Abstract

Abstract: This research is a descriptive research that aims to know the management of school library in Junior High School 1 and Junior High School 2 Muara Pinang Empat Lawang  regency. This research use qualitative descriptive tecniques. The subject of  this reseach are principal, library managers, teachers and students.The techniques of data collection were observation, interview and documentation. The result of this study indicate that management of library in Junior High School 1 and Junior High School 2 Muara Pinang has been implemented optimally following the national standar of the library although there are still some procedure that the implementation is still not fully followed.Keywords: management, school library, service

Abstract

Abstract. The general purpose of this research was to describe in depth and comprehensive the clasroom management of physics learning class at Public Senior High School Number 1 West Pendopo Empat Lawang Regency. This research uses descriptive qualitative research method. The subjects of the study were principals, vice principals, teachers, supervisors and students. Data collection is done through interview, observation, and documentation. Data analysis using qualitative analysis technique. The results showed that the management of physics learning class at Public Senior High School Number 1 West Pendopo Empat Lawang Regency was conducted by physics teacher with the main objective so that the physics learning given to the students was really mastered by them as well as possible. Such mastery both in the meaning of conceptual mastery, as well as mastery of knowledge about physics in general. In order to get there the teacher first examines the main characteristics that are the essential elements of physics learning are believed to be very different from other fields of learning. The lesson of physics has its own identity, therefore the management of the classes done in the study of physics must be adapted to the main characteristics of the physics lesson itself

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to describe the management facility of language laboratory at Public Senior High School Number One Muara Pinang Empat Lawang District. The method of the study is descriptive qualitative. The objects are principle, vice principle of facility, head og language laboratory, laboran, language teacher and students. The techniques of the data are interview, observation, and documentation study. The conclusion shows that:  The planning of the facility do in, the early of academic year but the committee seldom existed. The provisioning of the facility mostly by puchasing and the government assist. The inventories of the facility aren’t proceduraly. The storage of the facility are procedurally. The using of the facility unapropriate of the list of schedule but the regulation has been running well. The maintenance of the facility is doing based on necessity, the maintenance are; daily, regulary and intern of repairman. The cleaning out of the facility is never done, damaged facility are only warehoused. Keyword: Management language laboratory, Facility language laboratory.

Abstract

Abstrack : The purpose of this study is to describe the entrepreneurship Madrasah Aliyah An-Nur Pagar Jati  Kecamatan Pagar Jati Kabupaten Bengkulu Tengah. The subject of this research is Madrasah principle, and the method is used descriptive qualitative. The techniques of collecting the data use interviews, observation, and documentation. The results show that enterpreneurship in Madrasah Aliyah is based on  innovation / creative, hard work, motivation, unyielding / best alternative solutions as well as productive activities and entrepreneurship instincts. It is suggested that candidate of madrasah principle should be trained about entrepreneurship in develop the school.Keywords: entrepreneurship, madrasah principle.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to reveal the relationship of principal instructional leadership and self efficacy with the performance of teaching teachers of public junior high school  in Pinang Raya District. The research method that will be used in the preparation of this thesis is survey research with quantitative approach. The survey research is to explain the casual relationship and hypothesis testers. Collection data using questionnaires, which have completed scores on each item. While the data analysis techniques used to test the hypothesis is a simple linear correlation analysis technique and multiple correlation. Abstract

Abstract : The purpose of this study was to description the management practices of industry (prakerin) in DKV skill competetion of vocational High School 5 of Bengkulu City: (1) to know the description of the planning Practice the Working Industrial (Prakerin) in DKV skill competetion of vocational High School 5 of Bengkulu, (2) to know the description of the implementation Practice the Working Industrial (Prakerin) in DKV skill competetion of vocational High School 5 of Bengkulu, (3) to know the description the evaluation of Practice the Working Industrial (Prakerin) in DKV skill competetion of vocational High School 5 of Bengkulu. The methode of this research is a qualitative descriptive study. The subjectts of this research were principals, vice principals, students and  taechers at Vocational High School 5 of Bengkulu, and DU/DI (user), using data collection techniques such as observation, interview and documentation study, analyzed using with reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results and conclusion the research showed that the: (1) planning has been implemented fairly well starting from the curriculum, work program, prakerin administration, financing, socialization, and student counselor teacher, (2) implementation of prakerin runs properly but some obstacles are found such as students having difficulties when operating new tools, lack of time discipline. (3) evaluation have been undertaken by prakerin activity providers ranging from assesment, student reports to evaluation. Evaluation results indicate the need for follow-up on some finding such as the need to involve DU/DI parties in relation to available facilities as a place of practice for student where the school difficulties in the procurement  of such facilities.                                                                                    Key words : skill competetion, working practice of industry (prakerin)

Abstract

Abstract:The style or way, and the managerial ability of the principal in his capacity as a leader is crucial to success in improving teacher performance under his / her leadership. The purpose of this research is to obtain data about the influence of leadership style and principal managerial ability on teacher performance. Using a quantitative approach, questionnaire data collection techniques, data analysis techniques with quantitative analysis. The result of this  research indicates that leadership style independently gives effect to teacher performance and managerial ability of principal also influences independently of teacher performance, then jointly leadership style and managerial skill of principal have an effect on to teacher performance in primary school at right latitude. It is suggested that the principal can apply a better or varied leadership style and also improve his managerial leadership skills so that the desired goals can be achieved properly and maximally. Keywords: Leadership Style, Managerial Ability and Teacher Performance Abstrak: Gaya atau cara, dan kemampuan manajerial kepala sekolah dalam kapasitasnya sebagai pemimpin sangat penting bagi keberhasilan dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru di bawah kepemimpinannya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan data tentang pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan kemampuan manajerial utama terhadap kinerja guru. Dengan menggunakan hasil kuantitatif, teknik pengumpulan data kuesioner, teknik analisis data dengan analisis kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan secara independen berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru dan kemampuan manajerial kepala sekolah juga berpengaruh secara independen terhadap kinerja guru, maka gaya kepemimpinan dan keterampilan manajerial kepala sekolah secara bersama berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru di sekolah dasar pada lintang kanan. Disarankan agar kepala sekolah dapat menerapkan gaya kepemimpinan yang lebih baik atau beragam dan juga meningkatkan keterampilan kepemimpinan manajerialnya sehingga tujuan yang diinginkan dapat dicapai dengan baik dan maksimal. Kata kunci: Gaya Kepemimpinan, Kemampuan Manajerial dan Kinerja Guru

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this research was determine and analyze the relationship of clinical supervision, pedagogic competence of teachers with the performance of teachers in the learning process at junior high school in Pinang Raya subdistrict, North Bengkulu Regency. This research is a correlational research with quantitative approach, by using questionnaire which is distributed to 53 sample of teachers at SMPN se Pinang Raya Sub-district, North Bengkulu Regency. Data analyzed with correlation method to determine relationship between variables. The results showed that 1) there was a positive significant correlation on clinical supervision with teacher performance in the learning process in view from regression analysis with t test value of 43,574> 2,007 (t table 0,05 = 2,007) with r correlation equal to 0,987 into category a very strong relationship. 2) there was a positive significant correlation on pedagogic competence with teacher performance in learning process seen from result of regression analysis with t test value 13,489 > 2,007 (t table 0,05 = 2,007) with r correlation equal to 0,884 enter goes to strong relationship category 3 ) there was positive significant correlation on clinical supervision, pedagogic competence together with teacher performance in learning process seen from result of regression analysis with t test value 19,398 > 2,007 and 2,966 > 2,007 (t table 0,05 = 2,007) with r correlation equal to 0,987 goes to a very strong relationship category. The conclusion of this research is there is very strong relationship on clinical supervision, pedagogic competence with teacher performance at junior high school on Pinang Raya Subdistrict North Bengkulu Regency. Keywords: Clinical supervision, Pedagogic competence, Teacher performance

Abstract

Abstract : The specific objectives of this study were to describe  school culture management at public vocational school number 3 Seluma regency. This research uses qualitative descriptive method. The subjects of the study were principal, vice principal,  and teachers. Techniques of collecting data using interviews, observation and documentation. The collected data was analyzed by using qualitative descriptive technique. The results show  before the school culture development program implemented the school management is to make or make the school culture program planning.. Then the implementation of school culture development is done in principle to implement all the programs that have been prepared in a pure and consistent. And finally the evaluation to know the effectiveness adn effisiency of the program.  Keywords: management, culture, cultural management Abstrak: Tujuan khusus penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan manajemen budaya sekolah di SMKN 3 Kabupaten Seluma. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Subyek penelitian adalah kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah, dan guru-guru. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pengembangan budaya  sekolah dilaksanakan  dengan membuat perencanaan program budaya sekolah, melaksanakan kegiatan yang telah direncanakan dengan baik. Dan selalu mengadakan evaluasi untuk mengetahui efektivitas dan efisiensi pembinaan.  Kata Kunci: manajemen, budaya, manajemen budaya

Abstract

Abstract : The purpose of the research is to describe how commitment and teacers work motivation in increasing teachers work performance seein from their job’s implementation and in an effort to improve the quality of study result at SMAN 6 Bengkulu. The research method which is used is descriptive qualitative research methtode. The subject of this research is school principal and teachers at SMAN 6 Bengkulu. To collect the  data, the researcher used observation, interview, and documentation. The result of the research showed that commitment and motivation of teachers performance at SMAN 6 Bengkulu is there were significant appropriateness standard of the techers work perpormance we see it from the attendance, teachers act in doing their job and cooperation in increasing the quality of study result at SMAN 6 Bengkulu. Keyword : commitment, work motivation, teachers performance
