JATISI bekerja sama dengan IndoCEISS dalam pengelolaannya. IndoCEISS merupakan wadah bagi para ilmuwan, praktisi, pendidik, dan penggemar dalam bidang komputer, elektronika, dan instrumentasi yang menaruh minat untuk memajukan bidang tersebut di Indonesia.
JATISI diterbitkan 2 kali dalam setahun (September dan Maret), makalah yang diterbitkan JATISI minimal terdiri dari 60% dari luar Sumatera Selatan, dan 40% dari Sumatera Selatan. Makalah yang diterbitkan melalui tahap review oleh reviewer yang berpengalaman dan sudah memiliki makalah yang diterbitkan di jurnal internasional yang terindeks SCOPUS.

The reflexology business competition, especially in Pontianak City is increasing. Therefore, a new strategy is needed to assist companies within managing customer relationships, so that they can increase customer loyalty and retain existing customers. One of the business strategies that can help manage customer relationships is using CRM technology. CEO Reflexology is one of the MSMEs located in Pontianak City who will implement CRM technology. The purpose of this research is to built a web-based system using the MVC pattern by implementing CRM as a marketing tool. The CRM features that will be implemented are SMS Marketing as a marketing tool to promote and provide the latest information related to product using the SMS Gateway API and the customer segmentation to group customers using the K-Means Clustering method based on the customer's RFM model. The results of the CRM implementation in this research were customer segmentation by obtaining 3 customer groups based on the level of customer loyalty and the results of the SMS gateway API implementation on the SMS Marketing feature successfully sent to the recipient. The results of this research is a customer relationship management system that has been functionally tested and obtained results in accordance with the functional design of the system. Meanwhile, the interface testing for the general public received a very good predicate with a percentage of 87.37%.
Back-End Design and Development on Rekaruang Application with Microservices Architecture

One of the basic human needs is a house. One aspect considered when building a home is interior design. However, today, many people do not care about the importance of interior design in human psychology, which may cause a problem for interior designers, especially in getting their service users. Therefore, this study will discuss solutions to overcome the issues of interior designers and interior designer service users through the development of the Rekaruang startup. This research focuses on planning and building the back-end, which will later be implemented in the Rekaruang Application. The back-end development will use a microservices architecture with the waterfall method as a guide for development. The services formed are user service, master data service, consultation service, transaction service, and chat service. The created services are represented in the form of API endpoints which are then tested with unit testing and load testing types to determine the performance of microservices. The test results using unit testing show that of the 34 test cases tested, all test cases can be declared victorious. Furthermore, this study only tested three endpoints for load testing because they were considered to have a long execution time. The total number of users that microservices can handle is 216 at the same time. The test results can be said to be good because the projection of Rekaruang users in the first year is only 40 users, consisting of 20 interior designers and 20 clients.

Based on research conducted on sixty-ninth-grade female students at Shiraz high school, interior design was able to improve mental health and decrease anxiety and insomnia. This research result shows that the importance of applying interior design to a person's psychological health. However, nowadays, many people do not care about implementing interior design because they are worried if the results are not as desired. It becomes a problem for interior designers in getting customers. Based on these problems, the researcher tries to provide a web-based practical application for bridging interior designers with clients as building owners. This research only focuses on developing Front-End applications using the JavaScript programming language and the vue.js framework. This study applies the waterfall method as a software development method. This research produces a design application that can be a place for interior designers to get clients through design messaging services. This application testing using a user acceptance test. The test results show that three out of five interior designers have accepted the entire process of the design Order service. While the other two designers have accepted conditions for some process on the design Order service to help get clients.

Abstract In the current era of information technology, organizations require the use of information technology to support business processes and strategic plans. One of the organizations that require the use of information technology is the Secretariat of the Papuan People's Council. However, in carrying out its duties, the MRP Secretariat has not maximally utilized information technology so that the data it has is still stored manually (paper-based), so the development of information technology is needed. In this case, the method used in Enterprise Architecture Planning. This method is used to describe the current condition of the organization and design the right enterprise architecture to achieve the organization's business goals in the future. This research produces three recommendations consisting of 9 data entities, 4 applications, and technology architecture planning for the MRP secretariat office. These three recommendations can then be used as a reference for the development and development of enterprise architecture in the MRP secretariat office in the future.

Pengarsipan Data merupakan kegiatan yang sudah operasional rutin dilakukan oleh setiap admin dalam suatu perkantoran. Mulai dari surat masuk, surat keluar dan, data pegawai yang dinggap penting dan harus diarsipkan oleh perkantoran. Karna surat-surat tersebut dianggap penting dan bisa berfungsi sebagai bukti yang bisa dipertanggung jawabkan. Salah satu permasalahan yang timbul dalam studi kasus pada Dinas Perhubungan Kota Prabumulih adalah ketidak efisienan dalam pengarsipan data surat masuk, surat keluar dan data pegawai yang masih dilakukan secara manual. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai melalui sistem yang berbasis komputer adalah dapat membantu para admin Dinas Perhubungan Kota Prabumulih dalam pengarsipan dan pencarian data secara lebih cepat.

The impact of the Covid-19 pandemic has caused the work pattern at the company to change, should work in the office be shifted to work from home. Measuring customer satisfaction is one of the most important aspects of any successful companyto improve the quality of its service,therefore collecting reviews is highly recommended.However, gathering datais not enough, without having efficient and reliable automated systemsthat capable of analysing the data and extracting valuable information for further improvement.Nowadays, social media is getting more and more attention as public and private opinions onvarious subjects are expressed and disseminated continuously through various social media.Twitter offers a fast and effective way to analyse people's perspectiveson important things forsuccessful universities. Developing a program for sentimentanalysis is the approach tocomputationally measure people's perceptions. In this study, public opinion regarding UIN RadenFatah Palembang was analysed using Support VectorMachine (SVM) method in determining thepositive or negative sentiment of a tweet by doing initial processing for unstructured data fromTwitter. The results indicated that the polarity of sentiment towards UIN Raden Fatah Palembangon Twitter as seen from 100 samples of tweets, 89 (89%) had positive sentiments and 11 (11%)had negative sentiments. The level of accuracy in the classification of sentiment using SVM was70% with an average precision of 20.6%, anaverage recall of 70% and an average f-measure of62.7%.

Data is a source of information on decision making. Data with good quality can produce decisions that can make a company successful. To ensure that the existing data is of good quality, the company can perform data quality management. Data quality management is a set of activities carried out to ensure that the data to be used and processed is of good quality. In data quality management, there are a series of strategies, namely data profiling, data cleansing, data monitoring, and data integration. Data cleansing is the process of converting low-quality data into high-quality data. Data Quality Management Tools (DQM Tools) is an application that can perform the data cleansing process. In the DQM Tools application, there are also several cleansing modules that have not been installed and have not been integrated between the modules. In this study, we will discuss the adjustments made so that the existing and new data cleansing modules can be installed and integrated into the DQM Tools application. This research was also conducted using the Iterative Incremental method. The results obtained in this study are integrated and installed the data cleansing module in the DQM Tools application. The conclusion that can be drawn from this research is that the module can be integrated by adjusting the business processes in the application. The results of this study are very helpful for users when using the DQM Tools application when they want to do data cleansing.

The goal of this research is to create an information system for filling up medical resumes for Covid-19 patients at RSIA Limijati Bandung. A qualitative research method with a descriptive approach was use in this study. Observation, interviews, and literature review are examples of data collection techniques. The waterfall method is utilize in the software development process. The following issues were discovered as a result of the investigation conducted: (1). Many medical records are returned to the treatment room because to incomplete medical resumes. (2). The process of checking for completeness and generating reports is still done by hand, which means that patient data is retyped into a computer.

Abstract Currently, the field vaccination data reporting activities held by health care facilities (Fasyankes) in collaboration with Bandung Health Office are still done manually, it results in the process of recording vaccination report data takes a lot of time so that it becomes inefficient and also vulnurable to the accumulation of patient data or data redudancy at the time of input of vaccine patient data and it makes the process of activities recording becomes ineffective. The purpose of this study is to create a report data recording information system that can make it easier for vaccination officers to faciliate the input of patient data has been vaccine and make reports of patient data has been vaccine and make reports of patient data has been vaccine with the provosion of a print feature of the report as well as the final results of accurate data information. The system is built using PHP programming language, Bootsrap UI and MySQL Database also use Waterfall Method by Roger S.Pressman which this method helps the author in creating system design, design, testing and system implementation. The result of this study is the creation of Web-Based Information System Data Report use Waterfall Method that can be used directly by the health care facility vaccination officer (Fasyankes) do together with the vaccination officer from the bandung health office at the time of field activities.
