JURNAL AT-TIBYAN adalah Jurnal Ilmu Alquran dan Tafsir yang diterbitkan oleh Jur/Prodi Ilmu Alquran dan Tafsir Fakultas Ushuluddin, Adab, dan Dakwah IAIN Langsa. Jurnal ini diterbitkan dua kali dalam setahun yaitu pada bulan Juli dan Desember. Jurnal ini memiliki spesifikasi keilmiahan dan publikasi serta mengkomunikasikan hasil penelitian-penelitian para dosen dan praktisi yang berkaitan dengan ruang lingkup studi ilmu-ilmu Al-Quran dan tafsir.

<![CDATA[The study of interpretation in the disruption era is done to avoid the error of interpretation so that it does not correspond to the intent of the content of the Qur'an. This is because the Qur'an as the miracle of the Prophet Muhammad saw. contains extraordinary beauty and greatness as a guideline for human beings. The rule of interpretation of the Qur'an in the disruption era is a decree that helps an interpreter or exegetes to withdraw the meaning/messages of the Qur'an and explain what is a misconception of the verses content in relation to the increasingly unexpected changes. The rules of the Qur'anic exilence can be used as guidelines in this disruption era can refer to the view of Abd ar-Rahman ibn Nasir Al-Sa'adi in his books Al-Qawaid Al-Hisan Al-Qur'anic Tafsir as quoted by Abd. Rahman Dahlan that there are five rules of the Qur'an interpretation. Meanwhile, Muhammad Chirzin in his book presents twelve rules of interpretation of the Qur'an that can be used as a guideline in the disruption era. Meanwhile, the importance of the interpretation of the Qur'an in the disruption era, namely; First, it can help a person's interpreter in revealing the expressed or implied meaning in the Qur'an, so that it can do it reveal what if it is still vague and unclear. Secondly, in order not to give the etymological meaning of the pronunciation of the Qur'an with other meanings that are not appropriate, both in the meaning of the essence and the meaning of majazi.]]>

<![CDATA[This article discusses about the Living Quran study of recitation of wirid al-Ma?ts?r?t at Abu Bakar Senior Boarding School Kulon Progo. It focuses on the practice of wirid al-Ma?ts?r?t which is read routine by students at the school. This phenomenon, which has been going on since the school was founded, has positive values for students. They feel the positive impact of the tradition of reciting it in accordance with the function of the Koran as al-dzikr (to remembrance of Allah) and al-syif?? (to treat for illness). With the Living Quran method, which is presented by descriptive-analitically method the result is indicate that interaction with the Koran in the form of recitation can provide peace of mind for the reader, whether recited individually or in congregation.]]>

<![CDATA[Development of reason or innovative creative thinking in Islamic education so far has been seen as not having a normative and theological foundation in the Koran so that it is clashed with the development of morals that already have a normative basis in the Koran, namely qolb. This study analyzes the concept of ?Aql in the Koran as a normative-theological foundation for critical, creative and innovative thinking in Islamic education. The approach in this study is a qualitative type of library research. The data source in this study is the interpretation of the Qur'anic verses about the activities of thinking or berpikir ?Aql, such as thinking (fikr), pondering (taddabur), understanding (tabashshur), understanding and so forth. The data analysis technique used in this study is interpretive hermeneutics. Qur'anic verses about neuroscience can be traced through key terms that refer to brain activity. The results showed that the interpretation of neuroscience verses can be traced through the concepts of tafakur, tadabur, ta'aqul, and so on. The interpretation of the concept of ?Aql in the perspective of neuroscience can be a theological normative foundation in the development of critical, creative and innovative thinking in Islamic education. the results of this study will have implications for the paradigm of Islamic education which was originally only oriented to developing dichotomic qolb-based morals into the development of the critical thinking potential of students who are more holistic with a more scientific approach.]]>

<![CDATA[Nushuz is a wife's that disobedience to the husband. Nushuz?s wife to the husband mentioned in QS. An-Nisa' [4] : 34. Indirectly in that verse also has been mentioned in tandem with a way to educate the wife of the nushuz. Many of the differences mentioned by the commentators to provide solutions regarding the wife who is nushuz. But, what is at the heart of the settlement is the final method, wadribuhunna (hitting). The concept of wadribuhunna mentioned by Wahbah Zuhaili is to beat by not injuring his wife while the concept of wadribunna. Muhammad Quraish Shihab is to look at the situation between men and women today, which is equal, so hitting is not the last way, but the right way is to give a gesture that can provide subtle education to wives who are nushuz. However, the two commentators have the same goal of the meaning of wadribuhunna, namely to apply the concept of islah that exists in the area of ??distribution of each interpretation.]]>

<![CDATA[This paper aims to explore the paradigm shift in the interpretation of the Qur'an in the classical and contemporary eras in the path of interpretation of Ibn Kathir and Fazlur Rahman. The focus in this study examines the causes of shifts in interpretation and contextualization of the interpretation model. The type of research is library research so that in this study using qualitative (descriptive-analytical) research, it is research that describes the object to be critically examined, and looks for the roots of the character's thoughts. The approach that I want to use in this study is historical-analytical, that is, according to historical roots analytically the shift in interpretation occurs. The results of this study indicate that, the interpretation of interpretation in the classical and contemporary era of interpretation is caused by the shifting paradigm, namely the birth of a new methodological concept to prove the suitability between text and social relaity. The argumentation of Ibn Katsir's interpretation of the "Classical Era" The main characteristic of his interpretation model is the textual pattern based on the interpretation of bil ma'tsur. Second, the interpretation of Ar-ra'yi. While Fazlur Rahman "Contemporary Era" can prove interpretation as an effort to solve problems in answering various challenges of the times. This is due to the emergence of a variety of interpretive approaches including: contextual orientation in interpretation, interpretation as social transformation, and gender analysis as an effort to seek justice.]]>

<![CDATA[Amtsal is one of the redaction diversity and uslub al-Qur'an which is very interesting because it is the media of divine messages transformation order to more quickly get to the soul. The metaphor verses provides an opportunity that is wide enough to be interpreted. However, in interpreting the Qur'an need to contextualise and actualization of that Qur'an feels more alive. And one of commentary books with contextual model is Tafsir al-Manar. When it is compared with the works of other commentators, the Muhammad 'Abduh's work give high appreciation of the study of the verses that is categorized as amtsal so in this study were directed to examine the interpretation of amtsal mus}arrah}ah verses in Tafsir al-Manar especially those of the hypocrites. The interpretation presented by 'Abduh about the hypocrites differ with the interpretation of the scholars in general. Some scholars built hypocritical concept on the understanding of theology, while the interpretation of 'Abduh built on the pattern adabi ijtima‘i thus giving birth to a new understanding of the concept of the hypocrites in the Qur'an.]]>

<![CDATA[In this paper, some methodologies were identified that have traditionally been used by the Muslims to read the Al-Qur’an. Then, it is shown how the methodology that led to mix between the Koran and secondary religious texts, as well as resulting in the marginalization of the Koran in Muslim religious discourse, whereas the Al-Qur’an itself has a unique status as the holy book of Islam. In analyzing about textuality, studied two conceptualizations of the relationship, ie, between the word of God and the times, and the conservative approach and progressive approach, the following impact on the interpretation of the Koran. Finally, we review some of the historical trend in the formation of knowledge, methods, and religious significance, to highlight the role of the state and the entire community in the process of interpretation.]]>

Memahami al-Qur’an diperlukan ilmu tafsir, yaitu sebuah seperangkat ilmu yang digunakan dalam membaca dan memahami al-Qur’an. <![CDATA[Persentuhan kaum muslimin dengan buku-buku yang bersumber dari Barat setelah upaya penerjemahan menimbulkan upaya penafsiran yang bernuansa sains (tafsir saintifik/’ilmi). Sebagian cendekiawan/ulama Muslim menganggap seluruh ilmu yang ada bersumber dari al-Quran. Ada upaya justifikasi bahwa al-Quran memuat segala ilmu; agama dan umum. Ulama tafsir juga mengambil bagian dalam upaya penafsiran menggunakan pendekatan ilmiah. Artikel ini mengulas dasar kemunculan tafsir ’ilmi, Tantawi al-Jauhari sebagai salah satu tokoh mufasir yang paling fanatik menggunakan nuansa ’ilmi dalam tafsirnya Al-Jawahir fi Tafsir al-Qur’an al-Karim serta metodologi penafsiran dan pandangan-pandangan para pakar terkait pendekatan ilmiah. Sejatinya penafsiran secara ilmiah tidak diperlukan bila dimaksudkan untuk melegitimasi teori-teori ilmu pengetahuan yang sifatnya relatif dan nisbi. Ilmu manusia yang bersifat temporal dan berubah-ubah berdasarkan eksperimen tidak mungkin dihukumkan pada al-Quran yang sudah final dan permanen.]]>
