Abstract

XYZ organization develops a website to help the undergraduate students and alumni in UPN “Veteran” Jawa Timur keeping their pace for seeking proper career. However, it is hard for XYZ organization to answer the questions regarding career consultation without having an automation system that can be available for 24 hours. This is why XYZ organization intends to implement a chatbot inside of the website. The research methods for implementing it are based on CRISP-DM model with 1 process iteration and the use of Deep Feed-Forward Neural Network architecture along with TensorFlow.js library for running the chatbot. The result of the research is a chatbot successfully implemented inside of XYZ organization website having the accuracy 99.58%, precision 99.78%, recall 99.70%, and f1-score 99.73%. The total speed for accessing the chatbot is 0.859 second and total chatbot size is 385 kilobyte. Despite that, the chatbot knowledge is still limited to the dataset used on the research and the dependence on bag of words concept instead of understanding the whole question meaning which can be done using transformer architecture.

Abstract

The distribution of health workers that is equitable and in accordance with the needs of each region is a crucial factor in improving the quality of health services. This study aims to analyze the distribution of health workers in Indonesia through the K-Means Clustering method. The data used is data on the number of health workers by province in 2023 reported by the Central Statistics Agency (BPS). The analysis results prove that health workers in Indonesia are divided into several clusters with different characteristics. Through the identification of this distribution pattern, this study is expected to provide useful insights to policy makers in determining priorities and strategies for more effective and efficient allocation of health workers. The results also provide a basis for policy development that is more responsive to the real needs in the field, so as to support the achievement of better equitable health services throughout Indonesia.

Abstract

The rapid development of technology has made various human activities more efficient and easier to carry out. One of the innovations commonly used in communication technology is surveillance cameras. Surveillance cameras can be utilized as security monitoring tools, such as counting the number of people entering and exiting a building. Counting the number of people entering and exiting is a method often used as a security measure or for evaluating business premises. However, many buildings or businesses still manually count the number of people entering and exiting, which can lead to errors in the counting process. The aim of this research is to develop an application that can automatically count the number of people entering and exiting a building using a camera. The method used is You Only Look Once Version 8 (YOLOv8). YOLOv8 is a fast and accurate object detection model. The implementation results showed a precision of 79.6%, a recall of 61.7%, and a mean average precision (mAP) of 72.3%.

Abstract

The Regional Water Company (PDAM) is responsible for providing clean water and recording water consumption through meters. The current manual recording system often leads to issues such as recording errors and customer dissatisfaction. To address these problems, this study developed a system for detecting and recognizing PDAM water meter numbers using the You Only Look Once Version 8 (YOLOv8) method. YOLOv8 is an object detection method based on convolutional neural networks, capable of identifying objects in real-time with high accuracy. The aim of this study is to create a system that can automatically recognize numbers on water meters, improve recording accuracy, and reduce human errors made by meter reading officers. The research methods used include image data collection, YOLOv8 model training, and system testing. The test results show that the developed model achieved a precision of 98.1%, a recall of 97.7%, with a mean Average Precision (mAP) of 99.2%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengklasifikasikan penyakit daun apel menggunakan metode Gray Level Co-occurrence Matrix (GLCM) dan Multiclass Support Vector Machine (M-SVM). Data dikumpulkan dari sejumlah sampel citra daun dibagi menjadi 3 class yaitu (Apple Scab), (Apple Black Rot), dan (Apple Rust). Dianalisis menggunakan metode GLCM untuk ekstraksi fitur. Selanjutnya, fitur-fitur tersebut diklasifikasikan menggunakan M-SVM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa score akurasi yang tertinggi. Pada pengujian, M-SVM kernel = Polynomial, pada berbagai pecahan data (split ratio) seperti 90:10 mencapai akurasi sebesar 76%. Selanjutnya, hasil score akurasi yang terendah. Pada Pengujian, M-SVM kernel = Polynomial, split ratio 10:90 mencapai akurasi sebesar 72%.

Abstract

Penggunaan Voice Over Internet (VoIP) sebagai sistem komunikasi suara berbasis jaringan internet dapat menunjang kolaborasi antar tim atau para penggunanya. VoIP yang digunakan secara masal dan gratis telah banyak dimanfaatkan oleh setiap orang seperti Whatsapp, Telegram, Discord dan lain sebagainya. Akan tetapi, layanan tersebut sulit untuk diintegrasikan dengan sistem internal jika kita akan membangun sebuah sistem mandiri. Sebagai contoh, pemanfaatan VoIP sebagai alat penunjang kolaborasi dapat diterapkan untuk sarana komunikasi antar siswa dengan pengajar dalam sebuah aplikasi laboratorium bahasa atau sebagai sarana komunikasi antar pemain Game. Layanan VoIP harus dapat terintegrasi dengan aplikasi-aplikasi tersebut. Beberapa penelitian telah menerapkan aplikasi-aplikasi VoIP dengan beberapa versi. Akan tetapi, aplikasi-aplikasi VoIP tersebut secara empiris hanya dapat menghubungkan maksimum 8 klien yang simultan sedangkan jumlah pengguna dalam sebuah sistem bisa saja membutuhkan lebih dari itu. Dengan demikian, perlu adanya pembangunan aplikasi VoIP yang dapat digunakan tanpa batasan jumlah pengguna. Pada penelitian ini, aplikasi dibangun dengan menggunakan metode Iteratif, bahasa pemrograman C#, library VoIP PJSUA2 dan FreePBX sebagai servernya. Hasil pengujian fungsional, aplikasi VoIP mendukung fitur standar pada umumnya. Pengujian non-fungsional aplikasi VoIP juga dapat menghubungkan lebih dari 8 klien secara simultan meskipun terjadi jeda percakapan kurang dari 1 detik.

Abstract

Artificial intelligence technology is currently developing rapidly. This is caused by the need for users to innovate to help users in their daily activities, which of course is supported by the current internet network which is starting to be very adequate in various regions. The research currently being conducted aims to analyze and understand how the user experience is in using artificial intelligence technology, especially in voice assistant products, namely smarthome or smartspeaker. The data collection method used is through a questionnaire. Questionnaires will be distributed to 500 respondents in the DKI Jakarta area, who use voice assistants on smartphones, smarthomes or smartspeakers. The data that has been obtained is then processed using SmartPLS to analyze the validity and hypotheses that have been determined. The research model used is the UTAUT (Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology) model. The variables in this study are performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, facilitating conditions, towards behavioral intention to use behavior in using voice assistants on smartphones, smarthomes or smartspeakers. This variable will measure the level of user product usage and what are the issues for users when using voice assistant products on smartphones, smarthomes or smartspeakers. The results of the data collected and analyzed in this study will show how acceptance from users of voice assistant products can help user activities, as well as what factors are obstacles for users in using voice assistants.

Abstract

Farmers' income in Sebubus Village is uncertain every year, this phenomenon requires an analysis of the overall supply chain flow performance based on the problems that occur in Supply Chain Management (SCM) throughout Sebubus Village, namely the distribution flow of rice that is not optimal because there is only one rice factory in Sebubus Village. There are problems related to the uncertainty of the quantity of rice supply that hinders the production of the rice supply chain. Farmers are not satisfied with the profits they get because the rice must be sold directly to collectors. Because the weakness of the rice factory in Sebubus Village causes farmers not to make big profits. By applying the Food Supply Chain Network (FSCN) method, to understand the relationship between product flow, information flow, and financial flow throughout the series of rice cultivation activities. The main objective of this approach is to identify efficient workflows to accelerate supply chain management. The application of the food supply chain network concept is to determine the relationship between interconnected elements. The results of the study obtained were the total margin obtained by agents and wholesalers, which was Rp. 9000/Kg, the total cost incurred is Rp.2,500/Kg farmer share obtained is 40%. Marketing efficiency obtained is 16.6% is said to be efficient. So from the results of farmer share and marketing efficiency, the rice supply chain in Sebubus Village, Paloh District, Sambas Regency is efficient to carry out. Abstract

Dalam penyelenggaraan ujian on-line hal yang menjadi prioritas dalam penyajiannya adalah waktu pengerjaan, dan isi soal disajikan secara acak. Apabila pada soal ujian on-line bukan berbentuk essai, seperti pilihan berganda; maka pilihan jawaban juga disajikan secara acak. Hal ini akan mengkondisikan proses pengerjaan soal terlaksana dengan objektif, bila dibandingkan dilakukan secara off-line. Kunci-jawaban juga tetap merujuk pada pilihan jawaban tersebut, walaupun disajikan secara acak. Pada penelitian ini telah dirancang dan dibangun sebuah aplikasi ujian on-line dengan menggunakan Algoritma Fisher-Yates Shuffle untuk pengacakan soal dan Teknik Fuzzy Tsukamoto untuk perhitungan nilai atau skor. Penggunaan Teknik Fuzzy Tsukamoto bertujuan untuk menghindari perhitungan nilai atau skor yang salah mengingat pengacakan diterapkan pada soal, pilihan jawaban, dan kunci-jawaban yang merujuk pada soal yang disajikan tersebut. Sejumlah responden juga dilibatkan untuk menilai perihal aplikasi ujian on-line yang telah dikembangkan. Responden yang dilibatkan tersebut merupakan pelajar sekolah tingkat SMA/SMK yang terdiri dari kelas X, XI, dan XII. Jumlah responden dibagi secara seimbang dan pemilihan dilakukan secara proporsional. Hasilnya menunjukkan aplikasi ujian on-line relatif baik dan sesuai dengan harapan yang dinginkan oleh pengguna. Terlebih lagi setiap fitur dan perpindahan modul-modul dalam aplikasi sudah berjalan sesuai dengan ketentuan yang telah ditetapkan.

Abstract

This research focuses on analyzing QoS (Quality of Service) on the internet network of PT. Solid Fintek Indonesia. Quality of Service is used as an analysis method to measure the quality of internet network services, the information from which can be input to improve disturbances that often occur on the network of PT. Solid Fintek Indonesia, such as sudden network slowdowns, lag that results in communication disruption, and loss of Wi-Fi network. In this study, the analysis was conducted using QoS parameters, including throughput, delay, jitter, and packet loss. Wireshark was used as a tool to scan and record internet traffic. The main objective of this research is to provide valuable insights for improving the performance of WLAN networks at PT. Solid Fintek Indonesia and similar organizations. By understanding the factors of network quality, it is hoped to find an effective solution to improve performance network. The results of testing the WLAN network based on TIPHON standardization at PT. Solid Fintek Indonesia show an index value on the throughput parameter of 2390 Kbps with the category “Very Good”, delay of 4,13 ms with the category “Very Good”, jitter of 4,13 ms with the category “Good”, and packet loss of 2,67 % with the category “Very Good”.
