Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the role of education and training in improving employee performance in Kelayan Luar Village, Central Banjarmasin District, Banjarmasin City. The problem faced is that in general employees in handling an activity have never done training in their field so that there is a lack of knowledge in that field. Personnel management training has never been carried out Administrative training has never been attended. The subjects in this study were employees of Kelayan Luar Village, Central Banjarmasin Subdistrict, Banjarmasin City as many as 20 employees of Kelayan Luar Village, Banjarmasin Tengah Subdistrict, Banjarmasin City. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method. This method was chosen considering that this research is a descriptive study that aims to the role of education and training in improving employee performance in the Kelayan Luar Village, Banjarmasin Tengah District, Banjarmasin City. The results of the research are the On the job method by means of Coaching, Planned progression, Job Rotation, but for the Position Rotation of Civil Servants there has been a job rotation but only temporary if the civil servant concerned is on leave. Method Of the job so far, civil servants have never been instructed to learn by way of Executive Development Programs, Training, Organizational Development.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the marketing mix that has been implemented so far at Bengkel Las Iwan Banjarmasin and to know the marketing mix that must be implemented at Bengkel Las Iwan Banjarmasin. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative, where the population in this study is all customers Bengkel Las Iwan Banjarmasin during April to June 2022 as many as 48 customers, while the sample is taken using purposive sampling as many as 30 respondent. The result of this research is that by implementing a marketing mix, to increase its income, the Iwan Banjarmasin Las Workshop can maintain product design and quality, set a fairly affordable price and provide discounted prices, place a banner or nameplate for the workshop in front of the alley where the Iwan Banjarmasin Las Bengkel is located. and promoting through social media and placing banners in public places.

Abstract

This study aims to empirically proved the influence of personal technical skills and participation of users of information systems on the performance of accounting information systems at the regional water company (PDAM) Hulu Sungai Tengah. The population in this study were all employees of the Regional Water Company (PDAM) Hulu Sungai Tengah totaling 60 people. The sampling technique carried out in this study used the Purposive Sampling Technique, with the sample criteria being active employees and willing to be respondents at the Hulu Sungai Tengah Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM) totaling 50 people. The research method used is a quantitative method. The results of the study showing that the ability of personal techniques and the participation of users of information systems affect the performance of the accounting information system at the Hulu Sungai Tengah Regional Water Company (PDAM), either partially or simultaneously.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of word of mouth on purchasing decisions of the body shop japanese cherry blossom body mist product at the body shop shop in Palangka Raya. The method used is a quantitative method with a simple linear regression analysis tool and assisted by SPSS. The population of this research is the customers of the body shop body mist japanese cherry blossom products in Palangka Raya, the sample is 30 people. The results showed that word of mouth had an effect on purchasing decisions for the body shop body shop body mist japanese cherry blossom product at the body shop shop in Palangka Raya.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of service quality partially on customer satisfaction at PT Mitra Andalan Logistik Banjarmasin. To determine the effect of service quality simultaneously on customer satisfaction at PT Mitra Andalan Logistik Banjarmasin. The research population is all consumers of PT Mitra Andalan Logistik Banjarmasin in 2020. The total population in this study is 253 people, as many as 86 consumers of PT Mitra Andalan Logistik Banjarmasin which will be used as the research sample size. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method with a survey approach. The results showed that there was an effect of tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy on customer satisfaction at PT Mitra Andalan Logistik Banjarmasin. This study succeeded in proving the sixth hypothesis which states that “there is a significant effect of service quality (tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy) on customer satisfaction at PT Mitra Andalan Logistik Banjarmasin.

Abstract

This study aims to made property valuation by regression analysis was applied to medium- to middle-class homes above in the Banjarbaru and Surabaya regions, to obtain a regression model best use software Minitab 19 with variables that can influencing namely land area, building area, number of rooms, number of rooms bath, number of floors, location, ownership certificate, garage and garden. Results research shows that there are differences in influencing factors selling price of houses in Banjarbaru and Surabaya.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine how the digital market influences the turnover of clothing sales in the Batuah Martapura market. This research was conducted on the Batuah Martapura market traders. The population of respondents in this study are clothing traders who use the digital market, totaling 27 people with the snowball sampling method. Data collection techniques in this study were in the form of questionnaires and interviews. The analysis technique used in this research is quantitative by using validity test, reliability test, normality test, linearity test, t test and coefficient of determination test. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant untested influence of the Digital Market on the Turnover of Clothing Sales at the Batuah Martapura Market. It is shown by the results of the t-test that the result of tcount is (- 285) and the significance value (Sig.) is 0.778 so that tcount = (-285) < ttable = 1.708 and the value of Sig. = 0.778 > = 0.1. Because the value (-285) < 1.708 and 0.778 > 0.1, it can be concluded that the hypothesis H0 is accepted and H1 is rejected. So the results of the analysis from the t-test can be said that the digital market is not tested significantly on the sales turnover of clothing traders who use the digital market at Batuah Martapura Market. The coefficient of determination value is 0.003, this means that the variation of digital market changes (X) is not tested significantly on the sales turnover of traders in the Batuah Martapura market (Y) is 0.3%, while the rest is influenced by other variables in this study. Abstract

The aim of the study was to empirically prove the effect of convenience and trust on interest in using fund applications in students of the Banjarmasin National STIE Accounting Study Program.The method used in this study was a quantitative method by distributing questionnaires to 64 students of the Banjarmasin National STIE Accounting Study Program who were used as respondents using the SPSS Version 26.00 test tool.The conclusion is that partially and simultaneously ease and trust influence the interest in using fund applications for students of the Banjarmasin National STIE Accounting Study Program.

Abstract

This research aims to find empirical evidence of the effect of gender diversification on investment decision behavior. This research method is quantitative. The research population was D3 students of the accounting study program class of 2020 at the Tanah Laut State Polytechnic as a State University (PTN) and undergraduate students of the accounting study program class of 2019 and 2020 at the Banjarmasin National STIE as a Private University (PTS). The research sampling technique used purposive sampling method. The exogenous variable is gender diversification as measured using a dummy while the endogenous variable is investment decision behavior as measured through a questionnaire. The results of this research found empirically that gender diversification has a significant effect on Investment Decision Behavior as indicated by the magnitude of p <0.001 with the R Square value still relatively low, namely only 7%, meaning that the influence of other factors is still a lot to influence investment decision behavior apart from diversification gender. Abstract

The main objective of this research is to study and analyze (1) The influence of promotion cost which consist of advertising cost, promotion cost of sale and cost of public relation and reporting, have significant influence either partially or simultaneously. (2) The dimension of promotional cost which is greater the effect on the increase of the sale of fish cultivation by farmer group of cooperation. This research is done by quantitative method and also use analysis method with SPSS Windows For Data as a data analysis tool. Based on the result of the research, it is found that in the multiple linear regression analysis it is found that promotion cost consisting of advertising cost, sales promotion cost and public relation cost and reporting, have significant influence either partially or simultaneously to the increase of fish farming sale by farmer group of pakat sasama.
