Abstract

As a manager, the principal was faced with many tasks that require genuine responsibility for their implementation. The School Action Research was conducted at SD 06 Ujan Mas Kepahiang district and the problems the research were the quality of principals work program by school supervisor through principals managerial supervision who followed with guidance and coaching directly and continuously. In the implementation of this PTS the procedure was to supervise and analyze the principal administration, provide technical guidance on SWOT analysis and ways of compiling annual work program and the direct guiding SWOT analysis and preparation of annual work program of principals.

Abstract

The general objective of this study was to describe the teacher administration based on implementation of the 20113 curriculum by the principal at the public school in the city of Bengkulu. This study used descriptive qualitative method. Subjects were principals, teachers, homeroom, teachers, and students. The technique of collecting data using interviews, observation, and documentation. Analysis of data using qualitative techniques. The results showed the administration based teacher development curriculum in 2013 at SDN 1 implemented by reason of administrative requirements for teachers is one of the components that determine the quality of learning of teachers in implementing the curriculum in 2013. With the completion of the classroom teacher administration will be more focused, more organization, more integrated, and finally the teacher will make learning more effective and more efficient.

Abstract

The problems in the research are how are the roles of the Principal in Implementing of The Curriculum 2013, and the prospect In other Schools. Based on the data Analysis, It can be Summarized that the Preparation of the Curriculum 2013 Implementation of The Principal plays a very Important role as The principal’s main jobs, functions and roles as the school manager, by setting the plans of action programs, the personal organizing deciding the organizing staffs and calculating the budget; actuating the learning process, giving the guidance, coordinating all staffs , controling all programs, monitoring the implementation of the programs and presenting the report, making an innovation in doing the job and motivating the staffs, visiting the class, observing, and guiding, analysing all the constraints and deciding the next actions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe generally the innovation of teachers work certificate educators in senior high school 5 South Bengkulu. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive approach. Conclusions can be drawn from this research is the innovation of teachers working educators certificate in senior high school 5 South Bengkulu in performing learning tasks, planning a variety of learning methods and the use of multi media in learning. innovation of teachers working educators certificate in senior high school 5 South Bengkulu in coaching the students tried to prevent breaches of discipline than implementing punishment on students, innovation of teachers working educators certificate in senior high school 5 South Bengkulu in the running professions attempt to continue to pursue higher studies, seminars, workshops and training.

Abstract

The purpose of this  research was to describe the correlation between work stress and achieved motivation with teacher’s perfomance at the junior high school teachers at Manna East of Bengkulu. The method of research was correlational. The data was collected by using questionnaire, the data analysis was correlation, linear regression, and double regression to examine the hypotesis. The results of this research were (1) There was significant relation between work stress and teachers perfomance; (2) There was significant relation between achieved motivation and teachers perfomance; (3) There was together relation between work stress and achieved motivation to the teachers perfomance. According to the first and the second hyphothesis, it was conversed to the third hyphotesis, it was estimated that work stress followed by achieved motivation will increase the teachers perfomance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to discribe how the general objective of the research is to describe the coordination between principal and supervisor in the implementing of instructional supervision is in the Elementary Schools of Karang Tinggi Sub District, Central Bengkulu Regency. The result of the study The result of the research showed that the coordination between principal and supervisor in the implementation of instructional supervision. That can be seen from the absence of coordination between principal and supervisor in the arrangement of instructional supervision planning program, there is no coordination intensity between principal and supervisor in the implementation of academic supervision, the coordination of monitoring and evaluating between principal and supervisor has not run optimally, and there is no coordination of result follow-up between principal and supervisor in the implementation of academic supervision.

Abstract

The Objektive of this resears is to know the influence of headmasters leadership and organization culture foward teacher is performance at Junior High School in Subdistrik of manna City.The method of this research was qualitative to prone hyphothesis with statistical analiysis. The subjects of this study were teacher of Junior High School in Subdistrict of Manna City. The data ware taken by distributing questionnaire. Then data analysis used quantitative. The result of this study showed that (1) there was a significant corelation between headmaster’s leadership and teacher’s perfomance   (2) there was a significant  correlation between organization culture and teacher’s perfomance and (3) there was a significant correlation simultaneously between headmaster’s leadership and organization culture to teacher performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether the coaching by the school head can improve the discipline of teachers in preparing teaching and program Elementary School 12 South Bengkulu learning. The specific objective to increase discipline in developing the syllabus, lesson plan and program assessment. The method used is action research school, with study subjects were 12 elementary school teachers from South Bengkulu. The results of this study indicate that coaching by the school head can improve discipline and ability of teachers to develop learning programs.

Abstract

The purpose of writing the article is to describe the barriers and solutions in the management of high school and vocational integration into the province of Bengkulu. The method used is descriptive qualitative analysis. The subjects used in are: Head, Head, Head of Sector Dikmen, and Principal of SMA and SMK. The tools used in the collection of data is by using interviews, documentation, and observation. The results of the study are as follows: Readiness Education Department of Bengkulu province in carrying out the implementation of actional rule No. 23 of 2014, is now being preparing for the transition of authority from the district / city to the provinces to collect data on the number of high school teachers and vocational school, the school's assets, the number of supervisors, as well as matters more about the switch. This data collection has been conducted from February to April 2016 yesterday, then on October 3, 2016 will be the handover of district / city government to the provinces.

Abstract

Many teachers are very rare and never even use the school environment as a source of learning. This study was designed in the form of a School Action Research which consists of two cycles. The subjects of this study are teachers of SDN 03 in Gugus14 District Kabawetan Kepahiang Regency. From the results of the research implementation obtained the following data: In the first cycle the average attitude of teachers discuss discussion is 70.4 up in the second cycle to 78.8, the average value of learning scenarios in the first cycle is 67.8 up on cycle II to 80, the average value of the implementation of learning in the first cycle that is 71.84 up on the second cycle to 80.8. This means that coaching and guidance through teacher work group discussion approach can improve teachers' ability in utilizing school environment as a learning resource.
