Jurnal dinamika Ekonomi adalah jurnal ilmiah yang diterbitkan oleh Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Nasional Banjarmasin. Terbit pertama kali tahun 2004. Dari tahun ke tahun jurnal ini tumbuh dan terus hadir hingga saat ini. Jurnal Dinamika Ekonomi mempunyai tujuan mengembangkan kajian ilmiah di bidang Akuntansi dan Manajemen. Bentuk kajian yang dipublikasikan berupa artikel kajian teoritis, hasil penelitian empiris, resensi buku, kajian dan aplikasi teori, tinjauan kepustakaan dan tulisan praktis berkaitan dengan akuntansi dan manajemen.

Abstract

The outbreak of the corona virus requires people to carry out activities at home to break the chain of virus spread in accordance with government policies. This policy ultimately makes many activities that require direct interaction to be avoided and limits people's activities from leaving their homes. Among the hardest hit are Small and Medium Enterprises, which are the drivers of the economy. Many small and medium businesses have temporarily closed their businesses. This study aims to determine whether there is an impact of the influence of Covid-19 and the PPKM Policy on the income level of SME business actors in the Banjarbaru City area. The method used in this research is quantitative research, which is a research model that requires the calculation of numbers, while the approach used is a survey approach, namely research that takes samples from the population and uses questionnaires as the main data collection tool. The results of this study indicate that the variables in the study have a significant effect.

Abstract

This study aims to empirically proved the effect of service quality on taxpayer compliance in paying motor vehicle taxes at UPPD Banjarmasin 1. The population used in this study was motorized vehicle taxpayers at UPPD Banjarmasin 1 and is classified as an effective taxpayer in 2019. The population in this study were 154,626 taxpayers in UPPD Banjarmasin 1. By using the Slovin formula, the selected sample is 400 respondents. The research method used a quantitative method, with the results of the study showing that the Quality of Tax Services has an effect on Taxpayer Compliance in Paying Motor Vehicle Taxes at UPPD Banjarmasin1.

Abstract

Abstract, This study aims to examine the effect of work motivation on the performance of employees of PT Harmoni Mitra Utama Banjarmasin because it is suspected that work motivation affects the performance of employees of PT Harmoni Mitra Utama Banjarmasin. The method used in this study is a quantitative analytical method, which provides empirical evidence of the effect of work motivation as an independent variable with employee performance as the dependent variable at PT Harmoni Mitra Utama. While the subjects in this study were all employees, namely 45 respondents. The results of this study are the results of the SPSS output from simple linear regression proving that the variables of Physiological Needs (X1), Safety Needs (Security) (X2), Social Needs (X3), Appreciation Needs (X4) and Self-Actualization (X5) simultaneously affect the performance of employees (Y) at PT Harmoni Mitra Utama.

Abstract

This study aims to study the Effect of Brand Image and Product Knowledge on Purchasing Intention with Green Prices as a moderating variable on The Body Shop products both simultaneously and partially to consumers of The Body Shop in Malang City. The sample used in this study was 103 respondents. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis and Moderating Regression Analysis (MRA) with Green Price as moderating. The results showed that brand image has a positive effect on purchase intention (H1), product knowledge has a positive effect on purchase intention (H2), green prices have a positive effect on purchase intention (H3), brand image has a positive effect on green prices as a moderating variable (H4), Product Knowledge has a positive effect on green prices as a moderating variable (H5). The results of the interaction testing after using the Moderating Regression Analysis (MRA) indicate that green prices as moderating variables have a significant influence and strengthen the positive influence on the independent variable with the dependent variable. Due to green prices greatly affect the level of consumer purchase intention on products Shop body that is environmentally friendly and can be recycled is also safe for beauty and health that is expected by consumers.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the quality of service that has been provided by PT Togu Pancing and to determine the appropriate quality of service in increasing customer satisfaction of PT Togu Pancing. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative, where the population in this study is all customers of PT Togu Pancing from January to June 2021 as many as 300 customers, while the sample is 30 customers. The result of this research is to implemet the five variables, especially for the Tangibles variable so that the company can meet the standards of the facilities provided, for example by adding or replacing old facilities with new ones so as to increase customer satisfaction. In the variables of Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance and Emphty so that the company can improve the quality of its service, so that it will lead to customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy on customer satisfaction at PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk Cash Office Soetoyo S. Banjarmasin. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative method, where the instrument or measuring instrument in this study is a questionnaire or questionnaire that contains questions to be responded to by the research respondents using a Likert scale. The results of the study found that there was a positive influence on various aspects of customer satisfaction, but there was a decrease in the number of customers managed in the last few years, which can be seen from the data on the number of customers which relatively decreased from 2017 to 2019 due to low service quality. One of the efforts that can be made by the bank so that the number of customers and service quality can be optimally improved is by providing convenience to customers when making transactions, so that it reflects good quality in accordance with customer expectations in general.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out where the shortcomings are in the services provided in order to increase customer satisfaction at CV Borneo Jaya Maju travel in Barito Regency. The population in this study were customers in May 2021. The sample taken as respondents was 50 customers with a sampling technique using the Arikunto formula. The method used in this study was a quantitative descriptive method. The results of this study are the services provided to customers are still lacking, where the services provided to customers in paying attention to the five dimensions are Physical Evidence (tangible), namely the incompleteness of tourist package advertising brochures and the absence of advertising promos on the website to make it easier for customers to see new information. Responsiveness (responsiveness) of employees in providing understanding solutions about tour packages to customers is still not fully understood by customers and guarantees (assurance) are also still lacking so that there are still some customers who are not satisfied with this.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to compare the financial performace of PDAM Bandarmasih in Banjarmasin city before and during the Covid-19 pandemic. The population of this research is PDAM Bandarmasih Financial Report. The sample is balance sheet and income statement from April to December 2019 for the period before covid-19 and April to December 2020 for the period during covid-19. Hypothesis testing using parametric test ‘Paired sample t-test’ and non parametric test ‘Wilcoxon Sign Test’. The Result of this study, state that the financial performance of PDAM Bandarmasih as measured by the Liquidity Ratio, Solvency Ratio and Basic Earning Power Ratio during Covid-19 is significantly different and better than before Covid-19.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to empirically prove the effect of trust, usability and convenience on interest in using the Go-Pay E-Wallet payment system in the community in Alalak District, Barito Kuala Regency. The method used is a survey method with a sample of 88 people as respondents. The test tool used with the help of the SPSS for windows release 20.0 program. The results showed that the trust variable affected the interest in using the Go-Pay e-wallet with a significant value of 0.038. The usability variable affects the interest in using the Go-Pay e-wallet with a significant value of 0.038. The convenience variable affects the interest in using the Go-Pay e-wallet with a significant value of 0.029.

Abstract

This purpose of this study was to found whether effect managerial ownership and audit committee on going concern audit opinion Manufacturing Companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2017–2019 Period. The sample drawn by purposive sampling and fulfill sample selection criteria. Method of data analysis using logistik regression. The results of the study show that the managerial ownership variable has an effect on the Going Concern audit opinion, while the audit committee has no effect on the going concern audit opinion. The results of the research simultaneously that managerial ownership and the audit committee have an effect on going concern audit opinions. The results of the R square test of Managerial Ownership and the audit committee affect the Going Concern Audit Opinion by 47.8% and the remaining 52.2% is influenced by other variables or factors.
