SENATIK merupakan jurnal proceeding seminar nasional teknologi informasi dan kedirgantaraan yang dikelola Pusat Penelitian,dan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (P3M) Sekolah Tinggi Teknologi Adisutjipto Yogyakarta. Jurnal ini diterbitkan dalam jangka waktu setahun sekali, dalam bentuk off line/ buku cetak dan on line dengan E-ISSN 2528-1666, digunakan untuk publikasi karya ilmiah, peneltian, tesis dan desertasi dari dosen dan calon dosen. Jurnal dari SENATIK ini juga terindeks ke crossref dengan nomor doi 10.28989 sehingga artikel yang dipublikasikan memiliki nilai yang lebih. P5M is a readiness inspection activity such as the attributes and attendance of students before practicing. Students whose attributes are incomplete will be recorded in P5M sheet. Each attribute has a violation point or hour minus. P5M data, will recapitulate the number of hours minus. Constraints that occur in the Astra Manufacturing Polytechnic, namely the filling process of P5M sheets is still manual. This causes the time required to recapitulate minus hours to be long, which is on average 5 minutes. This causes the process of renewing the number of hours minus students and the process of paying hours minus being hampered. To overcome this, an Android-based P5M information system was made. This information system was developed using the Extreme Programming methodology and the MySQL database. With the P5M information system, it can eliminate the process of recapitulation of minus hours and reduce paper usage.

Lagging villages are areas that are generally located in districts that are relatively underdeveloped and have relatively underdeveloped populations compared to other regions on a national scale. Batin III Ulu District Bungo has 9 (nine) villages which have promising space potential including abundant forest resources, natural tourism, agricultural land and plantations. Village development has not yet had an optimal impact and there are still disadvantaged families in each village in Bathin III Ulu Subdistrict. Development of application mapping of disadvantaged villages and underprivileged families in Bathin III Ulu Subdistrict, Bungo District, Jambi Province is a qualitative research that aims to support the government in accelerating the implementation of services for underdeveloped villages and underprivileged families. Automated learning stage to determine mapping of disadvantaged villages and underprivileged families through the application of Artificial Neural Network (ANN) as an adaptive system to model complex relationships between input and output to find patterns in the data and collaboration with Leaflet.Js as a library used for making thematic spatial maps that can emphasize priority objects to be addressed immediately. The application is built on a web-based basis so that users can easily access it anywhere and anytime as a reference in determining future development policies.

The production process is a way to increase the usefulness of an item and service using existing production factors. The decision making process to determine the amount of production, especially in the business world contains risks. It needs to be supported by careful calculations so that the risk of loss can be avoided. Industri associations tofu "Waluyo" in Seyegan who still determines the amount of production manually. From the above problems a Decision Support System (DSS) was made using Sugeno's fuzzy method. In this DSS there are three variables modeled, namely, inventory variables, demand variables and production variables. The demand variable consists of two fuzzy sets, the inventory variable consists of two fuzzy sets and 4 rules which are the production rules used by Industry associations tofu "Waluyo" in determining the amount of production. Based on the acuracy test using the MAPE (Mean Absolute Percentage Error) method obtained a value of 5,3069% or below the error rate of 10%. So this system can be applied in determining the amount of tofu production in the tofu industri community in Seyegan.

At the Computing Laboratory Adisutjipto College of Technology (STTA) there are switch devices and several personal computers connected directly to the server, so that the equipment in the laboratory can be used by students, employees and lecturers freely to explore the world without borders (internet) by utilizing the STTA bandwidth. The absence of a security system in the laboratory, users can use bandwidth without administrator permission to carry out activities that are not in accordance with the provisions of bandwidth usage in the STTA environment, thus disrupting Practical activities in the Laboratory. Many techniques can be done in minimizing the crime rate or the use of irresponsible users in this network, one technique that will be used to secure local networks is to use security ports on the switch. With port security implemented in the Laboratory STTA computing theft or excessive bandwidth usage can be reduced 70,19% and the use of Unshielded twisted-pair (UTP) cables with unregistered computer devices can be prevented.

Improving the quality of learning is one of the things that must be achieved in the college academic process. To achieve this, monitoring and evaluation of the results of the learning process is needed, namely by looking at student performance. Based on this, the research aims to develop a university data warehouse with student performance objects that will be used by the board application for the monitoring process. The application was successfully developed with several main features, namely: a) displaying the number of students based on year, region and the entrance to college, b) displaying a comparison of the number of students in each academic year based on student status , d) display student performance every academic year and e) KPI values based on needs analysis. These features have been tested using the blackbox approach and the test results show that the features work properly and produce outputs in corresponding to the test scenario.

As one of the products of google, google drive software can be worn and used by computer users who have access to the Internet by using a gmail account. With this account also users of android based smartphone which is also a product of google google drive can access using the equipment. The easier and cheapness of the equipment that is used as cloud computing services to support the academy. This service is an application of academic information used by parents of students to access academic information in the form of academic data. The main source of data from a web server and is designed to upload data automatically academic on google drive, so that data can be read by users who have android smartphone. Academic data that can be seen in the form of pdf format. The software that is made is also tested by utilizing a user who has access to the service academies. The test results showed that the existing data on google drive in accordance with the student registration number is entered and accessed on android smartphone and a value is given using questionnaires and calculated the Likert method was 81.57%.

Electric Ducted Fan (EDF) is an electric propulsion consist of duct, fan and electric motor with main power source is from battery which generates compression air for thrust. EDF is used as an alternative propulsion for high speed UAV especially for target UAV or “bomb” controlled UAV. It’s design is very simple and no need extra maintenance compared to jet engine. Design process of an EDF is more simple than a jet engine, nevertheless it could obtain enough thrust for high speed flying. The aim of this research is to design an EDF as an alternative propulsion for high speed UAV and performance analyzing of EDF using analitical approach. Design of EDF produce an EDF with inlet and outlet diameter are 70mm and 60mm. Total length of EDF is 116,1mm. Performance analysis of EDF shows that by 700W of motor power could reach 16N of thrust which is accepted performace for 70mm EDF.

The development of the aviation industry in Indonesia increased significantly the last few years, so it is necessary adequate Aircraft Technician/Engineer (TPU), both the number and qualifications. The problem is, the amount of TPU in Indonesia is very limited and the majority academic level only senior high school, it making less competitive. The purpose of study to find out efforts to increase the number and qualifications of TPU by PT GMF Aero Asia Garuda Group (GMFAA) is cooperating with six universities in Indonesia to produce TPU with D-III level. Studies done by observation, interview and direct involvement at the Basic Aircraft Maintenance (BAM) for instructor, organized by GMFAA for 1,920 hours. The data were analyzed descriptively to obtain qualitative research. The study shows that in the first batch (2015-2016) has trained 16 lecturers of 6 universities to conduct AMTO class at each campus. In the first year (2015) has opened AMTO classes at six campuses with 226 students and 216 in the second year (2016). From the 4th year (2018) will certainly be produced aircraft technician/engineer with D-III qualifiers at least 200 people, so it's very helpful to accelerate the fulfillment of TPU in Indonesia Keywords— Aircraft Technician/Engineer, maintenance, AMTO

Flight safety can be created only by good cooperation from all stakeholders in aviation. In other words, each flight stakeholder has the responsibility and contribution to the flight safety. This condition shows the importance of analyzing the implementation of Safety Management System (SMS) in the aviation industry, because it is a part of the State Safety Program (SSP) in accordance with ICAO standard. The research method is presented descriptively related to the aviation safety regulations with the current conditions of implementing flight safety. The results showed the implementation of the Safety Management System (SMS) by each flight stakeholder was running, but the "Flight Safety Promotion" activity had not been able to run properly, because there were no periodic reports issued by regulators on the Aviation Safety Program. Another thing is the violation of the implementation of Safety Management System (SMS) has not been through the "Aviation Professional Assembly", so that the personnelwho committedthe violations will get objective punishment.

Perlakuan permukaan shot peening paling banyak diaplikasikan untuk meningkatkan ketahanan fatik dan korosi pada konstruksi pesawat terbang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari pengaruh shot peening mesin otomatis terhadap laju perambatan retak fatik pada material Al 7050-T7651 serta membandingkannya dengan shot peening mesin manual.Spesimen dibentuk sesuai dengan standar ASTM E647, diidentifikasi dengan nama base metal shot peened– automatic machine (BMSPA). Proses perlakuan shot peening dilakukan di area surface treatment PT. Dirgantara Indonesia menggunakan mesin otomatis. Selanjutnya pengujian perambatan retak fatik dilakukan dengan mesin Servopulser di Lab. Bahan Teknik Jurusan Teknik Mesin UGM, dengan beban sekitar 11% dari tegangan tarik maksimum (spesimen standar ASTM E8M) yang dihubungkan dengan analisis beban kombinasi, dengan stress ratio R=0,1. Data hasil uji tersebut diolah menggunakan metode incremental polynomial untuk mendapatkan hubungan da/dN - ΔK. Hasil uji perambatan retak fatik menghasilkan angka konstanta Paris A=1,874×10-8dan n=1,06 jika dibandingkan hasil penelitian sebelumnya untuk spesimen AR as received material-tanpa perlakuan dengan A=1,288×10-9dan n=2,02; dan BMSP base metal shot peened-manual machine dengan A=1,286×10-9 dan n=2,01. Semakin rendah nilai konstanta Paris, menunjukkan semakin rendahnya laju perambatan retak fatik. Sehingga perlakuan shot peening dengan mesin otomatis lebih mampu menurunkan laju perambatan retak fatik daripada mesin manual atau tanpa perlakuan.
