In general, the development of a child's language is separated into two stages: the Pralinguistic and Linguistic periods. The goal of this research is to examine the phonological study of child language acquisition during the linguistic period, which covers vowel and consonant acquisition, as well as factors that influence phonology acquisition. This study looks at the following questions: 1) What factors influence a child's phonological acquisition during the language period? 2) How does a four-year-old learn voices and consonants? 3) What is the reason for the child's phonological acquisition? This study used a case study approach to qualitative research. The data was gathered by observation, documentation, and interviews from the utterances of a 4-year-old named TRS. Meanwhile, phonological analysis was used to examine the data. TRS has mastered vocal phonemes since she was two years old, according to the findings of this study. The consonant [r] and its vibrating sound have yet to develop and be mastered. The lack of a proper pronunciation of TRS is partly to blame for the formation of significant differences in the acquisition of TRS phonology. In other words, the TRS language's phonological acquisition has not yet achieved its peak.

The United States' war on terror effort, which began after the devastating assaults on the World Trade Center (WTC) and the Pentagon on September 11, 2001, has lasted until now. Even under Trump's presidency, U.S. foreign policy toward the Muslim world, particularly in the Middle East, has had little impact on global political stability. The latest tensions between the U.S. and Iran have proved that the "war" is still ongoing. This study aimed to analyze Donald Trump's speech concerning all of his statements referred to Iran's nuclear weapons and the related issues in the Islamic world. It also sought to investigate Donald Trump's explicit/stated and implicit/unstated agenda on Iran and the Islamic world. This research engaged with Qualitative Case Study as its framework and NVIVO Pro 12 application (Computer-Assisted Analysis) for its linguistic inquiry. As long as the United States' foreign policy toward the Muslim world stays intact, Iran will not be allowed to develop nuclear weapons, and neither will all Islamic countries. The term "terrorist" was a great strategy for reason to interfere in a country to carry out its main agenda.

The data from the first question of the speech function of statement in the online speaking class is 100 percent accurate. It is because the inquiry is a form of experience-based self-opinion, and many claims require data to reinforce their answers. The second question is statement (67.8%), with command coming in second at 30.3%.

The type of research was content analysis. The subject of this research was linguistic semiotics, which was a bilingual books. This story book was taken at random. The object of this research was the meaning contained in the Indonesian and English texts. The data analysis technique used is the equivalent method using the CEFR assessment. The results show that there are equivalent and not equivalent meanings, various CEFR levels, inconsistencies translation, and word for word translation technique. The conclusion in this study is the equivalence of the meaning of Indonesian - English words is mostly achieved. Based on the CEFR level, it is found that the A2 level is mostly at the beginner or basic user level. However, it is also found that the English equivalents are not suitable for children or for beginners based on CEFR levels such as C1 and C2 levels. There are inconsistencies in translation from the source language to the target/target language. Most of the translation techniques use word for word techniques.

Reading and language skill states clearly that in translating the texts, the translator absolutely needs three things. Firstly, the texts to be translated, secondly, the excellent dictionaries or idiom lists and the last is the translator’s individual ability in conveying the natural meaning of the text into the other form, style, language, term and so forth which is succesfully done systematically but retaining the original sense. The purpose of this research is to know the comparison between Science Classes and Social Classes students in translating reading passages to the second year students’ of SMAN 1 Labuapi in Academic Year 2014/2015. The population of the research was the third year students of SMAN 1 Labuapi. They were all two classes: class II IPA which total number 20, and class II IPS which total number 20 students, so the total population number were 40 students. They supposed to have been actively joinied the English lessons. This population homogeneous, because they all in the same level either regarding to their knowledge or their experiences. Comparative research or analysis is a broad term that includes both quantitative and qualitative comparison of social entities. The method of the study applied here is a comparative research method which include in ex-post-facto research design. This was inspired by the data which is needed to prove’ the hypothesis. Therefore, a simple treatment might be needed, as the reaserch described the existence of the different departements in translating some reading texts/passages at the third year students of SMAN 1 Labuapi in Academic Year for the data collection, the writer applied testing method. And the data would be analysed through basic statistical computation. After getting the last value of t-test with the t-table, it’s found that t-test = 2.40 with the t-table = 2.70 (0.01%), and t-test = 2.40 with the t-table = 2.02 (0.05%). It means that t-table is greater than t-test, it also means that the alternative hypothesis (Ha) which read that “the students of Science Classes program have better achievement in translating reading passages of SMAN 1 Labuapi in Academic Year 2014/2015 is accepted. While the Null Hypothesis, which sound “ the students of Social Classes program have better achievement in translating reading passages of SMAN 1 Labuapi in Academic Year 2014/2015 is rejected.

This research examines the Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC) to improve the students ability in reading. The population of the research is the second grade students of SMPN I Kediri – West Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara Province. The population consists 120 students. The sample of the study were 30 students which separated into groups, experimental and control group consisting of 15 students for every group. To get the data needed, test instruments in the forms pre and post test were employed. The result of this study found that the students ability using CIRS is higher than the students who did not use CIRC. It shown from the mead deviation score of experimental group was 1429 point and the mean score of control group was 998 point. This fact means that the use of CIRC are improve the students competence in reading effectively. Based on the statistical computation, interval confidence of 0.01 (99 %) , t-test : 4.95 higher than t-table :2.76 and interval confidence of 0.05 (95%) , t-test : 4.95 higher than t-table : 2.05 which is automatically means that the Alternative Hypothesis (Ha) is accepted.
