Abstract

Salah satu permasalahan utamanya adalah kemacetan dan kesulitan pengguna dalam mencari tempat parkir yang tersedia. Aplikasi Parkir Sekolah Berbasis Mobile Menggunakan Flutter merupakan solusi inovatif untuk pengelolaan sistem parkir di lingkungan sekolah. Pengelolaan parkir yang efektif sangat penting untuk menghindari kemacetan, memperlancar akses, dan meningkatkan keamanan dan kenyamanan pengguna di lingkungan sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan aplikasi parkir berbasis mobile yang dapat mempermudah pengelolaan sistem parkir di SMK Negeri 1 Ciamis. Metode penelitian meliputi studi literatur, analisis kebutuhan, perancangan aplikasi, pengembangan, pengujian, evaluasi, implementasi, dan pemantauan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi ini akan meningkatkan efisiensi, keamanan dan pengalaman pengguna dalam mengakses fasilitas parkir di sekolah. Dengan fitur-fitur seperti STNK, pemantauan ketersediaan tempat parkir, pembayaran digital, dan sistem informasi yang terintegrasi, aplikasi ini diharapkan dapat memberikan manfaat yang signifikan bagi pengguna dan lingkungan sekolah. Saran untuk penelitian ini antara lain pengembangan fitur, pelatihan pengguna, pemeliharaan rutin, evaluasi pengguna, dan kerjasama dengan pihak terkait. Diharapkan aplikasi ini dapat terus dikembangkan dan meningkatkan pelayanan parkir di SMK Negeri 1 Ciamis. Kata Kunci: Perancangan, Aplikasi, Parkir Sekolah, Berbasis Mobile dan Flutter

Abstract

Delindo Reswara is a spare part shop that recently made a change from having a manual system to a digital system, in order to progress smoothly into the digital realm, CV. Delindo Reswara needed a forecasting solution towards their spare parts stocks, so it could help them do a pre-order on their stock’s spare parts. Therefore, the methods that’s been carried out is to forecast and test its forecasting ability. The Single Exponential Smoothing as their forecasting method is done using a comparison towards its error percentage between two smoothing components value, that is α = 0.2 and α = 0.6, Testing using MAD, MSE, MAPE, and moving range chart as a decider for validity of the forecast method. It resulted in α = 0.6 having a lower error percentage with error value of MAD = 11.16, MSE = 171.07, MAPE = 0.26 and its forecasted data is in between of its upper and lower control limits all across the chart, so its safe to say that the forecasting method is valid to use.

Abstract

Micro-credentials are considered a potential solution for enhancing the quality of human resources in Indonesia, especially among university students. This study investigates factors influencing the acceptance and use of micro-credentials using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). It focuses on the roles of Perceived Usefulness (X1) and Perceived Ease of Use (X2) in shaping Attitude Toward Use (Y) of micro-credentials. A quantitative approach was employed, collecting data through questionnaires from 24 students at Ciputra University Surabaya. The data were analyzed using SPSS with multiple linear regression analysis. The results indicate that Perceived Usefulness (X1) significantly impacts Attitude Toward Use (Y), while Perceived Ease of Use (X2) does not have a significant individual effect. These findings offer insights into how universities can utilize micro-credentials to improve student engagement and learning experiences, preparing them for the workforce. This study supports the development of education and the enhancement of human resource quality in Indonesia, demonstrating the relevance and effectiveness of micro-credentials in higher education.

Abstract

The IPB Student Portal is a platform that plays an important role in providing information to students about the academic and administrative aspects of the university environment. Improving the usability of this website is a primary need for efficiency and user satisfaction. This study uses the System Usability Scale (SUS) to evaluate the IPB Student Portal website. The research method involves usability testing with a questionnaire based on ten predetermined usability criteria. Respondents to the survey were active students who used the IPB Student Portal website. Research results show that the IPB student portal has an adjective rating (Ok) with a SUS score of 56.3. To improve the user experience of the IPB student portal, it is necessary to improve user controls, simplify navigation, reduce system errors, speed up document control, train users and provide active feedback channels..

Abstract

The shortage of blood supply in Indonesia is caused by three main factors. These include low public awareness, a large number of expired blood bags, and complicated regulations. According to the Directorate General of Health Services, Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia, each country requires a blood supply of at least 2% of its total population. However, as of June 14 2023, UTD PMI Blood Donation units throughout Indonesia only have a blood stock of 77,438 bags. This shortage has serious consequences because it makes it difficult to meet urgent blood needs and endangers patients who need transfusions. To overcome this problem, further investigation is needed regarding the root of the problem. The solution is Donora, a web-based emergency blood donation application. Donora was developed with Laravel's Livewire framework and leverages existing APIs. This application has 10 main features such as authentication, account management, reward points, notifications, blood stock information, emergency blood donation requests, donor authentication, points ranking, dashboard, etc. Application development follows a SCRUM approach with 5 sprint iterations to ensure efficient development to meet user needs. Application testing was carried out manually using the black box method, and the evaluation results showed that Donora successfully passed all testing stages and demonstrated optimal performance.

Abstract

Palembang Songket is a type of traditional woven cloth that has been registered as Indonesia's intangible cultural heritage since 2013. Palembang Songket has many motifs including Bunga Cina, Cantik Manis, and Pulir. The motifs on Palembang Songket have different meanings which can influence the selling price of the Songket. Recognition and classification of Palembang Songket types and motifs can be done by utilizing computer technology such as digital image processing and machine learning. In this research, the classification of Palembang Songket motifs was carried out using color features with histograms in Hue, Saturation, and Value (HSV) space and the Support Vector Machine (SVM) machine learning algorithm. Testing was carried out on a classification system using 45 test images. The histogram of HSV and SVM methods with the best kernel, namely RBF, were able to classify Palembang Songket motifs with an accuracy of 0.956; precision of 0.94; recall of 0.933; and f1-score of 0.931.

Abstract

Hydrometeorological disasters in Indonesia, such as floods, landslides and storms, pose serious threats to the physical, psychological safety and infrastructure of society. Learning media plays an important role in increasing society's understanding and preparedness in facing hydrometeorological disasters, especially for the younger generation who live in the technological era, where traditional learning methods are less effective. This research proposes the development of game-based learning media using the Game Development Life Cycle Method to increase literacy and involvement of the younger generation in mitigating hydrometeorological disasters. By conducting a questionnaire with 5 disaster mitigation experts or BMKG and 27 professional workers, the results obtained from Black Box Testing show that all the functionality and features contained in the game have no problems and the results of Usability Testing show a high level of ease of use of features, performance, efficiency, ease of remembering features, and satisfaction in playing are proven by an average score of 4 and the lack of errors is proven by an average score of 2.

Abstract

A brain tumor is an abnormal growth of cells in the brain that often requires an accurate diagnosis from a radiologist. This study aims to implement the Naive Bayes algorithm in improving the accuracy of brain tumor diagnosis. Naive Bayes is a popular classification algorithm in data mining that can provide accurate results even with limited datasets. The study used a dataset of MRI images of brain tumors from Kaggle consisting of 2044 image samples with three classes: meningioma tumors, pituitary tumors, and no tumors. The process starts with image preprocessing, then feature extraction using Local Binary Pattern (LBP), and classification using Naive Bayes algorithm. The test results showed the best parameters of LBP were radius 1 and neighborliness 8, while the Naive Bayes model achieved 68% accuracy, 67% precision, and 66% recall in classifying all three classes of brain tumors. The study expands knowledge of the potential of the Naive Bayes algorithm in brain tumor diagnosis and may form the basis for further research.

Abstract

Personal financial management is an important thing in life that is often a challenge for many people. The aim of this research is to design a mobile-based personal financial management application using the Design Thinking method. This method includes five main steps: Emphatize, Define, Ideate, create a prototype, and Testing. In the testing phase, Maze Design is used to evaluate the effectiveness and usability of the application. Test results show that the FinTrack application can provide an intuitive user experience and support their financial management. This research is expected to improve users' financial discipline, provide intuitive tools for personal financial management and provide an effective means for achieving financial stability.

Abstract

Proses pencarian faktur yang dilakukan oleh kasir toko bangunan Dunia Baru memakan waktu yang cukup lama dikarenakan selain bertugas melakukan pembayaran ke sales, kasir toko juga bertugas untuk menerima uang serta kembalian penjualan toko. Belum lagi berkas faktur dengan warna merah yang tidak sempat disortir sehingga menambah waktu pencarian saat ada sales yang menagih pembayaran. Saat ini banyak mahasiswa belum memahami secara tepat mengapa dibutuhkan suatu algoritma untuk melakukan pencarian sehingga dibutuhkan kasus nyata yang membantu mahasiswa memiliki gambaran pentingnya suatu penerapan algoritma dalam proses pencarian. Jadi, aplikasi pencarian data faktur akan menerapkan algoritma sequential dan binary search. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam pengembangan aplikasi ini menggunakan metode Agile. Hasil dari aplikasi ini bagi pelaku usaha Toko Bangunan Dunia Baru, terutama karyawan bagian kasir toko adalah mampu membantu karyawan untuk mencari data faktur saat ada sales yang melakukan penagihan sehingga menghindari kesalahan pembayaran fakturnya ternyata sudah lunas serta menghindari sales yang kecepatan dalam menagih tagihan. Sedangkan bagi mahasiswa, setelah diberikan contoh kasus nyata penggunaan algoritma sequential dan binary search terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan terkait teori tahapan pencarian menggunakan algoritma sequential search dan binary search serta penerapannya dalam pemrograman.
