Abstract

The purpose of this study to compare in general about the strategic management capabilities inclusive school education providers Public Elementary School 3 and Islamic Elementary School Al Aufa of Bengkulu city. The study method was comparative with qualitative descriptive approach. The technique of collecting data used interviews, observation and documentation. The results showed that the environmental analysis is concluded through a SWOT analysis. Strategy formulation has not considered internal and external environment and the needs of children with special needs that is an inclusive school. Implementation of the strategy is to do the elaboration of strategies have been formulated in the form of learning activities. The evaluation was done when the supervision of the teacher education inclusion classes. To Islamic Elementary School Al Aufa, Principal to plan follow-up activities for children with special needs. While in Public Elementary School 3 Principal only make any repair records.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the principal academic supervision in increasing teachers teaching performance junior high school 2 Ketahun, including lesson plan, learning prosess,learning evaluation, academic supervision technigue of the principal. This study used deseriptive qualitative method and the technique of data collecting are interview and observation. the subjeet of study are the principal and teacher. The result showed that the teachers have implemented the principal supervision item in increasing teachers teaching performance at junior high school 2 ketahun as the characteristic of the school.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the strategic management conducted principals in improving the discipline of teachers in number one senior high shool of Kepahiang. This research uses descriptive study with a qualitative approach. The data collection techniques by interview, observation and documentation. Subjects were principals, vice principals affairs curriculum, teachers, school supervisors supervisor and chairman of the school committee. While the data analysis was done with descriptive analysis, inductive and deductive. Strategy formulation principals in enforcing discipline the teacher is the formulation of the vision and mission by considering the internal and external environment, followed by setting goals and targets and the continued determination of the strategy. Implementation of the strategy principals in enforcing discipline the teacher is doing the translation strategies have been formulated in the form of activities. Evaluation is done by supervising the education of the teachers.

Abstract

Objectively this research is to describe the management of art and culture learning in SMA Negeri 3 Bengkulu Selatan. This research is a qualitative descriptive research that is a research from seseoranag subjects that have the characteristics that the data provided is the original data that can not be changed as well as using systematic way and can be accounted for kebenarnnya. In the data collection researcher using observation, interview and documentation. Research subjects include: principals, curriculum representatives, art and cultural teachers, and students. From this research, it can be seen that the management of art and culture in SMA Negeri 3 Bengkulu Selatan run effectively in accordance with government regulations as outlined in technical guidance of Education Unit Level Curriculum (KTSP).

Abstract

The problems in the research are how are the roles of the Principal in Implementing of The Curriculum 2013, and the prospect In other Schools. Based on the data Analysis, It can be Summarized that the Preparation of the Curriculum 2013 Implementation of The Principal plays a very Important role as The principal’s main jobs, functions and roles as the school manager, by setting the plans of action programs, the personal organizing deciding the organizing staffs and calculating the budget; actuating the learning process, giving the guidance, coordinating all staffs , controling all programs, monitoring the implementation of the programs and presenting the report, making an innovation in doing the job and motivating the staffs, visiting the class, observing, and guiding, analysing all the constraints and deciding the next actions.

Abstract

The problem of the research is how headmaster leadership to manage education employers in Senior High School Number 1 Putri Hijau, North Bengkulu Region. The purpose of  this research can describe to the headmaster to make planning, organizing, motivating, controlling, support and the hampers of headmaster leadership to manage education employers. This reasearch use destiptive qualitative method with the subject is headmaster, deputy headmaster and administration. Do controlling data with observation technic, interview and documentation. The result of research from recruit of data from several data subject and the conclution is that the headmaster leadership of Senior High School Number 1 Putri Hijau, North Bengkulu Region is democration leadership style

Abstract

The general objective of this research is to describe the accountability of school facilities management at Junior High School Number 1 South Bengkulu. The method of this research was qualitative descriptive. The subjects of this study ware headmaster, Vice principal of school facilities management and administration staffs at Junior High School Number 1 South Bengkulu. the data were collected by conducting several observation, personal interview and documentation study then, data analysis used qualitative technigue. the result of this study showed that: (1) the policy in planning school facilities was compiled at the beginning of new year and implemented in an accountable way (2) procurement of educational facilities suited with the existing procedures; (3) inventary performance in  accountable enough (4) educational facilities had been implemented in accountable enough (5) maintenance educational facilities had been implemented in  accountable enough (6) the process of abolition of school facilities in an accountable way.

Abstract

This study aimed to describe the management of punishment point that applied at Public Senior High School number one in Kepahiang Regency to the improve students’ discipline. The subjects of this study are the Principal, the deputy of principal for student affair, counselor teachers, and students. The data collection to be done by using observation, interviews, and documentation method. The data was conducted by using qualitative descriptive analysis. The results showed that the planning, organizing, actuating, monitoring and evaluation activity punishment points at Public Senior High School number one Kepahiang Regency  just running well.

Abstract

The general purpose of this research was compare the management of infrastructure and facilities in 02 primary schools and 06 primary schools Pondok Kelapa in the central of Bengkulu. This study uses a comparative approach to qualitative research. Subjects in this study is the principal. Data collection techniques used in this research is by interview, observation and documentation. The conclusion of this study indicate that both SD discount a lot of similarities in the management of facilities and infrastructure, among others: the planning done by the principal in accordance with the regulations, infrastructure procurement droping from the government, purchases, donations from parents, and make their own, an inventory of school facilities and the infrastructure has been done with the record book in the book inventory of goods, distribution is carried out directly and indirectly, maintenance of school facilities and infrastructure conducted regularly and incidental.

Abstract

The general purpose of the research is to describe about Innovative Learning Management by  the English Teacher at Senior High School 2 South Bengkulu. The research used qualitative descriptive method. The subjects of this research were principals, vice principals, English Teachers and students at the state Senior High School 2 South Bengkulu. The techniques of the collecting data were observation, interview, and documentation study. The general results of the study show that the Innovative Learning Management by the English Teacher at Senior High School 2 South Bengkulu was suitable with the curriculum. The specific results were: 1) Planning was planned successfully; 2) organization was good; 3) Implementation was done perfectly; 4) Evaluation was done continually; 5) The problems in the innovation of English Teaching-Learning Management at Public Senior High School 2 South Bengkulu were about students’ motivation and the facilities at the school.
