Abstract

This research focuses on developing a decision support system for determining scholarship recipient students at SD Impres Abat Bot using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. The background to this research is the need for an efficient and objective system in the scholarship recipient selection process, which has been done manually and takes time. The aim of this research is to build and implement a SAW-based decision support system, as well as evaluate the optimality of the recommendation results. The methods used in this research include interviews, observation and literature study. System development follows the waterfall method which consists of analysis, design, coding and testing stages. This system is designed to consider various criteria that have been applied by SDI Abat Bot in determining scholarship recipients. The research results show that the application of the SAW method in a decision support system can provide optimal, fair and transparent recommendation results. It is hoped that this system can help schools make more objective decisions regarding scholarship awards, as well as become a reference for further research in the same field. Abstract

Transportasi masyarakat dalam berpergian ada berbagai macam terutama ketika berpergian jauh salah satunya adalah speed boat. Speed boat merupakan sarana transportasi dalam berpergian antar pulau yang mana jarak antara pulau tidak terlalu jauh. Ketika berpergian dengan speed boat, pastinya sebagai penumpang maupun kapten speed boat tidak ingin ada gangguan terhadap apa pun terutama dalam hal gangguan mesin. Artikel ini menyajikan sebuah sistem pakar untuk mendeteksi kerusakan mesin speed boat dengan menggunakan metode forward chaining. Sistem ini dirancang dengan antarmuka pengguna (UI) yang sederhana, memudahkan siapa saja untuk menggunakannya tanpa perlu membuat akun atau login. Sistem ini mampu mendeteksi berbagai macam gejala dan kerusakan dengan jangkauan yang luas, mencakup 18 data gejala dan 16 data kerusakan. Meskipun demikian, terdapat beberapa kekurangan yang perlu diperhatikan. Sistem ini memiliki keterbatasan dalam memberikan jawaban yang sama lebih dari empat kali berturut-turut, yang mengindikasikan bahwa masalah tersebut belum terdata di sistem. Selain itu, jenis dan kapasitas mesin (cc) yang terdaftar hanya mencakup dua jenis untuk masing-masing kategori. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa meskipun sistem pakar ini efektif dalam mendeteksi kerusakan, terdapat ruang untuk perbaikan lebih lanjut dalam hal cakupan data dan kemampuan sistem dalam menangani pengajuan pertanyaan yang berulang.

Abstract

Online Game is a game played using hardware such as gadgets, laptops, or PCs online by several people at the same time. According to Databoks, Indonesia itself is the third-largest game industry market out of 10 countries, with a percentage of 94.5% in the age range of 16-64 years as of January 2022. Online games have had a significant impact on students, particularly students in Ende district. This change has triggered negative behaviors in various aspects of life, including health, psychological, academic, and social aspects. This study aims to apply and identify the level of addiction among students to online games using the Fuzzy Mamdani method, which will later be used to develop an expert system to detect the level of online game addiction. The input variables for online game addiction in students consist of playing duration, internal drive, and inability to restrain oneself, while the output variables include non-addicted, addicted, and highly addicted. In the fuzzy inference system, the Mamdani method is one of the methods with high accuracy. The results of this study indicate that the use of the Fuzzy Mamdani method is accurate in measuring the level of online game addiction among students in Ende district. The implementation of the Mamdani method resulted in a score of 36.06, which can be concluded as non-addicted to online games among students in Ende district.

Abstract

Sexual violence is a serious issue affecting women and children across various regions of Indonesia, including Bengkalis Island. Victims of sexual violence require optimal support in handling and prosecuting perpetrators. Currently, reporting requires direct visits to the Women and Children Protection Unit in Bengkalis District, which is inefficient. This study aims to create an online reporting and consultation application to enhance reporting efficiency. Extreme Programming is employed as the research method. Results indicate positive community feedback, demonstrating satisfaction with the application's ability to facilitate online reporting and consultations with the Women and Children Protection Unit in Bengkalis District, aligning with anticipated outcomes.

Abstract

Kedisiplinan terhadap peraturan sebuah organisasi akan memengaruhi produktivitas seorang pegawai. Ketika seorang pegawai sudah menegakkan kedisiplinan maka akan membentuk suatu rutinitas yang baik dan seorang pegawai dapat menyelesaikan suatu pekerjaan sesuai target. Salah satu tindakan disiplin dari seorang pegawai adalah mematuhi jam kerja yang sudah ditetapkan oleh suatu organisasi. Dengan adanya permasalahan terkait kedisiplinan, penelitian ini memanfaatkan metode WiFi probe untuk mengetahui bagaimana tingkat kedisiplinan dan produktivitas seorang pegawai. Penentuan tingkat produktivitas diukur dengan mengetahui waktu siklus seorang pegawai dalam melakukan penyelesaian ticket. Waktu siklus nantinya dikalkulasi dengan faktor kelonggaran agar waktu yang dihasilkan lebih akurat. Sehingga didapatkan waktu standar seorang pegawai dalam menyelesaikan suatu ticket. Total waktu kerja ditentukan mulai dari perangkat seorang pegawai tersebut terdeteksi pertama kali dan terdeteksi terakhir kali di wilayah kerjanya. Total waktu kerja yang tercatat di WiFi probe dibagi dengan waktu standar untuk menentukan standar minimal ticket yang harus diselesaikan seorang pegawai setiap harinya. Namun jika seorang pegawai terdeteksi keluar dari wilayah kerjanya, ini akan mengurangi total waktu kerja yang ada. Hasil perbandingan dari standar produktivitas dan ticket yang diselesaikan, semua staf tergolong produktif. Walaupun satu dari tiga staf memiliki standar produktivitas yang berbeda dan lebih kecil. Hal ini diakibatkan oleh pola mobilitas atau masalah dalam pencatatan penyelesaian ticket.

Abstract

PT Syahid Husada Dewata has several obstacles that affect sales operations. Some of these obstacles include the process of ordering medical devices still using conventional methods via whatsapp and email to the admin and the absence of features such as checking receipts that allow customers to track the delivery status of their orders in real-time. Therefore, PT Syahid Husada Dewata requires the development of an integrated information system in the hope of solving the above obstacles significantly for the company. This research will use the waterfall method, system design using Data Flow Diagram (DFD), database design in the form of Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD) and Conceptual Database, and intuitive and responsive interface design. The results of this research are expected to streamline the business processes carried out by PT Syahid Husada Dewata so that they can solve several obstacles that affect sales operations and strengthen their business position compared to other companies.

Abstract

Scheduling is an effort to manage time for activities to ensure their smoothness and continuity. One critical area is the scheduling of subjects at SD Islam Terpadu Darussalam. Manual scheduling is considered ineffective because it requires high accuracy to avoid conflicts and is lengthy and time-consuming. To address this issue, a scheduling system utilizing genetic algorithms for automation is needed. This research employs the waterfall method, consisting of four main stages: requirement analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. This method provides a clear structure and minimizes errors in the final stages. The scheduling system trials showed the most effective time was 00:12:30 with a population size of 10, Pm 0.2, and Pc 0.5. The web-based scheduling information system using a genetic algorithm allows subject scheduling to be accurate, fast, efficient, and effective at SD Islam Terpadu Darussalam. Additionally, an innovation involving email notifications sent 10 minutes before the next lesson begins can ensure teachers and students are better prepared, making the teaching and learning process smoother and more efficient.

Abstract

Performance evaluation of a company often relies on its profitability, significantly impacted by the presence of active customers. Customer segmentation into loyal and non-loyal categories using the K-Means Clustering algorithm assists in developing subsequent strategies, including tailored incentives based on customer loyalty levels. Applying this algorithm at UD. Majutoto Malang, customers were segmented based on box purchases into three clusters with random initial centers. Out of 624 data points, the segmentation resulted in 62 non-loyal customers, 463 highly loyal customers, and 99 moderately loyal customers. The clustering accuracy was evaluated using the Davies-Bouldin Index (DBI), which yielded a score of 0.01. A DBI value close to 0 indicates good clustering quality.

Abstract

In developing information systems there are several methodologies, one of them is scrum which is included in the agile category. This method is considered capable of producing high quality software that suits user needs, and can be applied to projects with long or short work durations. Scrum is adaptive, flexible, fast in making changes and has systematic and repeatable stages. With this method, the results of a sprint can be achieved in a relatively brief period. So that the results of the previous sprint can be evaluated more quickly and if there are results that are not suitable then improvements can be made immediately, where these improvements will be carried over to the next sprint until results are obtained that meet requirements. Based on the results and observations, the use of the Scrum methodology in developing the Vehicle Inspection Mobile Application has proven to be effective in handling changing needs during the application development period, where by repeating reviews each sprint it is able to produce an application that meets user requests and expectations.

Abstract

Early childhood education (ECE) is an important stage in child development that can have a long-term positive impact. Eden Tanjung Ria PAUD in Jayapura City understands the importance of developing children's potential early on and is committed to providing optimal educational services. However, parents' busy schedules cause a lack of monitoring of children's learning development. To overcome this problem, a web-based Child Learning Development Information System has been built that assists teachers in delivering real-time child learning development information to parents. This system uses PHP and MySQL with waterfall development method. The results show that this system makes it easier for teachers to record children's development and parents to monitor their children's learning progress. Hopefully, this system can improve the quality of preschool education by providing easy, fast, and transparent access to information for all related parties.
