Abstract

Abstract — Structure Repair Manual (SRM) is a manufacture guidelines issued by the MRO (Maintenance and Repair Organization) who have the authority to perform a repair aircraft. SRM function as an actual reference in doing a modification SRM repair. In its application modifications can be done by changing the layout variations and variations of fastener used. To determine the feasibility of a repair configuration modifications done by modeling and analysis to determine the maximum stress that occurs in both configurations. In this research, modeling and analysis using software CATIA V5R21. Created 2 configuration model that SRM structure repair and modification of the structure of SRM repair. Both models are given internal pressure load, while the fastener strength was tested by making a simpler model to provide tensile load.The maximum stress that occurs in structures that modification SRM repair is 18265 Psi by the internal pressure loading, whereas for tension loading cases amounted to 22380.9 Psi. Based on the margin of safety the modifications structure of SRM repair declared to be safer than SRM structure repair. Keywords    : skin fuselage, repair, crack, SRM

Abstract

Lovebird (Agapornis) is a type of bird that has become the belle of new pet birds lately. The interest of the hobbyist in this one song is because Lovebird has a unique chirp. For beginner lovebird fans, the lack of knowledge and experience about lovebird birds results in various cases of fraud in choosing a quality lovebird. They were disappointed expensive lovebirds that had been purchased but did not match what was expected.Lovebird chirping voice recognition can be learned and recognized through the learning process of speaker recognition, which is part of voice recognition. Speaker recognition captures the frequency of the lovebird's voice, then compares it with the sound frequency of the existing training data. The sound frequency and the long duration of chirping of lovebird birds will be extracted through the Mel-Frequency Cepstral Coefficient (MFCC) method. Information in the form of Mel Frequency Cepstrum Coefficients from input data and training data is then compared to the Dynamic Time Warping method. The methodology used in this study uses the grapple method.The results of this study were obtained an accuracy value of sound validation by 80%. It is hoped that with the capabilities of this system, it can help bird chirping lovers know the sound quality of lovebird birds that are good, moderate, and less. Also, it can help the jury of birds chirping, so that it can be used as an accurate standard in classifying lovebird sounds.

Abstract

Majority of Industrial Engineering student at Riau Island Univeristy - Batam are workers who mostly worked in the electronics industry and shipbuilding with different kind of work.In this research, the variables to be studied is work load  which is done on whether the worker was within normal limits and develop VO2 consumption equation for each of these jobs by doing research using bike ergonometer and doing manual handling. The data obtained from  recording of the heart rate, as well as student worker health data is later processed and searched the prediction equation using statistical methods such as the independence of the error test, test multicollinearity between independent variables and stepwise methodThe results showed from 240 students, 80% of student work on the electronics manufacturing and the rest in other areas and does not work. It is also at submaximal measurements using Ergocycle bike show in the 8th minute decrease in heart rate and so is the removal of objects in a decrease in heart rate in the 10th minute and classified in extreme jobs. Abstract

Rainfall is related to a number of factors that are interdependent and influenced by dynamic global time, region and climate factors. Determination of relevant predictors is important for the efficiency of the rainfall estimator model. Although some climate modeling studies in one region/country have high accuracy, this model is not necessarily suitable for other regions. Determination of predictor variables by considering spatio-temporal factors and local / global features results in a very large number of inputs. Feature selection produces minimal input so that it gets relevant predictor variables and minimizes variable redundancy. Recurrent Neural Networks is one of the artificial neural networks that can be used to predict time series data. This study aims to predict rainfall by combining the SVM classification method and the RNN method. Tests on the Perak 1 daily and monthly weather data (WMO ID: 96933) and Perak 2 Station daily and monthly data(WMO ID: 96937), showed high accuracy results with an R2 are 92.1%; 94.1%; 90.9% and 89.6%.

Abstract

Simulasi numeric aliran fluida tak mampat dilakukan menggunakan metode beda hingga. Persamaan atur yang digunakan terdiri dari persamaan kontinyuitas dan persamaan momentum untuk aliran tak tunak dan fluida tak mampat. Persamaan atur didiskretisasi menggunakan metode beda hingga implicit pada grid staggered. Diskritisasi turunan waktu didekati dengan metode Euler dan turunan ruang didekati dengan metode beda hinggga. Prosedur penyelesaian persamaan atur menggunakan skema pressure correction. Perbandingan hasil perhitungan nilai kecepatan u pada x=0.5 dengan hasil perhitungan dari literature menunjukkan kesesuaian yang baik.Metode beda hingga pada grid staggered mampu menyelesaikan persoalan aliran fluida tak mampat sampai dengan bilangan Rey= 104.Kata kunci: metode beda hingga, grid staggered, pressure correction

Abstract

Suppliers are sources providing the first material where the chain of goods distribution will start. Nowadays, the method of making decisions on the supply of bamboo raw materials for UKM Karya Manunggal is by conventional (intuition), so that it is often inappropriate in selecting the suppliers. Along with the increasingly fierce level of competition in the field of bamboo furniture, Karya Manunggal needs to review the strategy in the competition and to evaluate the ability of suppliers who are the main raw material providers. Therefore, the authors conducted a study that can be used by companies to measure the weight of each supplier by applying the Analytic Network Process (ANP) method. The Analytic Network Process (ANP) method was used to determine the ratio of the inner dependence and the outer dependence and the feedback. There were 7 criteria which were divided into 14 sub criteria and 6 alternatives used in this study. The final result was Arista Bambu with a weight of 0.2327, followed by Pak Wagiyo with 0.2106, Pak Paimin with 0.1737, Pak Gianto with 0.1506, Pak Tofa with 0.1217, and Pak Manto with 0.1107 . This study was assisted by using Super Decision Software, Microsoft Excel.

Abstract

Library STT Adisutjipto still use manual for procurement of library materials. So that the workers have to put together a list of books needs of various departments request then selects request books one by one so often is not appropriate in the procurement process. To overcome these problems will be built a decision support system that can provide an alternative solution in the procurement process book. By using TOPSIS librarian can take a few titles that have the greatest value of any calculation, so that will be obtained several lists of books that will be held. TOPSIS method aims to select an alternate book based on criteria (budget, proposals, books are often borrowed, price, edition of the book, stock, date of publication and publisher) which has been determined. The calculation process is done by finding the weight value of each alternative on each criterion. The selected book is the greatest value as the best alternative. The final result of the calculation method TOPSIS with manual calculation is the same, where the book Ansi (BK06) is a book that has the greatest value. The value for each method is BK06 with a value of 0.7781 on TOPSIS and BK06 to the value of 0.7781 on manual calculations.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the economic value of farmers' land in the district of Bantul, so that the land has a higher economic value with the appropriate plants. Many farmers are still using self-learning and experience from generation to generation in determining the pattern of plant species, so that the harvest not optimal. So we need a system that can help farmers to determine the type of tuber plants suitable for chemical substances land. The research was conducted in Bantul District for data collection in the field. The results of data collection in the field can be a benchmark for the decision of farmers to determine the type of tuber plants to be planted based on the criteria of soil nutrition. Criteria is a barometer determining the type of tuber is KTK, O, Ca, C / N, Magnesium, Carbon. This research uses genetic algorithm. The results showed that the best tuber plant rank in Bantul Regency was the first rank of red onion, followed by garut bulbs, sweet potato and root talas. Genetic algorithm can be applied for tuber selection in Bantul regency, but has a weakness because it is probabilistic.

Abstract

Metode pengukuran besaran listrik dalam hal ini pengukuran daya 3-phasa seringkali terkendala beberapa hal, seperti penggunaan beberapa alat ukur untuk beberapa metode pengukuran dan harus dilakukan berulang-ulang untuk mendapatkan akurasi dan presisi data, bahkan terkadang pengukuran harus dilakukan dalam rentang waktu tertentu yang tidak efektif dan efisien. Pengambilan data pengukuran menggunakan alat ukur tersebut dilakukan secara manual dengan memasang modul alat ukur pada obyek yang akan diukur untuk kemudian data tersebut harus dicatat secara manual. Metode ini memiliki potensi terjadinya kesalahan dalam pengambilan dan pencataan data. Dari permasalahan tersebut dikembangkan sebuah metode pengukuran menggunakan modul IEM 3255 untuk pengukuran daya 3-phasa, dimana data pengukuran yang terbaca dapat terhubung pada web server dengan protokol MQTT menggunakan teknologi IoT (Internet of Thing). Dengan metode ini, data pengukuran daya 3-phasa seperti besaran arus, tegangan, daya, frekuensi dan faktor daya dapat tersimpan dan terbaca dari gadeget yang tekoneksi dengan jaringan internet

Abstract

The intersection of Kentungan is one of the intersections that connects North Ringroad Road and Kaliurang Street which looks increasingly stuck in Yogyakarta. This is due to an uneven increase in vehicle vehicles to road infrastructure. The peak of traffic jam at Intersection of Junction often occurs at 16.00-17.30 WIB. The problem at this junction is the amount of time delay and the length of the queue. One way to reduce congestion problems at the Intersection is to construct road infrastructure, one underpass. Based on these problems, research on the effect of underpass application on congestion parameters at several other intersections adjacent to the intersection of Kentungan. This research is a Multi Channel Multi Phase model configuration, by creating an underpass model of the Autodesk Infraworks 360 software. Before modeling underpass conditions, it is done in advance of the existing model of Intersection of Kentungan. The data inputted to this existing model is the total data of vehicles crossing the intersection of Kentungan for one hour. Verification model in this research is done by visual testing and check the duration of green light at the time of simulation done. Validation in this research is done by using hypothesis test, paired t-test. Then the parameters for validation are data ie the average waiting time of the vehicle, the maximum queue length and the number of vehicles passing through the green light in one cycle.In this study using two scenarios, in scenario 1 is the underpass model with the condition of the intersection and the scenario 2 is the underpass model with the roundabout condition. The results obtained from both scenarios are compared with the existing model results. The compared parameters are the average vehicle delay time and maximum queue length on each approach. It is expected from the comparison analysis to show that the Kentungan Intersection after the built underpass has decreased significantly on the average delay time and maximum queue length .
