JATISI bekerja sama dengan IndoCEISS dalam pengelolaannya. IndoCEISS merupakan wadah bagi para ilmuwan, praktisi, pendidik, dan penggemar dalam bidang komputer, elektronika, dan instrumentasi yang menaruh minat untuk memajukan bidang tersebut di Indonesia.
JATISI diterbitkan 2 kali dalam setahun (September dan Maret), makalah yang diterbitkan JATISI minimal terdiri dari 60% dari luar Sumatera Selatan, dan 40% dari Sumatera Selatan. Makalah yang diterbitkan melalui tahap review oleh reviewer yang berpengalaman dan sudah memiliki makalah yang diterbitkan di jurnal internasional yang terindeks SCOPUS.

Many factors cause ship accidents, one of the main causes comes from human error. In addition, events that cause delays in handling fires are delays in information for ship fire warnings. To solve the problem, we conduct research so that ship fires can be quickly detected automatically and monitored from afar. A common problem is that in the territorial waters there is no data communication network so it is difficult to convey information in the event of a ship fire. Therefore, we designed the automatic extinguishing and monitoring of ship fires using LoRa. The detector can activate the APAR automatically if there is a fire and notify on the ground. The ship's fire detector consists of: Arduino Uno, LoRa module, esp, flame, MQ-2, ds18b20. The LoRa configuration applied is BW=125, CR=4/5, and SF=12. With this configuration, our experiment can send data to a LoRa gateway that is 50 m from the sensor node. Meanwhile, the RSSI level received by the gateway is -112.

Consumables are goods that can only use once as the quantity will decrease. These goods will continue to be produced to meet office needs and daily official activities. It is necessary to regularly manage inventory items to obtain valid data and monitor the process of managing goods, especially at the Bandung Kulon District Office. The Bandung Kulon District Office does not use an application/website to manage inventory so that it makes the inventory process takes longer. In additioan, it is riskier in losing data and inefficient of recording stock using goods cards. It also affects PPTK in preparing the reports that will be submitted to BPKA at the end of each semester with a copy from the inspectorate. Therefore, The Information System Design of Consumables Goods Management in Bandung Kulon District is needed. This system was created by the waterfall method and UML (Unified Modeling Language) and for the implementation using PHP and MySql with BlackBox testing. Data collection is through direct observation and interviews with the concerned people and literature studies for references to create an efficient and precise system. Hopefully, the system can make it easier for officers to manage stock and reduce the risk of data loss as well as speed up report generation.

Online supermarket sales transaction data is a sequence dataset. This data stores purchase transaction data made by customers, so it can be analyzed using Market Basket Analysis (MBA) approach. The problem that is often experienced by supermarkets is the difficulty of implementing the accurate sales strategy to consumers. Based on these problems, this research will analyze the West Superstore supermarket dataset based on the MBA approach. The algorithm used is the Generalized Sequential Pattern (GSP) algorithm, where this algorithm can generate frequent items and sequence patterns, so that the resulting rules can be more accurate. The GSP algorithm in this study is implemented in the Python programming language. The test results show that the output of Python is in accordance with the output of the GSP algorithm calculation. The time required for rule generation in the GSP algorithm also depends on the number of records being used. The more number of sales transactions to be analyzed, it needs longer time in computation. The analysis conducted on the sales dataset at the West Superstore resulted in 391 rules, where these rules can be used by supermarkets to implement their sales strategies.

The variety of health information through the internet (Health Information System/HIS) can increase knowledges, competences, and patient’s involvement in health decision making strategies. The analysis of user acceptance related to the different perspectives of users of health information services has not been given much attention. Therefore, this study aims to determine the effect of user experience and service quality on user acceptance in online health service applications. A total of 102 respondents who are health practitioners (clinics) in the Province of Central Java and the Special Region of Yogyakarta were included in this study. The results showed that user experience and service quality in the group of physicians had a positive effect on user acceptance (Sig. <0.05). In addition, these two variables contribute 75.2% to user acceptance of online health service applications. However, for nurse clinicians, user acceptance is only influenced by user experience. The relationship between the three variables looks strong with a unidirectional correlation. Thus, increasing user experience and service quality in online health service applications will result in increased user acceptance.

Aquascape is the art of combining aquatic plants, rocks, wood and fish in an aquarium. Temperature is an important part in maintaining fish in an aquarium aquascape. Aquatic plants generally don't do well in hot temperatures. While some types of fish are not very good in cold temperatures. Another problem is how to control fish feed so as not to overdo it. Excess fish feed will increase levels of ammonia (NH3) which is harmful to fish. This research is based on these problems and offers a solution to control the temperature of aquarium water and automatic fish feed based on the Internet of Thing (IoT). This monitoring system uses a nodemcu ESP8266, temperature sensor, fan and automatic fish feed that can be operated via a smartphone. The results of the test show that the temperature control and automatic feed are running well. The use of a 8 cm diameter fan can reduce the water temperature by 2 degrees celsius in 20 minutes.

Information Technology is currently developing very quickly and rapidly to support the quality of work in all fields of activity. The implementation of technology is to simplify and minimize working time, including websites, social media, OA (Office Automation), and other technologies. Computerized technology includes software and hardware that performs the tasks desired by the user. Talking about current technology, it can be said that MSMEs (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) which are economic treasures that refer to productive economic activities are technology users. The use of technology that supports the performance and development of MSMEs is closely associated with the term technoprenueur. Technopreneurs are users of digital technology that is applied to the business they run. The existence of an innovative concept of information technology development in business processes in the form of a website will be able to help improve the business processes of business actors, because it is able to expand the marketing area and efforts to increase sales volume by building interactive communication relationships with consumers. Stages of developing a strategy for MSMEs with a digital basis to build a technopreneur mentality through stages including: applying the WebQual measurement method, then using the IPA (Importance Performance Analysis) support method, WebQual and IPA with the help of SPSS Software and website design according to the analysis results.

In the organization of NA Branch of Rabak or PCNA Rabak, the issue of sharing knowledge is one that can be said to have a high enough urgency. This is evident from the lack of organizational members to share knowledge. As in the case of handicraft training, there is no regular documentation or no modules or tutorials to assist in the sharing of craft knowledge. This is what makes researchers interested in creating innovations by designing and building a prototype knowledge sharing system based on an android application about handicrafts. The system development method used in this research is the knowledge management system life cycle method or abbreviated as KMSLC which consists of an evaluate existing infrastructure process, form the KM team, knowledge capture, design KM blueprint, verify and validate the KM system, and implement the KM system. The result of this research is that an android-based knowledge sharing system prototype has been successfully designed and built to facilitate the process of sharing handicrafts, documenting the results of handicraft practices, and assisting in the process of making handicrafts.

The lack of sophistication of schools utilizing information technology makes schools a little behind and less effective in lending services and book collection, because in service they still use a manual system, namely by writing in borrowed books, so an information system is needed that can assist in library services. The design of the library information system utilizes literature study analysis methods, observations, interviews and RCA (Root Cause Analysis) directly to students and librarians. RCA is also used as an analytical approach to a system design to understand an event in detail. This information system design documentation employs Unified Modeling Language (UML) modeling, namely use case diagrams, class diagrams, activity diagrams and sequence diagrams, it is hoped that the results of analysis and design can facilitate library services and increase the effectiveness of the lending process and book data collection.

Sukoco Batik Solo is a batik shop that offers various types of batik. Sukoco Batik Solo must develop a marketing strategy to optimize sales. One strategy that can be used is to identify consumer purchasing tendensies patterns by utilizing product sales notes. Apriori algorithm is applied to analyze a collection of sales notes to find a combination of products purchased at one time. The application is made using the code igniter framework with the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The results showed that the application can help generate information on consumer purchasing patterns. Transaction data were analyzed using the a priori algorithm with a minimum support value of 40% and a minimum confidence value of 60%. The results obtained from the a priori algorithm process is one association rule with two combinations of product items, namely Batik Lawasan 1 and Batik Lawasan 2. The association rules for Batik Lawasan 1 and Batik Lawasan 2 have a minimum support value of 40% and a minimum confidence value of 66.67%. The results of the analysis of consumer purchasing patterns can be used by management in placing products, product inventory priority and designing price discount strategies for the combination of product items formed.

Distributed Denial of Service Attack (DDoS) is an attack by compiling multiple systems on the internet with infected zombies/agents and forming a network of botnets. DDoS attacks resulted in financial losses, lost productivity, brand damage, downgrades of credit and insurance ratings, and disrupted customer and supplier relationships. In addition, IoT technology is also vulnerable to large-scale DDoS attacks. To prevent DDOS attacks, a model that can detect DDoS attacks is needed. In this research, we propose Deep Q-Network (DQN) to detect DDoS attacks. DQN is a reinforcement learning algorithm that combines deep learning and q-learning. The application of DQN is used to improve the accuracy of attack detection on the dataset. In this paper, the dataset used to detect DDoS attacks or not is the CICDDoS2019 dataset provided by the Canadian Institute for Cybersecurity. Based on the comparison of the methods carried out, the results of the proposed DQN method can detect 11 DDoS attacks and benign/normal data with better accuracy values compared to the LR and SVR methods. The results showed that the proposed model had an accuracy value of 96% and was better than LR and SCR methods
