Abstract

Abstract, The purpose of this research was to determine the variables of responsibility, competence and teamwork have significant influence simultaneously to the marketing performance of SMEs in the city of Banjarmasin and Banjarbaru well as to determine which of the variables of responsibility, competence and teamwork to have a dominant influence in partial the marketing performance of SMEs in Banjarmasin and Banjarbaru. Results of calculations obtained F count is equal to 42.356 this means is greater than the value of F table at 1,979 on the degree of error of 5%, it can be concluded that the variables of responsibility, competence and teamwork have significant influence simultaneously to variable marketing performance of SMEs in the city of Banjarmasin and Banjarbaru. The amount of the contribution of independent variables (X) on the dependent variable (Y), as shown by the coefficient of determination (R2) that R2 is equal to 0.762 or 76.2% against the magnitude of the marketing performance of SMEs in the city of Banjarmasin and Banjarbaru, while the rest influenced by variables another variable is not included in this study is 23.8%. Variables that have the most dominant influence on the marketing performance of SMEs in the city of Banjarmasin and Banjarbaru is variable responsibility because it has the largest t is equal to 8.201.

Abstract

Abstract, This purpose of this research was to found whether effect Intellectual Capital against on the earning response coefficiet (ERC) within banking company which registered in Indonesia Stock Echange. The theory used in this research is the theory of market efficiency. The dependent variable in this study is the cumulative abnormal return (CAR), and variable the independent variables are standardized unexpected earnings (SUE),and intellectual capital that uses the measurement of Value Added Intellectual Coefficient ( VAIC ). The sample drawn by purposive sampling and fulfill sample selection criterion. In order to analized connection between Intellectual Capital to earning response coefficiet (ERC) by used multiple linear regression analysis. Research result showed that variable of Intellectual Capital have relation to earning response coefficiet (ERC).

Abstract

Abstract, Problem this research is unsatisfaction customer to the service ofPT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Cabang Martapura Unit Ratu Elok. The population and sample are 100 customer of PT.Bank RakyatIndonesia (Persero) Cabang Martapura Unit Ratu Elok. The result of this research show the service is already good and almostsatisfy the customer but still there is a problem such as the teller quantity is notenough, there is no place for customer to complaint and there is no informationif the system is broken. Based on the respond/answer that questioned to thecustomer, the variable that have good result is reliability, on the contrary thevariable that have bad result is tangibles. The bank should pay more attentionto the complaint of the customer and immedietly do everything to fix it, so thecustomer will not disappointed anymore with the service and the facility

Abstract

Abstract, This research aims to provide empirical evidence about the influence on the effect of technological capabilities, ease, risks, and service features to customers' interest in using internet banking at Bank BRI in Banjarmasin. The population in this research are all customers who use internet banking BRI BRI in the unit In Banjarmasin, Teluk Dalam unit, Pasar Lama unit and unit Belitung. Sampling technique used was quota sampling, in which the sample is chosen technique considering a relatively short research time and research objects consist of three units of BRI office. Additionally customers who use internet banking are visiting the office unit is also relatively small, so in this study the researchers gave the quota of each office unit of 20 people. The sample taken is 60 customers who use internet banking at BRI unit Teluk Dalam, in the pasar lama and the BRI BRI unit Belitung. Types and data sources of primary data obtained through a questionnaire distributed at bank customers as respondents, supplemented with secondary data obtained from various references. Multiple Linear Regression method used to test the hypothesis that has been proposed. The results of the research provide empirical evidence that the ability of information technology partially affect the interest of customers using internet banking, convenience partially affect the interest of customers using internet banking, risk is partially affect the interest of customers using internet banking, service features partially affect the interest of customers using internet banking. While simultaneously the ability of information technology affect the interest of customers using internet banking. The coefficient of determination adjusted R Square showed a value of 0.553 or 55.3%. Shows that the value of bank customers' interest in using internet banking can be explained by the ability of information technology, convenience, risk and service features of 55.3%. If adjusted R Square has a value> 0.5 s / d 1, is to have a strong influence.

Abstract

Abstract, This research aimed to analyze the effect of the growth of the companyand the company's risk on the disclosure of Internet Financial Reporting (IFR). The population of this research is all manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013. The research sample selection using purposive sampling method, the number of samples in this study as many as 102 companies. Research hypothesis testing using multiple regression analysis through the Smart PLS 2.0 M3. The results of hypothesis testing found evidence that the growth of the company and the company's risk did not significantly affect the disclosure of Internet Financial Reporting (IFR).

Abstract

Abstract, The purpose of this research is to analysis the influence of job characteristics and individual characteristics to job satisfaction of employees at the department of market management Banjarmasin . Data was collected by documentation method, interview method dan questionnare method. Data was analyzed by using multiple regression method. The result of this research is job charcteristics and individual characteristics has significant and positivly influence to job satisfaction. Beside that, this research is also shown that job characteristics has greater influence to job satisfaction individual characteristics than individual characteristics.

Abstract

Abstract, This research aims to conduct standardized testing Capital Asset Pricing Model (CAPM) at the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI) in the period January 2016 to in June 2016. The data analysis technique used is the closing price of the monthly average for 6 months is incorporated in LQ-45, JSX Composite and the Interest rate SBI regression method that First and Second Pass regression. Results First Pass Regression is known that beta average of 1.257 with Std.Error Of The Estimate of 6.588%. Then the results of Second-Pass Regression is known that Y = -0.751 + [0.261 * Beta] + [0.427 * Std.Se]. Results of tests performed it has been found that simultaneous two independent variables (beta and Std.Error Estimates) has a significant effect where F arithmetic = 6.596 with a significance level with probability < 0.05, with the contribution of the effect is very small, only 0.047% (R-Square). Partial test showed only variable significantly Std.Error of Estimate with a regression coefficient of 0.427 (t-hit = 3.533 with siginifikansi level p < 0.05), where as beta variable is not significant. Furthermore, to prove whether the standard CAPM is valid in the Indonesia Stock Exchange, conducted testing on the estimation Second-Pass Regression in accordance with the rules that have been determined. The results of the analysis carried out has been known that the standard CAPM seems not apply in the Indonesia Stock Exchange least for such period identified in this research, so the CAPM method can not be fully used to predict accurately the level of stock returns in the Indonesia stock Exchange.

Abstract

Abstract, This research aims to provide empirical evidence related to the influence of mandatory IFRS adoption on the information quality and information asymmetry. This research is an extension of the research Armstrong et al. (2010) about the positive reaction to the mandatory IFRS adoption process in the European Market associated with the perception that IFRS will improve the information quality and reduces information asymmetry. By using secondary data as many as 426 manufacturing firms obtained from the OSIRIS database includes data published financial statements and stock prices, this research compared the information quality and information asymmetry between prior period (2002-2004) and period after the IFRS adoption. The results provide that an increase in the information quality after the mandatory IFRS adoption in the EU. However, improving the information quality is not followed by a decrease in information asymmetry such as Ball’s (2006) opinion, and the results of this study showed that an increase in information asymmetry after mandatory IFRS adoption in the EU. As Hung and Subramanyam (2007) states that the accounting standards is not a major factor that can affect the quality of accounting information.

Abstract

Abstract, This research aims to determine the effect of economic motivation, career motivation, qualitymotivation and degree motivation to the interest of accounting students in Banjarmasin to follow PPAk. The method used in this research is a random sampling quota sampling. The unit of analysis is intended to be the respondent is a student majoring in accounting at STIENAS, STIE Indonesia, STIE Pancasetia, FEB UNLAM and the class of 2011 and 2012, with a total population of 565 students who meet the criteria and sample as many as 300 students. Hypothesis testing is done with the help of statistical software SPSS version 16. The results of this research indicate that economic motivation, quality motivation and degree motivation affect the interest of accounting students to follow PPAk.Contrary,career motivation does not affect the interest of accounting students to follow PPAk, because students argue to get a better career not only by following PPAk but also in other ways without having to follow PPAk. While simultaneously all the hypotheses affect the interest of accounting students to follow PPAk

Abstract

Abstract, This research aims to determine customer perception of the BCA credit card services, through five service quality dimensions, namely responsiveness, reliability, assurance, empathy and tangibles. The population in this research are all credit card customers BCA totaling 286 people, further samples are taken with a probability sampling method as many as 43 people. Further analysis of data using analysis techniques IPA (Importance-Performance Analysis). The results showed that the general perception of the BCA credit card holders filed attributes of the five dimensions of service quality is positive, meaning that the overall expectations BCA credit card customers for the performance of services provided by PT. Andalan Danamas Insan Creative Banjarmasin Branch has been fulfilled.
