Abstract

Helpdesk is a service unit tasked with helping to solve problems related to programs used by CV Nagatech consumers. The types of helpdesk services include program installation, program troubleshooting, hardware troubleshooting and database backups. This study discusses how to build an information system that makes it easier for consumers to submit complaints to the CV Nagatech Helpdesk. For now, the CV Nagatech Helpdesk only uses the WhatsApp application to resolve complaints given by consumers. It often happens that complaints that have not been resolved by the helpdesk are missed and cause misunderstandings between consumers and CV Nagatech. From the results of the meeting of managers and superiors, one conclusion emerged to create a program to handle all consumer complaints. For data collection methods, ask the helpdesk division and related managers. A web-based program to make it easier for users to access the program.

Abstract

Abstract In the business world, information systems are needed, especially for companies and agencies to develop their business. PT. Segoro Mas Solo is a company engaged in furniture. This company has implemented the development of information systems by implementing ERP to develop the company's business development, but the ERP here is not fully integrated, there are several sections in PT. Segoro Mas Solo, which is still not integrated with existing systems, such as warehouse information systems, which still apply Microsoft Excel as its information system. Therefore, it can be overcome by strategic planning of information systems using the Ward and Peppard method. Where in this method also uses the SWOT analysis method, Porter's Five Forces analysis, and McFarlan Strategic Grid. The final result expected from this research is a strategic proposal mapping of information systems at PT. Segoro Mas Solo, which in the future can be applied as a reference for developing the company's business and increasing the company's competitiveness.

Abstract

Pada awal tahun 2020 telah terjadi penyebaran virus yang diberi nama coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) dan telah menyebar ke 190 negara termasuk Indonesia. Penyebaran Covid 19 menyebabkan dampak pada beberapa bidang diantaranya sosial,ekonomi,medis,pendidikan, dan usaha.Untuk tetap menajalankan kegiatan di bidang-bidang tersebut diperlukan media untuk berintraksi, slaah satu media yang digunakan adalah Video Conference. Video Conference berperan dalam membantu aktivitas masyarakat termasuk perusahaan. Salah satu perusahaan yang menggunakan Video Conference adalah PT.Javan Cipta Solusi. PT. Javan Cipta Solusi adalah Perusahaan yang bergerak pada bidang jasa pembuatan perangkat lunak. Penggunaan Video Conference berperan dalam membantu pekerjaan karyawan nya terutama bagi divisi Engineering Support dan HCD (Human Capital Development). Untuk itu akan dilakukan sebuah penelitian untuk mengetahui peran,factor dan permasalah selama menggunakan Video Conference pada masa pandemi Covid 19 di PT.Javan Cipta Solusi. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode TAM untuk menganalisa penggunaan Video Conference sedangakan untuk pengambilan data menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan melakukan wawancara kepada divisi Engineering Support dan HCD (Human Capital Development)

Abstract

The Covid-19 outbreak that spread rapidly around the world has changed so many aspects in life. Social distancing and self-isolation activity forced schools to change the learning process into online learning. With the growth of technology, the online learning is helped a lot by the existence of e-learning. However, some problems and challenges arise from doing the learning process using e-learning application. This study aimed to identify the factors that effecting the use of e-learning during Covid-19 pandemic from the perspective of elementary school students. An extended of The Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology or UTAUT model is proposed with two additional factors, namely E-learning Design and Parental Assistance. The study was conducted through an online questionnaire and 217 records from respondents, who are students of SD Muhammadiyah 26 Surabaya, were collected. The data is analyzed by PLS-SEM method. The study found that Performance Expectancy, Hedonic Motivation, Habit and Parental Assistance are the key factors which impact the students’ intention to use e-learning. Moreover, this study also found that Habit is a key factor that effect the Use Behavior of e-learning among elementary school students.

Abstract

Proportional Feature Rough Selector (PFRS) is a feature selection method developed based on rough set theory (RST). The development is carried out with detailed version of RST. Beside the definition of lower and upper approximation, PFRS dividing the boundary region into two sections called Member Section (MS) and Non-Member Section (NMS). Howerer, the use of PFRS is still limited to binary text classification such as spam filtering and sentiment analysis. In the other hand, PFRS is developed without consideration of each feature’s correlation with another feature in dataset. This study aims to make an adaptation of PFRS for multi-label classification, not only for text data, but also another type of data like categorical and numeric data. This study using two public dataset, Netflix TV Shows and Ted Talks. PFRS with correlation is tested using four classic classification method such as DT, KNN, NB and SVM. Results showed that using PFRS in multi-label classification is useful to increase classification performance in each method up to 23,76%. This study also showed that using PFRS with correlation consideration can speed up the classification processes.

Abstract

Analysis of the causes of post-partum maternal death is very important in reducing maternal mortality. The post-partum maternal mortality rate in Indonesia is very high, around 359 in 100,000 births. The factors of post-partum maternal mortality are rarely analyzed more deeply so that there is no sustainable treatment. In this study, the authors used a fuzzy rule-based fog cloud computing system to monitor maternal mortality based on vital signs and physical signs using 10 parameters of the causes of postpartum maternal death. Fog cloud is used for data processing on a local server in order to reduce the burden when using cloud computing. The initial analysis of maternal mortality parameters was changed to low, medium and high ranges and then monitored on seven days post-partum. From the results of the analysis, it was found that the dominant factor of post-partum maternal mortality for vital signs was influenced by Blood Pressure with an MF value of 0.44 with status " High” for physical signs affected by Anogenital Lochea Sanguinolenta with an MF value of 0.46 with status in the “High” system. Other parameters that have little effect on maternal mortality tend to decrease from the first day to the seventh post-partum day.

Abstract

Reservation system is a system to find out information on certain services. Service gadget reservation system aims to make easier for consumers to register reservations because it is done online, so consumers don't have to wait to follow long queues when making manual reservations. Therefore, this application was created and needed as a solution to problems such as long queues when making reservations on a web-based computing basis. The application of the method used in making this gadget service application system, namely the First In First Out Queue method which applies Single Channel-Single Phase. In this application, consumers make a service queue reservation on the service order reservation page, after data is send will then be processed by the system for verification. After system will view a reservation proof page to printed by consumers as proof of having made a reservation. The tests carried out made comparisons on web browsers such as Microsoft Edge it took 53 second to make a reservation by running the service gadget reservation application, while testing on Mozilla Firefox 54 second and Google Chrome 58 second. In addition, in usage RAM Microsoft Edge uses 168.4KB, while testing on Mozilla Firefox 212.6KB and Google Chrome 274.0KB.

Abstract

Students need a library as a source of their knowledge and learning process. Nowadays, libraries can be accessed by a website and mobile application. It makes easier for students to search and borrow a book. Several universities, such as Universitas Ciputra Surabaya and ISTTS use it to provide information about their book catalog and status of the books in their library. In searching for the book's information, students can visit the library directly with SUPER and SAKTI membership or visit the intended universities library websites. However, it is less efficient when they must visit each university library website to find their needed books. To overcome these problems, a third-party system that connects the online library systems with the students or users was developed. With this system, students do not have to visit each of the library’s website to find the books. It shows the display of all related books needed from the library system in one time searching. In order to make the payment easier, the system will be integrated with a digital wallet system. In an inconclusion, it helps students easier to find books and borrow books.

Abstract

Human facial expressions generally represent the emotions or feelings they are feeling at that time. Classification of facial expression images can help to find out what emotions a person is feeling. CNN is type of neural network is used to extract features from an image and is very superior if implemented on image data. In this study, facial expression image classification will be carried out by applying the Convolution Neural Network to the MMA Facial Expression dataset. Where the data will be divided into 2 classes, namely happy and sad. The test is carried out using testing data for each class of the CNN model that has been created using a predetermined optimizer, namely: Adadelta, Adagrad, Adam, Adamax, Nadam, Rmsprop, and SGD. Based on the test results, it can be concluded that CNN can classify images of human facial expressions well using the SGD optimizer with an accuracy value of 63%.

Abstract

Gombengsari Village is one of the areas in Banyuwangi Regency which has several tourist destinations and is rich in natural resources, especially coffee plantations. However, the potential for natural beauty and abundant natural resources is still not able to move the wheels of the economy of the surrounding community to the fullest. Among the contributing factors are the lack of public understanding, especially tourism managers and UMKM actors, on the importance of using digital technology, as well as the absence of collaboration with supporting sectors in the community such as lodging and travel agencies in running the economy in their area. To overcome these problems, it is necessary to create a digital-based information system that is integrated between the tourism system, UMKM and their supporting sectors. By using the waterfall software development method, the integration of this tourism system will be able to be built and used to support the development of the tourism sector and empower UMKM and the surrounding economic sectors, so that the acceleration of community economic improvement will be realized.
