Abstract, This research aimed to give empirical evidences about the difference perception between man and woman of capability of information technology which accountant had to mastersed. The variables in this study were capability of information technology which accountant had to mastered gender. The population in this was research the accounting students in STIE Nasional Banjarmasin. The data collected from the output of questionnaires which gived to the respondents. The samples technique used purposive sampling with 100 samples. The research gived empirical evidences that there were no different between man and wowan abaout their perception of capability of information technology which accountant had to mastered.

Abstract, This research aims to examine empirically the independent variables which consists of budget participation, organizational commitment, and environmental affecting the dependent variable of budgetary slack at private colleges in Banjarmasin. Analyses was conducted on 38 respondents to answer the research instruments delivered to lectures who have dual role: the role as lecturer and role as a structural officer at private colleges in Banjarmasin. Hypothesis testing research conducted by multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that budgetary participation does not affectbudgetary slack, interaction between budgetary participation to goal organizational commitment has positive effect on budgetary slack, and interaction between budgetary participation to environmental does not affect budgetary slack.

Abstract, This research aims to analysis customer satisfaction related toservices provided by PT.Central Santosa Finance Branch of Banjarmasin. The method used in this research is descriptive method. The objectof research is PT.CentralSantosa Finance Branch of Banjarmasin. This research found that the service has been done has been good,but based on the results of the research found problems such as slowapplication process, lack of staff at the cashier, a parking area which isstill less extensive and the slow process of completion.

Abstract, This research aims to determine the cost, margin, profit share and rubber trading system in the District Salam Babaris, Tapin district. The research was conducted from June to August 2016 in the District Salam Babaris Tapin district. Sampling is done by: (1) simple random method for farmers and (2) the snowball method for merchants. Analysis of the data using the formula and share margin trading system. The result showed that margin, share and profits derived rubber business administration institutions in the District Salam Babaris, Tapin District there are differences based trading system channel path. Recommended channels untu shorten trading system that is too long in the hope of obtaining a high share, smaller business administration costs and gain greater business administration.

Abstract, This research seeks to explore the needs of the information required by stakeholders as management accountability college, so it can be prepared the annual reporting form that is required to describe the performance of financial and other information about the operational and development PT future. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method, the process of extracting data through direct interviews structured with informants of stakeholders college, then the results of our interview in-depth analysis to collate and make adjustments to the rules Kemenristek dikti and regulations BAN PT, reporting is required for a college. The results showed annual reports uploaded or composed by several major colleges in Indonesia, there are still about reporting is dominated economic performance, in accordance with SFAS No. 45, while the operating performance reported by the academic colleges to PDPT in Kemenristek dikti, are not integrated and reflect the sustainability of the college. Researchers proposed the application of sustainable annual report which disclose the results or outcomes that occurred during a period in the context of the commitment, strategy, approach to the management of PT.

Abstract, This research aimed to examine the effect of Revenue Sharing Fund, General Allocation Fund, and the Special Allocation Fund To Income per capita for allegedly revenue sharing fund, General Allocation Fund, and the Special Allocation Fund affect per capita income in the District / City in the province of South Kalimantan. The population in this study was 13 (thirteen) District/City in South Kalimantan province from 2010-2013. Based on the criteria for purposive sampling method, obtained a sample of 9 (nine) District/City in the province of South Kalimantan. Data collection techniques done by documentation. Methods of data analysis using simple linear regression model multiple. The results showed that based on results of ANOVA test to obtain results that simultaneous revenue sharing, General Allocation Fund and Special Allocation Fund effect on per capita income with a significance level of 0.000. Partially indicates that the variable General Allocation Fund no effect on per capita income with a significance level of 0.123, the General Allocation Fund effect on per capita income with a significance level of 0.000, and the Special Allocation Fund has no effect on per capita income with a significance level of 0.117.

Abstract, This study aimed to give empirical evidences about perceived of STIE Nasional accounting students in the effects of accountants qualities, usefull of information technology, and internal controls to the quality of financial statements. The dependend variable was quality of financial statements and the independent variables were accountants qualities, usefull of information technology, and internal controls. The population in this study was 287 accounting student of STIE Nasional in Banjarmasin. The data collected from the output of questionnaires which gived to the respondents. The samples technique used purposive sampling with 74 accounting students. The study gived empirical evidences that partially only usefull of information technology and internal controls which had effect on quality of financial statements but accountants qualities has no effect. It happened because even accountants have a good quality but they were not have good ethics so they can do some fraud, so the financial statements which product by them has no qualities. Simultaneously, all independent variables had effect on quality of financial statements.

Abstract, This research aims to analyze the influence characteristic board of commissioners on the disclosure of Internet Financial Reporting (IFR). Characteristic board of commissioners in this research proxied by board size, independent board and board of commissioners activity. The population in this research is a manufacturing company that is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) Year 2013. Based on purposive sampling method, the number of samples in the research of 102 companies. Testing the research hypotheses using multiple regression analysis by SMART PLS 2.0 M3. Results of hypothesis testing indicate that board size a significant positive effect on the disclosure of Internet Financial Reporting (IFR). Independent board and board of commissioners activity had no significant effect on the disclosure of Internet Financial Reporting (IFR).

Abstract, This study has the objective to assess the performance of whether there are significant differences Composite Stock Price Index at the Indonesia Stock Exchange before and after the election the President /Vice President of the Republic of Indonesia on July 9, 2014. Model analysis used in this study is Paired Sample Test, the sample used is the daily stock index based on the closing price of each during the 93-day pre-election (transaction on February 19 s / d dated July 8, 2014) and 93 days post-election (transaction from July 10 s/d dated 25 November 2014). The research result showed that (1) the average stock index rose, if before the elections JCI average of 4840.83 with a standard deviation of 129.40, then after the election JCI average rose to 5094.34 with a standard deviation of 80.34 with an increase of 5.25%. (2) the statistical average JCI is there a significant difference with probability p <0.001 where t-count = - 14.438 with testing significant 2 tail.

Abstract, This research aimed to examine the effect of the contribution of the PKB and BBNKB to PAD in South Kalimantan province in 2003-2012. The method used quantitative methods, namely measurement of objective statistical data and through SPPS version 16. The results of the test or test the hypothesis partially explains PKB t affect the PAD, while BBNKB no effect on the South Kalimantan provincial PAD period 2003-2012. The results of hypothesis testing simultaneously or PKB and BBNKB F test against provincial PAD bepengaruh South Kalimantan period 2003-2012. the results of the regression estimates indicate that there are two independent variables in the regression model is able to explain 64% of the revenue and the balance of 36% is explained by other variables not included in this study.
