Abstract

Flexible Learning (F-Learn) is an online learning media support facility that is used to support the lecture process at SWCU. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the success rate of F-Learn implementation using the HOT Fit model and see which factors have a significant influence between Human, Organization, Technologicaland Net Benefit. This type of research was carried out with a quantitative approach, and data analysis using SEM PLS with the tools used, namely SmartPLS 3.0 in testing validity, reliability and hypothesis testing. The data was obtained through the results of distributing questionnaires and interviews with several lecturers, so that it is known that user satisfaction on human factors greatly influences the benefits of F-Learn. The results obtained from hypothesis testing there are 12 hypotheses, 8 accepted hypotheses and 4 rejected hypotheses. The success of the implementation of the system is declared a success, where the value of the usefulness of the system at the level of 70.8% is included in the strong category.

Abstract

LPG in the community is one of the economical needs in the household. The increasing use of LPG is now a concern of many circles because it is a product that is very much needed by consumers. However, the problem that exists is that the process of allocating 3 Kg LPG gas by PT. Putra Paluta Asahan has not been carried out objectively. Therefore, a decision support system is needed to help the selection process for the bases to be carried out efficiently and systematically. From several methods in the decision support system, this Weighted Product was chosen to be applied to the system. The purpose of this study was to assist in the process of allocating 3 Kg LPG gas to Pangkalan according to predetermined criteria. The decision support system made is able to provide references in the decision-making process in an objective, effective and efficient manner. This study provides fairly accurate results where the allocation process is right on target with data obtained from PT. Putra Paluta Asahan.

Abstract

Digital development in Indonesia have had a significant impact and contribution, both positive and negative. When misused, various kinds of crimes in the cyber world (cybercrime) begin to emerge, one of which is Social Engineering techniques. Using previous studies as references, it can be concluded that Social Engineering is a technique of attacking through social mechanisms or human interaction (persuasions, influences, and other interactions), aiming to control the actions of victims, both consciously and unconsciously. Due to the nature of the Social Engineering case is user negligence, not all companies have compensation policy for losses. On the other hand, users/consumers feel aggrieved due to the "gaps" that can be exploited by fraudsters. As a result, the company's public image shall reduced or even vanish upon their eyes. This research’s purpose is to explore Social Engineering cases, starting from the definition, mechanism, previous Social Engineering cases, along with the behavior of the Indonesian people regarding cyber security by distributing e-questionnaires. Abstract

PT Cemindo Gemilang is a company engaged in the distribution of cement, which is given the trademark Semen Merah Putih. Offices with cement collection warehouses have separate locations, one of which is located in Kuala Tanjung. Problems faced by PT. Warehouse. Cemindo Gemilang Kuala Tanjung is difficult to determine the cement that must be available for the next month. If inventory exceeds customer demand, storage costs will increase. The risk is that cement stored for too long will become hard so that it cannot be resold. Controlling inventory so that it is neither too much nor too little is very important. To maintain the continuity of the company, a cement inventory strategy is needed, namely by forecasting inventories in order to minimize the chance of losses. To be more efficient, the author designed a forecasting system using Visual Basic and MySQL database. The conclusion from the test results is that the forecasting accuracy value is 82% so that it can help PT. Cemindo Gemilang Kuala Tanjung Warehouse in making decisions in estimating cement supplies for the next period.

Abstract

Abstract The rapid development of technology is increasingly affects and facilitates human work. Each year, new technologies emerge by offering the more advanced complex and effective features than similar previous technologies which already exist. Aged technologies is getting no longer adept and began to lose support from their development companies. Nowadays, XYZ Company is migrating its applications, which is built by using Oracle form to Webix and Flask. Due to the large number of forms, the migration process also takes a long time and demand many human resources to be involved. Therefore, the developers need to map the form to see the information about the table which includes column names, constraints, data types, and relationships between each table. Responding to this, XYZ Company created a library that utilizes PostgreSQL database schema information as a table which provides the information. It is expected that the use of schema information to be used as an information table which is able to make it easier for the developers in application making process and fastening the form migration process.

Abstract

Technological developments continue to grow rapidly and the central government's goal is to achieve smart cities in Indonesia, thus demanding local governments to be able to optimally support smart cities in various regions in Indonesia, especially the East Lombok government. In the implementation of Smart City E-Government Information systems are indeed not easy when implementation will certainly collide with several social factors even with the availability of infrastructure owned by the region, several strategies are needed when in implementing Smart City there are several strategic steps that are needed to see the benchmark of regional readiness and the government based on the guidebook for the preparation of the MasterPlan Smart City 2007: Structure, Infrastructure, and Superstructure which then determines a strategy using the SWOT analysis method to support the government in evaluating and preparing to support work programs then the TOGAF approach method which after analyzing and evaluating this approach is the preparationinformation design Smart City is expected with this solution that is able to be the basis when preparing planning the East Lombok government Smart City based on the references used in writing. It is expected to be able to support the preparation of quality human resources, fulfill regional infrastructure and use technology so as to improve integrated services to the community.

Abstract

In Indonesia, developments in the large-scale to small-scale business sectors are beginning to emerge. One of them is MSMEs that utilize patchwork waste. Sometimes in running their business, business owners have difficulty finding patchwork. Based on the issues, e-commerce is an alternative solution to accommodate the sale of patchwork. The benefits of e-commerce for MSMEs are provide flexibility in production, send and receive offers quickly and efficiently, and conduct marketing with the aim of global markets. The method used in this study is the scrum method. Scrum was chosen because of its flexibility, so that it can produce quality software that suits the user, can be used in large and small projects, and easy to adopt changes. The scrum method consists of 5 stages, starting with the product backlog, sprint planning, daily scrum, sprint review, and sprint retrospective. The results of this study are to provide convenience in system design, such as anticipating changes in requirements during the system development process. The purpose of this study is to make it easier for users to find patchwork and help patchwork sellers in expanding the market.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to build an expert system for diagnosing obesity in adults using the PHP programming language and MySQL database, the backward chaining method is suitable to be applied to the diagnosis of an expert system for diagnosing obesity in adults using PHP and MySQL so that it can be accessed online by users and implementation the backward chaining method on an expert system can help diagnose obesity in adults and provide solutions quickly and accurately. The research method used is qualitative using the backward chaining method. It is hoped that the result of this study is that an expert system for diagnosing obesity in adults with the Backward Chaining method can provide information about the symptoms and solutions of the disease and can be used at any time and does not require a long time to diagnose. This system can help doctors work and make it easier for the public to diagnose obesity in adults and their prevention efforts.

Abstract

Financial technology is an industry that utilizes technology to support the financial system and the delivery of financial services more effectively and efficiently.One type of financial technology is peer-to-peer lending. To get a peer-to-peer loan, the company should collect data such as annual income, credit history, work history, and others, the companies perform screening on applications made by borrowers. The results of screening are applications that are accepted and rejected with should be done rapidly and accurately. The machine learning approach is suitable to overcome this problem and can predict the factors that influence loan approval using the feature importance. This study wants to predict the factors that influence loan approval using the Lending Club dataset. The stages of the research method used include data understanding, feature extraction, data pre-processing, exploratory data analysis (EDA), modeling, and insight. The modeling process uses the random forest algorithm because it runs efficiently on large amounts of data. The evaluation model used in the modeling process is recall with quite high result, namely 0.97. Insight obtained from all stages, there are five major determining factors, namely annual income, monthly payments of the borrower, interest rates, investor funds, and the length of work.
