Jaya Indah. Population in this research is employees at PT. Kini Jaya Indah. Samples taken as many as 73 respondents by using strata sampling technique, namely the collection of sample members of the population that has the characteristics that there is a division of population into several classes, categories or groups.Based on research indicate that: there is no influence of organizational commitment to employee turnover intention, there is positive influence of work stress to employee turnover intention, there is no influence growth career to employee turnover intention, coefficient of determination equal to 0,541 or 54,1% indicating that between organizational commitment (X1), work stress (X2) and career growth (X3) can simultaneously explain employee turnover intention (Y) in PT. Kini Jaya Indah is 54.1%, while the rest 45.9% is influenced by other variables that are not examined.

This study aims to formulate the developing strategy alternative implemented in Batik Tulis Lasem enterprises. Data analysis used is SWOT Analysis. SWOT matrix result shows that developing strategy for Batik Tulis Lasem industry is SO strategy (agresive strategy), the strategy that uses strength to make use the available opportunity. This strategy implemented marketing line development by exploiting networking, developing quality control and improving productivity using modern technology.

The SMK Pelita Nusantara 1 Semarang’s effort to realize their vision and mission is a very hard duty, that needs good performance from all of component itself. Performance is good work or output of work that is produced by employee’s capacity and wish for produce output that matchwith plans or standards of work to be defined. Many factors that influenced performance such as leadership and communication. The purpose of this study is to describe and to analize the relationship between : (1) Tranformational leadership with performance of employees at SMK Pelita Nusantara 1 Semarang; (2) Communication with performance of employees at SMK Pelita Nusantara 1 Semarang; and (3) Tranformational leadership and communication with performance of employees at SMK Pelita Nusantara 1 Semarang. Population in this study is the 40 teachers of SMK Pelita Nusantara 1 Semarang. Because it’s small population, so used total sampling or sensus research. Tool of analisys that is used to get research’s goals is inferential analysis (correlation Rank kendall Tau b and Rank Kendall W).The research’s resultant prove that : (1) Coefisien of correlation between tranformational leadership with performance of employees 0,301; (2) Coefisien of correlation between communication with performance of employees 0,303; and (3) Coefisien of correlation between tranformational leadership and communication with performance of employees 0,780.

The purpose of this study is to compare financial performance and stock performance of Seasoned Equity Offerings through financial ratios and stock return. Population of this research are the 28 entities that listed in that listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. With purposive sampling method, at last 10 entities selected.The dimensions of financial performance include liquidity ratio, leverage profitabilitas turnover and market ratio, hereas stock performance includes stock return.Statistics were tested to find the defference performance variable before and after SEO by using SPSS ver. 16 The result shows that Net Profit Margin experience the descent that indicates the defferences after offerings. Paired Sampel t-test shows that there is no defference for the period before and after SEO. Anova tested shows that there is the difference in financial ratios and stock ratios before and after SEO.

Generally, o company’s main purpose is obtaining profit or certain gain as maximum as possible, and sustaining for furiher improving the company’s position in the market for its longterm objective. The purpose can be achieved when the company’s selling con be held os what this has been arranged and this has been planned before. Thus, this does not mean that every company’s product or service purchased by the customers, will always bring financial benefit for the company. In this area, there are several factors should be a company’s awareness.A superior competence in understanding the customers would give a company chances to set aside its customers’ satisfaction, as a company’s ability in identifying its competitor’s moves. Sfudy Day and Nedimgodi explain that firms which are able to control the market; called as morkef driven firms; are the companies which are able to balance the two orientations well,with the result a better marketing performance, compared to other componies. The coordination between functions within the company as efforts of customers and competitors information sharing, to face the more complex competition.

This study aims to determine the quality of products, pricing policies and promotion of purchasing decisions either partially or simultaneously to consumers in Matahari Department Store Tbk Semarang. The object of this research is consumer in Matahari Department Store Tbk Semarang. Data was collected in March 2017 with a questionnaire or questionnaire obtained from consumers at Matahari Department Store Tbk Semarang. Data analysis tools used are multiple linear regression analysis and significance test using t test and F test.The results showed that partially product quality and promotion have a significant influence on purchasing decision. But pricing policies have no significant partial effect on purchasing decisions. However, in the F test or simultaneous product quality, pricing and promotion policies have a significant effect on purchasing decisions

Among the resources that supports the organization is human resources that have a central role. The central role of human resources is due to any shape and purpose made by various organizations for the benefit of human vision and mission execution is managed and taken care of humans, so if an organization wants to be able to achieve its goals by both the organization must be supported by human resources quality.The object of this research was conducted at the District Office employees Gunungpati. The population in this study were employees of the District Office Gunungpati and sampling using census techniques that produce samples totaling 68 employees. The data analysis technique used is the use of multiple linear regression analysis techniques.The results showed that there is a positive and significant influence of motivation variable (X) against compensation (Y1), there is a positive and significant effect of motivation variables (X2) on employee performance (Y2) and there is a positive and significant effect of variable compensation (Y1) on employee performance (Y2).

This research aims to find out how the influence of the environmental performance and the level of disclosure of Sustainability Report to investors in the period around the date of the publication of the report PROPER and Sustainability Report on the mining and manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). In this study an indicator that is used to author the PROPER ranking of environmental performance, to measure Sustainability Report disclosure there is an indicator of economic performance, environmental performance and social performance. As for the indicators used to measure the reaction of investors represented by the Cumulative Abnormal Return. The methods used in this research is descriptive and verifikatif methods. The population of this research is a company manufacturing and mining were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2009-2010. Based on purposive sampling technique was then taken as many as 15 of the sample company. Statistical analysis used was multiple linear regression. The test results of the three hypotheses are: the first that environmental performance does not have a positive influence on investor reaction, the latter of which States that the disclosure of Sustainability Report has no effect on the reaction of investors was positive, and the third States that the environmental performance and Sustainability Report disclosure simultaneously have no effect on the reaction of investors on the company’s manufacturing and mining are registered on the IDX.

In this article, we learned about ethical theory. First, Corporate Ethical Index and empirically assess the impact of corporate ethical identity (CEI) on a firm’s financial performance (market-to-book values). Drawing on formulations of normative and instrumental stakeholder theory, we argue that firms with a strong ethical identity achieve a greater degree of stakeholder satisfaction (SS), which, in turn, positively influences a firm’s financial performance. We analyze dimensions of the CEI of firms applied ethics. Our results indicate that whereas applied ethics hasn’t an impact through the improvement of firm performance.

Upon, the corporation focus in a bussiness was to get financial adventages only. The bussinessman have not been demanded to give attention to the effect of their corporations services to the steak holder (either directly nor indirectly). Now, the corporations services cannot be run any more without regarding the internal surrounding (employees, investors) or external surrounding (public and environment). To show the attention process with the recycled residue which is not polluse the environment and to many ways to conserve the environment.The corporations attentions to the environment must be in creased in reformation era which is showed by the transparancy increase. The corporation which do not have the social and environment attention will get many obstacles such as getting public go strike, even the corporation will be stopped producting by the authority.
