Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the principal academic supervision in increasing teachers teaching performance junior high school 2 Ketahun, including lesson plan, learning prosess,learning evaluation, academic supervision technigue of the principal. This study used deseriptive qualitative method and the technique of data collecting are interview and observation. the subjeet of study are the principal and teacher. The result showed that the teachers have implemented the principal supervision item in increasing teachers teaching performance at junior high school 2 ketahun as the characteristic of the school.

Abstract

The general purpose of this research was to analyze the effect of principal instructional leadership and job satifaction toward teacher job performance at Junior High School in Ulok Kupai District Bengkulu Utara Regency. The method of the research used survey. The result showed (1) the principal instructional leadership gave effect which significance toward teacher job performance at Junior High School in Ulok Kupai District Bengkulu Utara Regency.  (2) the job satisfaction gave sinificance effect toward teacher job performance at Junior High School in Ulok Kupai District Bengkulu Utara Regency (3) the principal instructional leadership and job satisfaction gave significance effect toward teacher job performance at Junior High School in Ulok Kupai District Bengkulu Utara Regency.

Abstract

The purpose of this was to describe the supervision of the principal in planning learning of islamic religious education teachers and describe the supervision of the school principal in evaluating the learning of islamic religious education teachers. This research is qualitative descriptive study. The main subject in study were principals and teachers. That accounting to four people. Data collection techniques using the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis was done descriptively with the emphasis on trying to answer the questions of a study through formal argumentative way of thinking. The study concluded that the supervision of the principal in the learning plan, implement, and evaluate the islamic religious education teacher at junior high school 24 bengkulu city, has been well implemented regularly and continously.

Abstract

managerial principals is the ability or skill shown by schools in organizing and utilizing all components or areas of arable school . The ability to grow through the coaching process and supported by factors that influence and melatar tow. As for the factors that affect a person's level of ability is an element of maturity , with regard to the knowledge and skills gained from education, training and experience. in the implementation of managerial principals in this teacher , found a positive influence on the creation of the professionalism of teachers in learning activities , it is marked by a significant increase in each cycle , cycle 1 and cycle amounted to 56.9 % 2 94.5 % . it demonstrates the success of managerial leadership to the school head teacher professionalism.

Abstract

The problem of the research is how headmaster leadership to manage education employers in Senior High School Number 1 Putri Hijau, North Bengkulu Region. The purpose of  this research can describe to the headmaster to make planning, organizing, motivating, controlling, support and the hampers of headmaster leadership to manage education employers. This reasearch use destiptive qualitative method with the subject is headmaster, deputy headmaster and administration. Do controlling data with observation technic, interview and documentation. The result of research from recruit of data from several data subject and the conclution is that the headmaster leadership of Senior High School Number 1 Putri Hijau, North Bengkulu Region is democration leadership style

Abstract

 The purpose of this study was to determine ability ofteachers in streamline of learning through the teacher professional founding program and classroom supervision in SD Negeri 04 Kepahiang in the academic years 2015/2016. This study is the research action. The analysis showed that was a determine ability in the effective management of learning in the first cycle which scored A 33.3% scored B at 0% and the scored C by 66.7%, in the second cycle which scored A 44.44% scored B of 22.2% and scored C 22.2%, while the third cycle which scored A 44% scored B 33% and the scored C 22%. It can be concluded that through the teacher professional supervisor program and classroom supervision was determine ability of teacher to streamline themanagement of learning.

Abstract

The main objective of this study was to determine the level of discipline and sense of responsibility of students of class V SDN 8. In the first cycle is known that the category of student discipline level value is enough value, the sense of responsibility achieving considerable value, on points chores with a value less. In the second cycle, level of discipline achieving category of very good, the level of responsibility reached very good. An increase in the level of discipline and responsibility of students from the first cycle to cycle to the second because it made improvements on the technique gave the tiered sanctions are varied, with continuous coaching and motivation to the students themselves.

Abstract

The problem of this research to know inovative atitude and transformational leadership style to creative teacher Senior high vocational school one Ketahun 42 teachers.Sample taken by tecnic correlation counted 42 sampel. This research is analysed with descriptive statistic technique and inferensial to know the direct influence and indirect influence between variabel tested with band analysis. Result of the research  show: (1) They are positive direct  of inovative atitude and to creative teacher (2) They are direct positive influence between transformational leadership trough the teacher creativity of senior high school vokasional one Ketahun (3 They are direct positive between inovative atitude and transformational as together toward the teacher of Senior high school  vocational one Ketahun teachers.

Abstract

The background of this study carry out academic supervision in elementary schools, the academic supervision of teacher is important because it affects the level of ability of teachers. Based on this, of course, the competence of teachers in teaching is very influential, especially in improving the creativity of student learning. Through Action Research School (PTS) is the principal can improve the way teachers teach in the classroom. In underlying the above background, the authors sought to improve the ability of classroom teachers in mathematics learning through academic supervision. Abstract

This study aims to determine how the non permanent teachers perform at SMPN 12 Ketahun of North Bengkulu. This study used descriptive qualitative and evaluative method. From the result we can conclude that the non permanent teachers at SMPN 12 Ketahun have been able to show good performance. Non permanent teachers at SMPN 12 Ketahun have a complete teaching equipments, learning program, and able to manage a class well. The results also showed that the non permanent teachers performance in assesment is already good. Eight teachers can be categorized as excellent performance since the eight non permanent teachers have been able to compile a syllabus, make lesson plans, implement the learning activites and conduct learning evaluation.
