Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Rotating Trio Exchange model on learning achievements of Mathematics subject of the eighth grade students of SMPN 17 Bandar Lampung in academic year 2014/2015 with the issues examined in the form of low Mathematics score of eighth grade students. This study used an experimental method which was conducting direct application usage models Rotating Trio Exchange (RTE) in the experimental class and conventional model in the control class. The population in this study is the second semester of eighth grade students of SMP Negeri 17 Bandar Lampung in academic year 2014/2015 with a sample of 2 classes taken by using cluster random sampling technique. The data was measured using essay test consisted 10 questions. The research instruments used by the writer must meet the criteria of a good instrument so the authors examined the instrument that researchers prepared in 32 respondents out of sample group. Based on the the result of the research, it is obtained that the results of tcount= 2.64 at distribution level 5% ttable= 2.02. It is proven that tcount> ttable so it can be concluded that there is the influence of the Rotating Trio Exchange (RTE) model towards the Mathematics learning achievements at the second semester of eighth grade students of SMPN 17 Bandar Lampung in academic year 2014/2015.

Abstract

Vocabulary is meaningful of words or can be meaning full of sentences. Vocabulary is also something or mentality that owned by human being in its consciousness and the “something” is given inherently to name, describe a certain thing or condition. Many students fine difficulty in mastering vocabulary. The problem comes when the students difficult to know the meaning of word and they are getting difficult in memorizing the meaning of words. In this research, the writer used cluster random sampling technique. The sample was two classes and divided into two classes. The first class was experimental class and the second was control class. In collecting the data, the writer used vocabulary test in objectives form. The test consists of 50 items with five options. In analyzing the data the writer used ttest, the formula. After the data was analyzed by using ttest formula, it was got ttest or tratio = 4.99 at significance level 5% = 2.00 and at significance level 1%=2.66. Since tratio>ttable, Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. It means that there was positive influence of board game towards students’ vocabulary mastery

Abstract

This study aims to determine (1) Is there a relationship between leg muscle strength against dribbling skills on the futsal junior high school student extracurricular Daar El Salam. (2) Is there a relationship between the running speed of the dribbling skills on the futsal junior high school students' extracurricular Daar El Salam. (3) Is there a relationship between confidence in dribbling skills on the futsal junior high school students' extracurricular Daar El Salam. (4) Is there a relationship between leg muscle strength, running speed, and confidence together - equal to the dribbling skills on the futsal junior high school students' extracurricular Daar El Salam. Researchers using multiple correlations that examine the relationship with regression analysis techniques.These results indicate that there is a leg muscle strength correlation coefficient of 0.825 with a degree of relationship is very strong, there is a running speed correlation coefficient of 0.847 with a degree of relationship is very strong, and confident there is a correlation coefficient of 0.67 with a strong relationship level. Based on the test results and significance of linear simple regression equation between leg muscle strength, running speed, and confidence in dribbling skills of 0.939 with a coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.882 yaiu great effect amounted to 88.2%, while 11.8% is affected by the other factors that are not within the study variables. As well as the significance test for multiple correlation Fhitung 52.32 where the value is greater than the F table.

Abstract

Having word knowledge is important in reading comprehension to help students understand English text. Repeated Reading (RR) strategy is believed that it can enrich students’ vocabulary and reading comprehension achievement. This study aimed at investigating the effects of RR strategy on vocabulary and reading comprehension achievement. Forty eight of eighth graders of MTs Negeri baturaja were chosen as the sample. Each group consists of twenty four students. Vocabulary and reading comprehension tests were administered to the students before and after the interventions. The results showed that there was significant difference in vocabulary and reading comprehension achievements (ρ<0.000) after the interventions.

Abstract

The study aims to determine the relationship between parental attention and learning styles to the students’ learning achievement of Accounting of SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Bandar Lampung. This study uses correlation survey method. The population in this study were all students of class X in Accounting totaling 45 students. The sample used in this study came from all population.Research results revealed that (1) there is a positive and significant relationship between parental attention and learning achievement of Accounting class at the tenth grade students of SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Bandar Lampung. (2) there is a positive and significant relationship between learning style and academic achievement of Accounting class at the tenth grade students of SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Bandar Lampung. (3) there is a positive and significant correlation between parental attention, learning style and the learning achievement of class X Accounting class at the tenth grade students of SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Bandar Lampung.

Abstract

To optimize the learning process of a teacher, must be able to choose the model, methods and learning strategies appropriate to the material to be delivered. By the selection of appropriate learning model can improve student learning outcomes and provide a positive influence on the effectiveness of the learning process. The purpose of this research was to determine whether there is influence of SQ3R models (Survey, Question, Read, recited, Review) on learning outcomes of economics students in the second semester at X grade of SMA 1 Kota agung Tanggamus academic year 2015/2016. In this study the authors used the experimental method. In analysing the data, the writer use t-test. Samples were taken using cluster random sampling technique. Instruments using in this study was multiple choice tests. Based on the calculation results of hypothesis testing that has been done with the author, it was obtained that t-cal = 4.73 and the distribution tables at the level of 5% was obtained t-tab = 2.00 and thus it is proved that t-cal > t-tab. It can be concluded that "there is an influence of the SQ3R (Survey, Question, Read, Recited, Review) model towards the outcomes of Economics subject of the tenth grade students at SMA Negeri 1 Kota Agung in academic year 2015/2016".

Abstract

The problems of this study is the importance of students' motivation and learning environment either at home or at school that influence the learning outcomes of the Integrated Social Science subjects. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of learning motivation and learning outcomes of Integrated Social Science, to determine the relationship of the learning environment to learning outcomes of Integrated Social Science, and to determine the relationship of learning motivation and learning environment with learning outcomes at VIII class of MTs Al-Khairiyah Kale Bandar Lampung 2015/2016. The population in this study is VIII grade student consisted of 40 students. Questionnaire form is a questionnaire directly because researchers directly question to respondents. The survey results revealed that there is a positive and significant correlation between learning motivation and learning environment together on learning outcomes The result is evidenced by results of multiple correlation in calculation using SPSS version 20 for windows by using multiple regression analysis of the correlation coefficient (R) = 0.824, coefficient of determination (R ²) equal = 0.678 and F value of = 39.016, when it is compared with the value of f table at a significance level of 5% that is equal to 3.25, the value> (39.016> 3.25).

Abstract

The objective of the research is to know whether there is the influence of clue game towards students‟ grammar mastery. The population sample of this research was 78 students; it consisted of 40 students in experimental class and 38 students in control class. The sampling technique is cluster random sampling technique. In collecting the data, the writer used objective test. The test consists of 40 items with four options. The subjective of teaching grammar mastery as enable students to communicate in English in real life situation and understand the meaning of English words. Based on the data analysis of data and hypothesis, the writer found that the average score of experimental class higher than the control class. Therefore, the writer would like to say that cooperative learning that can be used to improve students‟ grammar mastery. It can be concluded that t test > t table. Ttest is = 4.002 and t table is = 1.995 (???? = 0.05) and 2.65 (???? = 0.01). It means that there is positive influence of teaching grammar mastery through cooperative learning towards students‟ grammar mastery. There is significant Influence of “Clue Game” towards students‟ grammar mastery at the second semester of the eighth class of MTs Negeri Kalianda, Lampung Selatan. The average score of students‟ grammar mastery who are taught by using “Clue Game” is higher that students‟ grammar mastery who were not taught by using “Clue Game”. It is proved by the average score of students‟ grammar mastery in experimental class was higher than control class (61.64 > 50.32). Based on the calculation above, the writer concluded that there is a positive Influence of “Clue Game” towards students‟ grammar mastery at the second semester of the eighth class of MTs Negeri Kalianda, Lampung Selatan in 2013/2014.

Abstract

Sociolinguistics is a science that studies the use of language in society. Sociolinguistics is a discipline that is a blend of sosilogy and linguistics, the two disciplines are closely interconnected. Sociolinguistic discuss how language is used in the community, with whom we spoke, how the level of education, social status, or among government officials, education environmental or in our neighborhood that the language we use.Sociolinguistic is seen and approached as a language, but rather approached as a means of interaction or communication in society. By having knowledge of sociolinguistics, we can communicate well in the community, with opponents biacara see who we are, what level of education, for example, we can easily communicate with our speaker. The better the communication is done, the more the communication destination is reached. Communication objectives will be achieved well, if the intent were submitted were well received by our opponents said.

Abstract

The employees cooperative of Askes Lampung is a branch under the supervision of credit and saving of PT.ASKES which is located in Bandar Lampung. The problems encountered in this company is to know the cause of the breakdown of consumer loans Employees Cooperative Askes Lampung by analyzing the financial statements of loans in 2015. This may be due to various factors or deliberate consumers. So the author takes the title "Cause Analysis logjam Consumer Loans Health Insurance Cooperative (Kopkarkes) Kemiling Bandar Lampung 2015".Therefore, the problem formulated in this study is what is the cause of the breakdown of consumer loans in the cooperative health insurance (kopkarkes) Kemiling Bandar Lampung 2015. So as for the purpose of this study was to investigate and analyze the causes of the breakdown of consumer loans in the Cooperative Employee Health Insurance (Kopkarkes) Lampung Kemiling Bandar Lampung in 2015.The method the writer used in this research is descriptive quantitative method. The data is a number obtained using the technique of questionnaires, interviews and observation. Test the validity of the questionnaire the breakdown of consumer loans using Product Moment Correlation formula by correlating r and r tab hit taken from the significant level of 5% to df = n-2 = 30-2 = 28, r tab in this case is 0.361. Test questionnaire measuring the breakdown of the loan using the formula 0.90 Alpha to the result that quite often.Thus, it can be concluded that the breakdown of consumer loans in the Cooperative Employee Health Insurance (Kopkarkes) Lampung in 2015 rated almost all consumer cooperatives are often late in paying back the loans. Timeliness in the payment of the loan is one very important factor for the increase in income for all consumers in an Employee Cooperative Health Insurance (Kopkarkes) Lampung. So as to increase earnings for the prosperity along to the loan payments on time, ie in particular through the analysis of a history of the borrower carefully and do not just look at the factors collateral.
