Abstract

Guru bimbingan konseling dalam menghadapi perkembangan zaman haruslah mempersiapkan diri sehingga mampu untuk mendidik siswa/peserta didik generasi Z sehingga mampu melaksanakan proses layanan bimbingan konseling secara maksimal. Salah satunya dengan memanfaatkan platform berupa TikTok sebagai media dalam layanan bimbingan konseling. Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk mengeksplorasi manfaat dari penggunaan media TikTok dalam layanan bimbingan konseling. Peneliti menggunakan metode studi literatur jenis descriptive review yang mana prosesnya dilakukan dengan cara mengidentifikasi, menilai, dan menginterpretasi. Beberapa sumber studi literatur yang digunakan berasal dari artikel, skripsi/thesis, dan jurnal-jurnal penelitian. Dalam mencari literatur tersebut, peneliti menggunakan database google scholar dengan kriteria berupa artikel berbahasa indonesia dengan menggunakan kata kunci manfaatTikTok sebagai media layanan bimbingan konseling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan manfaat TikTok sebagai media dalam layanan bimbingan konseling dapat membantu siswa untuk menafsirkan suatu materi layanan dengan pemahaman yang sama, membuat layanan menjadi lebih jelas dan menarik, proses layanan menjadi lebih interaktif, mengefisienkan waktu dan tenaga guru bimbingan konseling, hasil belajar siswa lebih berkualitas, media yang digunakan dapat diakses kapan saja dan di mana saja, menumbuhkan sikap positif pada siswa, guru menjadi lebih produktif, materi dapat dijelaskan secara konkret, dapat mengatasi keterbatasan ruang dan waktu, dan mengatasi keterbatasan indera manusia. Jadi, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan media TikTok sebagai layanan dalam bimbingan konseling sangat memungkinkan untuk digunakan karena memiliki banyak manfaat sehingga dapat menciptakan layanan yang menarik dan menyenangkan serta proses layanan dapat berjalan lebih efektif dan efisien.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to describe the effect of classical information services with symbolic modeling techniques on learning time management. The method used is an experiment with a one-group design, pre test-post test design. The population taken was 148 class X MIPA and the sample in this study was class X MIPA 1 SMA Negeri 3 Bengkulu City totaling 32 students. The sampling procedure used purposive sampling. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire with a Likert model scale. Data analysis techniques using the t test. The results of this study proved that student learning time management increased after being given information services. The results of the pre-test and post-test differences with a t value of -29.254 and a significance level of 0.000 (p <0.005) so that the hypothesis (Ho) is rejected and (Ha) is accepted. The average student learning time management before being given treatment is in the low category and after being given treatment the average value becomes in the high category. This study also proves that information services using symbolic modeling techniques are effective for improving student time management in class X MIPA 1 students at SMA Negeri 3 Bengkulu City. Based on the results of this study, it is suggested that counseling teachers to overcome the problem of learning time management can use classical format information services with symbolic modeling techniques. Abstract

Bullying adalah suatu keadaan dimana terjadi penyalahgunaan kekuasaan/kekuasaan oleh seseorang/kelompok orang yang lebih kuat atau lebih berkuasa terhadap orang lain, dengan tujuan menimbulkan kerugian dan dilakukan secara terus menerus. Perilaku bullying merupakan salah satu bentuk kekerasan dan perilaku agresif siswa di sekolah. Jenis perilaku bullying yang sering terjadi adalah menyakiti secara verbal, menyakiti secara fisik, dan menyakiti secara mental dengan faktor keluarga. Faktor teman sebaya juga merupakan faktor yang lebih sering terjadi sebagai penyebab perilaku bullying siswa. Bullying di sekolah merupakan salah satu perilaku destruktif dan moral yang harus diselesaikan oleh guru Bimbingan Konseling. Karena bullying dapat mempengaruhi kegiatan belajar mengajar, bersifat patologis yang mendarah daging di kalangan remaja di sekolah, maka guru BK memiliki peran penting sesuai dengan tugas dan fungsinya sebagai guru BK/konselor di sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran guru bimbingan dan konseling dalam mengatasi perilaku bullying siswa pada siswa SMP. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah seorang guru bimbingan konseling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Secara umum guru bimbingan konseling/konselor memiliki peran yang memadai dalam mengatasi perilaku bullying dengan memberikan layanan informasi sebagai layanan yang lebih dominan, diikuti dengan layanan bimbingan kelompok dan konseling kelompok serta memberikan layanan konseling individu. Abstract

Technological developments are unavoidable. In this digital era, technology has become an integral part of our daily life. This brings changes in many ways, one of which is the life experience of early childhood in the present era. The digital era has both positive and negative impacts. As a step so that children do not get the negative impact of this technological development, parents as the closest people must be able to apply appropriate parenting strategies in the digital era. There are several strategies that parents can apply in early childhood education in the digital era which will be discussed in this article. It is hoped that parents can implement this strategy in order to minimize the negative impact of using digital media.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the existence of low student assertive behavior at SMP Negeri 30 Bengkulu Selatan This study intends to describe how service content mastery of traditional assertive training methodologies affects students in the eighth grade at SMP Negeri 30 Bengkulu Selatan's increased assertive conduct. An experimental one-group pretest-posttest design method is employed in this study methodology. 101 pupils made up the study's population. 33 students made up the sample in this study. Through the use of random sampling, samples were collected. A questionnaire with a Likert scale was employed in this study's data collection method.. The data analyzed by the t test . The results indicate an increase in students' assertive behavioor. The average value before the services is provided is 84.2 in the low category, after being given the service, the average score became 117.3 in the high category. The results show the value of t = -37.984 (p=<0.05). This means that there is a significant influence of content mastery services in the classical format of assertive training techniques on increasing students' assertive behavior.

Abstract

In this study the background of students' anxiety and to see the effect of group counseling using systematic desensitization techniques in reducing anxiety when facing exams for class XI students at the Bengkulu Sports Talent High School. This research is a type of experimental research one-group pretest-posttest design using quantitative methods. The subjects in this study were class XI students at the Bengkulu Sports Talent State Senior High School. Subjects were conducted using purposive sampling technique. How to obtain research data using a questionnaire (questionnaire) with a Likert scale. This study uses the T test data analysis technique (paired sample test). The results of the study prove that there is a significant effect of group counseling services with systematic desensitization techniques on reducing anxiety levels when facing student exams in class IX students. Abstract

This study purposed to describe the effect of group guidance service with symbolic modeling techniques to improve prosocial behavior of student class VIII MTs Negeri 01 Lebong. The method in this study used an experiment with a one group prestest-posttest design. The population in this studi were all student of class VIII A MTs Negeri 01 Lebong totaling 30 students with the research sample consist of 10 students. The sample were taken by random sampling technique. The data collection using a questionnare with a Likert scale model. Data analysis technique was using the t test (paired sample test). The result of the hypothesis test obtained in this study showed that the value of t = -5.361 and sig (2-tailed) 0.000 means that there is a significant influence on group guidance service with symbolic modeling techniques to improve students prosocial behavior Keyword : prosocial behavior, group guidance, symbolic modeling techniques

Abstract

This study aims to describe the effect of content mastery services assisted by video media toreduce phubbing behavior in SMPN 3 Bengkulu City. This study used an experimental method with one group pre-test post-test design. The population is 163 students. The research sample was students who had a high level ofphubbing behavior. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The research data were analyzed using a paired sample t-test with the help of the SPSS version 2.1 application. The results showedthat there was a decrease in thlevel of phubbing behavior in studentsafter being given cintent mastery services assisted by vide media. There is an influence of content mastery services assisted by video media on students phubbing behavior. The phubbing behavior of students before being given treatment was relatively high. The phubbing behavior of students after being given treatment decreased.Keywords: Phubbing Behavior, Video Media, Content Mastery Service

Abstract

This study aimed to describe the effect of group counseling with deep breathing techniqueson students’ interpersonal communication anxiety. This study used an experimentalmethod with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The population in this study werestudents of class VII.2 SMP Negeri 1 Lebong, amounting to 32 students. The sample wasdetermined to be six students with a very heavy level of interpersonal communicationanxiety, using a purposive sampling technique. Data was collected using a questionnairewith the DASS (Depression Anxiety Stress Scale) measurement scale. Data were analyzedusing the t test (paired sample t-test). The results showed that there was a decrease instudents’ interpersonal communication anxiety levels after being given group counselingtreatment with deep breathing techniques. The results of hypothesis testing show the valueof t = 6,697 (p < 0.05). This means that there is a significant effect of treatment onstudents’ interpersonal communication anxiety with deep breathing techniques on studentsof SMP Negeri 1 Lebong.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the effect of group counseling services using the expressive writing technique in the form of catharsis on increasing emotional control of class VII B students of SMP Negeri 9 Bengkulu Tengah. Methods This research uses an experimental method with one group pretest posttest design. The population in this study were students of class VII B SMP Negeri 9 Bengkulu Tengah, totaling 30 students. The research sample was taken by purposive sampling technique with a sample of 6 students. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The research data were analyzed using statistical analysis with the t test formula. the results of the study are 1. students’ emotional control before being given group counseling service with expressive writing techniques in the form of catharsis are classified as low 2. students’ emotional control after being given group counseling services are classified as high 3. there is an influence of group counseling services with expressive writing techniques in the form of catharsis on increasing emotional control in class VII B of SMP Negeri 9 Bengkulu Tengah. Based on this research, the researchers provide advice to guidance and counseling teachers to provide group counseling services to increase emotional control.Keywords: Emotional Control, Group Counseling, Expressive Writing Technique in the form of Catharsis
