Many of the first grade students have problems while working on mixed mathematics story problems that involve addition and subtraction, whether because they are not fluent readers or because the sentences are difficult to understand. This problem forms the foundation for researchers' observations. Additionally, the problem-solving skills developed in this assignment may be implemented in students' daily lives. The researcher's topic in Classroom Action Research in Learning Mathematics is class IC at SD Pangudi Luhur Jakarta, which included 29 students. This research assesses how integrating animated visual media is more engaging for solving story difficulties for grade I students. Two cycles were applied in this research. The research findings indicate an improvement in student learning outcomes in the math story questions. It could be evidenced by the zero students who already had scores less than the minimum completeness criteria in cycle II, students who scored very high scores improved from 75.86 percent in cycle I to 82.75 percent in cycle II; and students who could solve mathematical sentences increased. Based on these findings, it is possible to conclude that using animated visual media can increase students' abilities to solve mathematical story problems. As a result, it is proposed that first grade teachers be creative in innovating learning to design and apply animated visual media in mathematics learning.

Presentation of data on the impact of building facilities and infrastructure on the quality of student learning at SMA Kristen Ketapang1 Jakarta. To obtain data using quantitative methods as many as 110 people, with a population of six classes divided into MIPA and IPS majors. A sample of 10% is taken from the specified population. By using the purposive sampling method, 11 students attended the Ketapang 1 Jakarta Christian School from KB-TK to SMA. Data acquisition techniques are carried out through observation, surveys, and documentation. The product-moment correlation equation was used to analyze the data. From the research output it is accepted that the hypothesis (Ha) uses the interpretation that the impact of infrastructure development and infrastructure on the quality of the student learning process at SMA Kristen Ketapang1 Jakarta is classified as high using a coefficient interval of 0.629 more than the "r" table of 0.602. Based on the output of the Hypothesis Test (Ha), it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between the impacts of infrastructure development & infrastructure on the quality of the student learning process at the Christian High School Ketapang 1 Jakarta.

The Google Classroom application is one form of the learning management system that is most widely used by students. This is because this application is easy to use and does not require large application storage space on both smartphones and laptops. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of using the Google Classroom application in learning physics during the COVID-19 pandemic. This research method uses descriptive quantitative research methods. The research instrument used was a questionnaire given to 60 students consisting of class X and class XI. Indicators of effectiveness in this study are 1) understanding of the material in learning by using google classroom, 2) ease of accessing the google classroom application, 3) communication while using the google classroom application while online, 4) the use of google classroom in physics practicum. The results showed that as many as 61.85% of students agreed that it was easy to understand the material/learning theory by using google classroom, 72.5% of students agreed to the ease of accessing the google classroom application, 64.9% of students agreed that communication was smooth with the use of google classroom. and 40.67% of students agree that it is difficult to carry out practicum with the google classroom application alone without the help of other applications. Overall the effectiveness of using the Google Classroom application in learning physics is in the high category with a percentage of 70% which means it is effectively used by teachers and students

The implementation of this research is to find out to how far the results of using hypnotherapy techniques can improve the learning achievement of students of SMP Santo Lukas II, North Jakarta, who have decreased learning achievement due to the influence of the Covid-19 outbreak. This study used a qualitative approach with a total of 5 participants as research subjects. Analysis of data derived from documentation data, both leger and report cards as well as counseling notes as well as the results of interviews with family informants and school management, can provide a clear picture of the impact of the Covid-19 outbreak on participants' learning achievement as well as the results of using hypnotherapy techniques to increase achievement. participant study. The results showed that the COVID-19 outbreak had a very significant effect on the decline in student achievement at SMP Santo Lukas II, North Jakarta. However, after being treated using hypnotherapy techniques, it showed that the participants had progressed in their learning achievements. After hypnotherapy was carried out, the changes were very significant for five subjects and continued to increase.

The self-development learning program is implemented to form the independence of children with special needs. The purpose of the study is to determine the needs assessment, to obtain a complete picture of the planning program, to describe the formative evaluation and summative evaluation of the self-development learning program for mentally retarded children at SMALB Santa Lusia Bekasi Class XII during the COVID-19 Pandemic. This study uses an evaluation method with a qualitative approach. The data obtained through observation and interviews were analyzed to evaluate the implementation of the self-development learning program. The research subjects were 7 students and 7 parent informants and 2 class teacher informants. The results of the research on the Need assessment aspect were carried out through the following procedures: 1) Observe all self-development programs. 2) Analysis of children's needs. 3) Determine priority programs. Aspects of the self-development program for mentally retarded children are: initial activities, core activities, and closing activities. Aspects of Formative evaluation, the overall self-development learning program was carried out well. The teacher consistently implements the planned program. However, there are two obstacles; 1) Teachers cannot accompany and guide directly. Even though all subjects still need guidance and direction during self-development learning takes place. 2) The participation of parents in the self-development learning program is still low, as evidenced by the implementation of the program most children are not accompanied by their parents. In the Summative evaluation aspect, the results shown in this evaluation are that the subject still needs guidance and direction in carrying out self-development learning activities, the dependence of mentally retarded students is still quite high. The impact: 1) Subjects are getting to know self-development tools and know how to take care of themselves. 2) Learning that took place during the COVID-19 pandemic indirectly educates students and their families about technological advances and their integration into learning.

This research contains an evaluation related to the implementation of training for Field Facilitators of the Community-Based Sanitation Program (Sanimas), which is carried out by the Ministry of Public Works, Public Housing, supported by IDB. This program aims to achieve community outreach to proper sanitation services. The Ministry of PUPR through the Community-Based Infrastructure Work Unit recruited Field Facilitators as personnel to assist the community in program implementation. Training has an important role to equip TFL before carrying out their duties. This qualitative research uses the Root Case Analysis approach. The data was obtained using purposive sampling technique by observing the location of the WWTP, in-depth interviews with program actors at the central, provincial, city/district, kelurahan levels and Focus Group Discussions with TFL. The study shows that the training for TFL was carried out well when viewed from the administrative side but has not been carried out optimally. The stages in training management, such as Training Need Analysis, planning, preparation of training materials, training implementation, and training evaluation were not carried out properly. The impact that occurs is that TFL's performance is not maximized in achieving the Key Performance Indicators that have been set by the program.

Child abuse is not only done by the parents as the closest person but also done by the whole neighborhood, such as at school or in the society, so that the collaboration is needed that will give a good empact for the process of growth, teaching learning prosess, and in child social life. Literasi yaitu kemampuan mengakses, memahami, dan menggunakan sesuatu secara cerdas melalui berbagai aktivitas, antara lain membaca, melihat, menyimak, menulis, dan berbicara. Pelaksanaan Gerakan Literasi Sekolah, atau dengan istilah GLS di SMA PGRI Ge’tengan tersebut belum terlaksana secara optimal karena masih memiliki beberapa faktor penghambat yang belum teratasi yaitu belum tersedianya ruang perpustakaan beserta fasilitas di dalamnya, juga waktu yang digunakan oleh siswa belum optimal sehingga belum memiliki dampak yang positif terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar siswa. Hal tersebut terbukti dari kurangnya aktivitas membaca buku bacaan oleh siswa selama berada di lingkungan sekolah. Berdasarkan latar belakang tersebut, maka dirumuskan masalah dalam analisis ini adalah “Bagaimana Gerakan Literasi Sekolah siswa SMA PGRI Ge’tengan pada tahun ajaran 2022/2023?” Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gerakan literasi terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Sekolah perlu membudayakan gerakan literasi untuk menumbuhkembangkan minat baca siswa dan guru perlu memasukkan strategi literasi dalam pembelajarannya, serta mengupayakan sarana dan prasarana serta fasilitas perpustakaan. Kemampuan belajar siswa dapat ditingkatkan melalui pengembangan kemampuan literasi di sekolah.

The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence learning facilities and family communication have on the learning motivation of upper secondary level students in Buntu Pepasan District. In this study the approach used was a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique. The number of samples was 62 people. Data collection techniques were carried out by distributing questionnaires directly to the research site. Instrument testing and data analysis were carried out with the help of SPSS Version 25. In testing the hypothesis, a partial test was carried out with the "t" test, obtained a significant value for the independent variable on the dependent variable, namely learning facilities (X1) of 0.009 <0.05 and family communication (X2) of 0.000 < 0.05. on student learning motivation is 0.384 or 38.4%., the influence of family communication on student learning motivation is 0.208 or 20.8%. The large effect of variables X1 and X2 on variable Y is 0.325 or 32.5%. This influence still needs to be improved by increasing the provision of adequate learning facilities at school and at home as well as increasing communication from the family as a provider of support and enthusiasm for learning to high school students throughout Buntu Pepasan District.

The problems discussed in this study are the Effect of Principal Supervision and Work Motivation on Teacher Performance at SDN 1 Rantepao. This study aims to analyze (1) the effect of principal supervision on teacher performance at SDN 1 Rantepao, (2) the effect of work motivation on teacher performance at SDN 1 Rantepao, (3) the effect of principal supervision and work motivation on teacher performance at SDN 1 Rantepao. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with a survey research approach. The results showed that: (1) there was a positive and significant effect of Principal Supervision on teacher performance, which obtained tcount = 3.050 then significant 0.006 <0.05, while the contribution given was 25.4%, H0 was rejected and H1 was accepted, (2) there was an influence positive and significant work motivation on teacher performance. This can be seen from the results of data analysis where tcount = 7.015 is obtained and the significance is 0.000 <0.05, while the contribution given is 70.6%, H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, (3) there is an influence of Principal Supervision and work motivation on teacher performance of 86.8% and significant together. This can be seen from the results of data analysis, the results of Fcount > Ftable with Fcount of 8.488 and Ftable of 3.16 then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted.
