Abstract, Problems examined regarding the role of the variable product quality (performance, reliability, features, durability, suitability, design) in the purchase decision Smartphone Samsung. The study population was a student STIE Nasional 2014 Banjarmasin generation Samsung Android smartphone users as many as 107 users and samples taken as many as 30 respondents. The method used in this research is descriptive method. Results of this study is that the variable performance indicators operating system owned by Samsung Smartphone Android already is the latest version, the variable Reliability the machine is not easy to heat, variable features with the camera quality is good, the variable resistance with indicator resilience LCD durable, variable compliance with suitability indicators according to the desired shape young people today and the variable design with an attractive design indicators were appropriate.

Abstract, This research aimed to give empirical evidences about motivation, learning methods and environment to learning achievement. The dependent variable was learning achievement and the independent variables motivation, learning methods and environment. The population in this research was 220 students of XI and XII class of Social Science in MAN 1 Barabai The data collected from the output of questionnaires which give to the respondents. The samples technique used purposive sampling with 69 social science students. The research give empirical evidences that partially only environment which had effect on learning achievement but motivation and learning methods has no effect. Simultaneously, all independent variables had effect on learning achievement.

Abstract, This research aimed to know the influence environment of work and communication to performance employee at PT. POS (Persero) post office 70000 Banjarmasin. The method used descriftive qualitative methods, namely measurement of objective statistical data and trough SPSS version 16. The Result found that the t-test the environment of work variabels by 4,442 bigger than t table is 1,667 which means a significant effect on performance employee at PT. POS (Persero) post office 70000 Banjarmasin Communications variabel shows the t-count equal to 3, 251 is bigger than t- table is 1,667 which means a significant effect on performance employee at PT. POS (Persero) post office 70000 Banjarmasin F–test result shows F count of is 26,591 greater than F-table is 3,938.

Abstract, This purpose of this research was to find out whether there are differences in average trading volume activity shares before and after the election of the president and vice president of the year 2014 (event study on shares LQ – 45 in Indonesia Stock Echange period 29 June - 19 July 2014). The sample drawn by purposive sampling and fulfill sample selection criterion. This research was conducted to examine and analyze the differences in the average stock trading volume activity before and after the election of president and vice president in 2014 in the capital market. Methods of data analysis using paired sample t test. The results of this research indicate that the result of paired samples t-test average stock trading volume activity there is no difference in the LQ-45 before and after the elections for president and vice president in 2014.

Abstract, This research aimed to analyze the influence of leadership style of the room head nurse, motivation,discipline on the performance of nurses in hospitals Brigjend H.Hasan Basry Kandangan, analyzing variables the dominant influence on the performance of nurses in hospitals Brigjend H. Hasan Basry Kandangan. This research is explanatory research, a research that aims to get an explanation through hypothesis testing. The population in this research are all nurses who carry out their duties and functions as a nurse in the infirmary General Hospital Hospital Brigadier General H. Hasan Basry Kandangan. The research sample of 109 respondents by sampling using saturated / census and statistical analysis tools using SmartPLS (Partial Least Square). Results showed that the leadership style of the room head not significant effect on the performance of nurses in hospitals Brigjend H.Hasan Basry Kandangan motivation not significant effect on the performance of nurses in hospitals Brigjend H.Hasan Basry Kandangan, disciplined significant effect on the performance of nurses in hospitals Brigjend H. Hasan Basry Kandangan, the discipline has a dominant influence on the performance of nurses in hospitals Brigjend H.Hasan Basry Kandangan.

Abstract, This research aims to provide empirical evidence about whether there is any difference in the share price and the average share price difference before and after the 2014 presidential elections in the financial services sector listing on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population used in this research is the company's financial services sector consists of three sub-sectors, namely banking sub-sector, sub-sector and sub-sector insurance financing totaling 65 companies. Methods of sample selection using purposive sampling techniques that amounted to 30 companies. Method of Paired-Sample T-Test is used to test the hypothesis in order to determine differences in stock prices before and after the 2014 presidential elections in the financial services sector listing on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The results of the research provides empirical evidence that there are differences in stock prices before and after the 2014 presidential elections in the financial services sector listing on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Hypothesis testing is done with a statistical test or t test where t values of -2941 with a significance of 0.004 which is less than 5% or 0.05 so that the hypothesis can be accepted. The average share price prior to the presidential election in 2014 of the period of the H-10 to H-1 at 1.6397, while the average stock price the financial services sector after the presidential election in 2014 of the period D + 1 to D + 10 at 1.6644 , So that the average stock price after the 2014 presidential elections is higher than before the 2014 presidential election.

Abstract, This research was conducted in order to determine the influence of top management support, involvement penggun adalam system development process, engineering capabilities of personal information systems, training and education of users, and the formalization of development sistemi nformation on user satisfaction SIA on PT. Trio Motor Branch RE Martadinata Banjarmasin. Samples are employees who use computer-based accounting information systems as much as 43 people. The model of this research is multiple linear regression. Sources of data used in this study are primary data. The results showed that the support of management, user involvement in the development process of the system, personal technical capabilities, as well as training and education has no effect partially on user satisfaction SIA-based computer. Only formalization of system development affect the SIA user satisfaction based computer. While simultaneously, all the independent variables affect the dependent variable.

Abstract, Industrial world have major contribution earth or environmental damage around the company. For that the company should make a pattern work focuses on the preservation of the environmental where he is, push the level of damage the environmental, and responsible of the welfare and health of the community around the company. If the company not take that responsible, it will impact to the reputation and value of the firm, and finally will impact to the sustainability of the company. Solutions that can be offered is to work patterns and the application of sustainable corporate strategies, attention to ethics in business by working patterns and strategy of the company’s work or the implementation of sustainable management like the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program. This research explores accountability for corporate sustainability practice at the oil company in the context of governmental company in South Kalimantan. The analysis was through the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility program for the community at Tanjung, one of local area in South Kalimantan. This study is quality research with 54 respondents as sample in 6 villages at ring one around of The exploration and production area of The Oil Company and 3 assistant manager of that company. The result showed that the implementation of CSR program is not work yet. CSR program are not run according to the main objectives of CSR program namely economic development, welfare and public health around the company. The implementation of CSR program just evidence that the company has met or liability regulations implementing CSR. CSR program are not implemented properly, because the program is grand strategy that determined by the central office Jakarta, before implemented that’s program without adjustment process and assessment with local values.

Abstract, This research aims at identifying the factors determining the submission’s promptness of financial statement by examining whether the managerial ownership, institutional ownership, independent commissioner, audit committee and profitability affect the promptness of the company for submission of financial statement according to the regulation issued by Bapepam. Besides, the research also examines whether the promptness of company for submission of annual report differs from midyear report. The research sample is manufacturing companies listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange for the period of 2012-2014 with 61 observations. The hypothesis testing is to examine whether there is a difference between the annual report’s submission and the midyear report submission. The result shows that statistically there is a significant difference between the submission’s promptness of the annual report and the midyear report. The result indicates that the submission of midyear report is faster than the annual report. The hypothesis testing is also to examine the effects of managerial ownership, institutional ownership, independent commissioner, audit committee and profitability used the multiple regression analysis. The results indicate that only managerial ownership and institutional ownership have significant effect on the submission’s promptness of financial statement. In contrast, the variables of independent commissioner, audit committee and profitability have no significant effect on the submission’s promptness of financial statement.

Abstract, This research about motivation influence in improving performance at Polsek Danau Panggang Hulu Sungai Utara. Motivation variable influencing performance consisted of the achievement (X1), confessing (X2), work that self (X3), responsibilities (X4), opportunity for the forward (X5), Wages (X6), condition physical work (X7), observation (X8), relation/link with the friend work (X9), security (X10) and organizational policy (X11). Population in this research is entire commisioned Police member at Polsek Danau Panggang is as much 26 member. Model the regresi indicate that pursuant to test F as a whole the model of signifikan with the storey level signifikansi = 5 %. This matter is shown by F signifikansi = 0,044 which its value less than 0,05 Influence which is between variable X1, X2, X3, X4, X5, X6, X7, X8, X9, X10 And X11 to Y is signifikan of because sig 0,044 < 0,05. Pursuant to the examination hence variable X11 (organizational policy) having an effect on compared to by bigger of other variable that is equal to 0,836 %. Where about the value represent the biggest value among other factors. This fact indicate that in biggest factor field of influence and related/relevant /its with the performance of Police member in Polsek Danau Panggang is X11 that is organizational policy.
