Abstract

The purpose of this research is: (a) To reveal the learning management of Civics with Lightening the Learning Climate on the results of learning Civics. (b) To reveal the management of Civics learning with Lightening the Learning Climate on the motivation to learn Civics. This research uses action research for three rounds. Each round consists of four stages: design, activity and observation, reflection, andrefficiency. The target of this research is the students of Class VIII.c Data obtained in the form of formative test results, observation sheet of teaching and learning activities. From the analyst's result, it is found that the students' learning achievement has improved from cycle I to cycle III that is, cycle I (25%), cycle II (61,11%), cycle III (83,33%). The conclusion of this research is the learning of Civics Management with Lightening the Learning Climate can have a positive effect on student learning motivation.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out what activities are carried out in vocational High School Education Number three South Bengkulu manage educational facilities and infrastructure of the school, ranging from planning, procurement, maintenance, inventory, and remove the facilities and infrastructure in schools. In conducting this study, researchers used a qualitative descriptive method. Data for this study were collected through a series of observation, interviews and documentation. The study concluded that vocational secondary schools number three South Bengkulu has been managing the facilities and infrastructure in accordance with the principles of management in general. Elimination of the educational facilities formed on procedures considered complicated and afraid to risk.

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to describe about the management of English teaching-learning  in reading comprehension skill at the  Junior High School number 15 of  South Bengkulu. The research used qualitative descriptive method. The subjects of this research were principals, vice principals, English Teacher and students at the Junior High School Number 15 of South Bengkulu. The techniques of the collecting data were observation, interview, and documentation study. The results of the study show that: planning was planned successfully, implementation was done appropriate with the planning, evaluation was done continually, the follow up in the  English Teaching-Learning Management  in Reading Comprehension Skill was done well at the Junior High School Number 15 South Bengkulu.

Abstract

The objective of this research was to describe the management of guidance and counselling program in public senior high school number 8 in south Bengkulu regency. The method of this research is descriptive qualitative. The conclusion of this research are: 1). the program of guidance and counselling in public senior high school number 8 in south Bengkulu regency is arranged completely, and consist of annual program, semester program, monthy program, weekly program and daily program; 2). the application of guidance and counselling program are consist of some services: orientation, information, placement and distribution, the mastery of content, individual counselling,  guidance and counselling in group, consultation, and mediation; 3). the result of program evaluation, there is un complete program is guidance and counselling in group; 4).  the follow up of the evaluation result is to complete the program and make priority of the program.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to describe the instructional management of English in writing skill at Junior High School Number 01 South Bengkulu. The method of this research was qualitative research. The data were collected by conducting personal interview, observations and documentation study. Then, data analysis used qualitative technique. The result of this study showed that (1) in planning of learning of English writing  skill, it was done well by English teachers, (2) in teaching learning process (implementation), English teachers used various and interesting  methods and media. (3) in evaluating and supervision the learning management, teacher had found appropriate method of measuring the students’ achievement, (4) in feedback of teaching learning process was done by doing remedial and enrichment.
