Abstract

Abstract : The purpose of the research is to describe how commitment and teacers work motivation in increasing teachers work performance seein from their job’s implementation and in an effort to improve the quality of study result at SMAN 6 Bengkulu. The research method which is used is descriptive qualitative research methtode. The subject of this research is school principal and teachers at SMAN 6 Bengkulu. To collect the  data, the researcher used observation, interview, and documentation. The result of the research showed that commitment and motivation of teachers performance at SMAN 6 Bengkulu is there were significant appropriateness standard of the techers work perpormance we see it from the attendance, teachers act in doing their job and cooperation in increasing the quality of study result at SMAN 6 Bengkulu. Keyword : commitment, work motivation, teachers performance

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to describe the basis and process of establishing Bengkulu City Vocational High School 1 as a reference school. This study uses an evaluative approach, Setting Research conducted at the Vocational High School I Bengkulu City. The subjects of this study were the Principal, Education Quality Assurance Team of the Vocational High School 1 Vocational School referral city Bengkulu City. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and study documentation. The results of the study are as follows: SMK 1 Bengkulu City became a reference school since 2014 with the fulfillment of quality standards and national education standards, after going through a process of verification, selection, and presentation at the central level. Bengkulu City Vocational School 1 as a reference school has carried out its role as a reference school by providing guidance to alliance schools, so that the referral school program can improve management of quality management, so that the quality of education, education, and the capacity of teachers and principals, especially in Vocational Middle School 1Bengkulu city as reference schools and alliance schools under the guidance of Vocational Middle School 1 Bengkulu City. Keywords: Reference Schools, Quality Management, National Education Standards.

Abstract

The background of this study is based on the need for more  attention to the competencies possessed by school administration personnel,  while administrative personnel is one of the pillars of school administrative services. The purpose of this study is to describe the planning, implementation, evaluation, and follow-up of supervision of school administrative personnel by school principals. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection techniques in this study used observation, interviews, and documentation—analysis techniques through data collection, data reduction, conclusion-making, and triangulation. The results showed that the technical competence of the administrative staff at SMP Negeri Remban is quite good because they have good communication and always work together to expedite their work. In terms of role, the principal has played a role in improving the technical competence of administrative staff; this is indicated by the principal often taking the time to talk to the administrative staff so there is no awkwardness or fear between the principal and administrative staff; the principal also often holds meetings with administrative staff so that cooperation and communication between principals, teachers, and administrative staff are always well established. This research implies that the principal and education staff are an inseparable unit. Therefore it is hoped that good cooperation and communication between the two elements is expected so that in a future implementation, evaluation can be used as a guide as a follow-up if deficiencies are to be corrected.

Abstract

This study aims to described aspects that are applied in the civilization of  religious culture, describing the technical steps, supporsing factors and obtacle factors that are used among students of SMK country 1 Bengkulu City. This study uses an ethnographic method or strategy. While the data collection process uses techniques; observation, documentation and interviews.The results showed that the religious culture program was implemented through intracurricular programs (practice of worship, reading and writing the Qur'an), co-curricular (3 S culture, shaking hands culture, duha prayer, zuhur prayer in congregation, tadarrus al-qur'an). The physical form of religious culture in SMK country 1 Bengkulu City is the presence of a prayer room and its infrastructure, religious slogans and motivation.

Abstract

Study This aim For describe evaluation Program The SPNF-SKB Kaur learning community in improving the pedagogical abilities of Learning Facilitators based on an evaluation model CIPP. Study use approach descriptive qualitative with CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) evaluation model. The research subjects were the Head of SPNF SKB Kaur, the Learning Community Manager, and Learning Facilitators as participants in the learning community at SPNF SKB Kaur. Research data obtained from the interview results, observation and documentation. Research data analysis includes data reduction, data presentation, verification and drawing conclusions.The results of the study indicate that the management of the Learning Community Program at SPNF-SKB Kaur is effective and relevant to the needs of Pamong. This program is successful in planning, implementing, and providing resources, significantly improving the pedagogical competence of Pamong. Learning outcomes are applied in learning, impacting student academic improvement. Program management shows a match between program objectives and implementation in the field. However, there are still challenges such as low motivation of a small number of Pamong, limited Package A and B modules, and less than optimal support from the Regional Government. This study focuses on the evaluation of the learning community program in improving the pedagogical skills of Learning Facilitators. Although learning communities show great potential in developing the pedagogical skills of Learning Facilitators, there are not many comprehensive evaluative studies assessing the effectiveness of this program.
