Abstract

Professional certification body (LSP) P1 SMKN 1 Garut as the executor of competency test activities in SMKN 1 Garut and in SMKN network LSP P1 SMKN 1 Garut LSP. LSP P1 SMKN 1 Garut requires a knowledge management model that will be implemented during the skill competency certification process. This study aims to design a knowledge management model from knowledge capture to knowledge application which is expected to help improve the effective and efficient performance of the professional certification process at LSP P1 SMKN 1 Garut. A knowledge management model can increase the collaboration of knowledge owned by parties involved in the professional certification process, which is expected to continue to develop knowledge and provide an effective and efficient performance impact on the professional certification process. With the design of a knowledge management model in the certification system at LSP P1 SMKN 1 Garut, it will make it easier to store knowledge because a knowledge management system is a virtual repository for relevant information which is very important for tasks carried out by parties related to the professional certification process in Indonesia. Abstract

Sentiment analysis is an analysis of textual data that provides a detailed analysis of expressed emotions, opinions, and can predict opportunities related to the results of the analysis. This study was conducted to see how Vidio.Com users responded to the original series, which did not yet have fast track capabilities. This helps Vidio.Com grow and improve its business compared to some other OTT companies that already have this feature. This survey uses Vidio.Com's original series of comments, which consists of 1403 comments. Since the dataset has no data labels, perform sentiment analysis to determine positive, neutral, and negative emotions. Sentiment analysis revealed 663 neutral emotions, 517 positive emotions, and 224 negative emotions. Based on these results, we can conclude that most Vidio.Com users need the fast-track features of the original series. This study also used the support vector machine method to test the distribution of training data and test data with 25%, 50%, 75%, and 100% characteristics. In addition, TfIdf weighting was performed and tests were run using the KFoldCrossValidationSystem. The 25er offers the highest accuracy at 86.04%. In tests using the kfold cross-validation system, a second kfold gives the highest accuracy with an accuracy score of 87.74%.

Abstract

The development of information technology in the world is very fast, one of which is Mobile technology. Mobile is a cellular communication tool that provides convenience in conveying information quickly and completely so that it is very important for all sectors, especially in the service of government agencies. Indonesia is a country with a fairly high incidence of disasters. This condition cannot be separated from geographical factors, namely archipelagic and volcanic countries. There were 13 disaster events recorded in 2020. Jember Regency is an area where disasters often occur so that special attention is needed in handling them. There were 286 disaster events in 2019 including floods, landslides and earthquakes. There are many researches on making android applications about disasters, but they still focus on mitigation and have not fully touched the real needs of victims. So it is still necessary to develop the android application (Ship, Handle & Drive). This application adopts and develops an online motorcycle taxi system that is applied in disaster management by supporting the features needed in the current digital era, namely victims of natural disasters, the government and officers so that they are practical in use. the hope is that this application can facilitate disaster management easily, quickly, precisely and accurately. The research method uses the waterfall method with a systematic approach through the stages of Analysis, Design, Coding, and Testing.

Abstract

The Academic Information System (SIAKAD) of Tadulako University is an academic portal in the form of a web application that has an important role in the academic activities of stakeholders, especially students and lecturers of Tadulako University. However, during its implementation, SIAKAD has never been measured on the quality of its services and overall user satisfaction from various aspects and user perspectives, so that developers and universities as SIAKAD organizers do not yet know the feedback from users as a reference for the success rate of SIAKAD. This study aims to measure the quality of SIAKAD services from the user's perspective. This research instrument uses the WebQual 4.0 method which consists of the variables of Quality of Use, Quality of Information, and Quality of Service Interaction. The data analysis used consists of the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) method which is used to measure the overall level of service user satisfaction and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) which plays a role in mapping service attributes/indicators into the IPA quadrant so that attributes that need to be improved and maintained will be obtained. . The results of the analysis show that the value of the gap on all attributes in all variables is negative. This shows that the respondent's expectation value for all attributes is higher than the reality value. Based on the CSI calculation, the result is 73,391. This value is in the range of 66% - 80.99%. This means that users are satisfied with the performance of information system services. The results of the Cartesian diagram mapping show that indicators of service implementation, actual information, good reputation, and transaction security should be a major concern for the university because these indicators have high user expectations but low reality/performance values.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The demand for LPG gas distribution from suppliers to gas agents in Indonesia are increasing. Many of the suppliers, which one of them is PT. Bhakti Mingasutama complained that this increase in demand affected the performance and effectiveness of gas distribution to the Agent. The lack of the role of information technology that is applied in the process of LPG gas distribution in PT. Bhakti Mingasutama as the supplier made many things hampered such as lack of monitoring or monitoring of LPG gas sales and delivery data to agents, LPG gas ordering was still done manually by means of the agent visiting the Supplier and recording transactions carried out by the sales supplier manually. This is what underlies the research to build a system that can facilitate Suppliers and Agents in buying, selling, managing sales and distribution data, sending or taking LPG gas without needing to spend more time making transactions. By using the Zachman Framework method to support the analysis of data requirements and the requirements for making the system as well as the Scrum methodology to help manage the system work timeline, this system is expected to be beneficial for both parties in gas distribution, especially in the North Jakarta area. Abstract

Oil and natural gas are Indonesia's main sources of income. In terms of natural gas reserves, Indonesia ranks fourteenth in the world. So that to stabilize the country's economy, one of the things that can be done is international trade. However, as time goes by, exports of natural oil and natural gas are decreasing, so that we as exporters of oil and gas (natural oil and gas) must be able to forecast demand correctly so that it is easy to make decisions and not have a bad impact on operating costs. To overcome this, a forecasting comparison is carried out using the Holt' Method and also the Winter;s Method to find which method produces the smallest error value. To assess the accuracy of the results of forecasting using the Mean Absolute Prcentage Error (MAPE). Actual data on oil and gas exports were taken from 2017 to the first quarter of 2021. The results of forecasting using the Winter's Method in 2021 quarters 2, 3, and 4 respectively were 1659.44; 1731.5; and 1813.27 million Dollars with a MAPE error rate of 12.82%. Meanwhile, using the Holt' Method, the results of forecasting in the second quarter of 2021 are 2694.94 million Dollars with a MAPE error rate of 15.78%.

Abstract

Abstract The medical record information system is a system that functions to manage patient data, which contains the patient's identity, examination results or patient history and other supports. Medical record files that have been used or that have been released will be taken by the medical record officer for reprocessing of patient data that comes out as a result of patient visit data. The patient's medical record file system at registration at the main Medika Yakespen clinic still uses manuals and still uses paper or written sheets. So that a lot of time is wasted and the accumulation of unused files. Therefore, the system at the main Yakespen medical clinic has become less conducive due to the slowdown in the process. Therefore, by designing Visual Basic as a tool in the data processing process, so that it can facilitate the processing of medical record data or make reports in an easier and more efficient way so that it can save a lot of time and a lot of space.

Abstract

The population of cats and dogs is increasing, whether they are kept or not. The public's awareness to raise these animals needs to be supported by a business place for keeping and buying and selling pet food or a PetShop. People who keep animals often have difficulty (1) finding the nearest PetShop, (2) access to the location, (3) knowing what services are provided, even (4) knowing whether there is a willingness to consult animal care and make a consultation appointment. This study aims to bring together PetShop and the community in the care and maintenance of animals, especially cats and dogs in Bekasi City. The system development life cycle method used is WaterFall. The WaterFall method consists of 5 stages, namely: Communication, Planning, Modeling, Construction, and Deployment. On stage Contruction, the Haversine Formula is inserted to find the nearest PetShop and with the help of the Google Maps API, a route to the PetShop is determined from the application user. Unified Modeling language (UML) diagrams are used during the analysis and system design processes such as Use Case Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams, Class Diagrams, Data Models, and User Interfaces. The result of this research is the ZuPet Web application which was built according to the Waterfall system development methodology, and the Haversine Formula has been inserted to optimize the search for the shortest route. The functionality of the application has been tested using the BlackBox Testing method. The application can be accessed at the address https://zupet.my.id.

Abstract

Keberhasilan suatu penelitian diwujudkan dalam suatu keluaran (output), hal ini digunakan untuk mengukur sasaran seorang peneliti dalam mendistribusikan temuan atau hasil penelitiannya (to deliver outcome). Pentingnya penelitian ini dikaji untuk membuktikan secara empiris atas keberhasilan platform media sosial ResearchGate terhadap kepuasan penggunanya sebagai media indeksasi artikel ilmiah ke layanan Google Scholar. Konstruk yang diusulkan menggunakan Learnability; Memmorability; Efficiency, Errors dan Satisfaction. Jenis riset survei pada penelitian ini menggunakan perangkat berupa kuesioner (angket). Metode penetapan sampel menggunakan purposive dengan penetapan sampel akhir yaitu 70 responden. Data dianalisis dengan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa efektivitas Tingkat Penggunaan (Usability) ResearchGate sebagai media dalam membantu indeksasi publikasi karya ilmiah berdasarkan hasil secara empiris membuktikan bahwa Satisfaction memiliki dampak terhadap Tingkat Penggunaan (usability), sementara Learnability, Memmorability, Efficiency, dan Errors tidak memiliki dampak. Korelasi hubungan antara dimensi Satisfaction dengan variabel Tingkat Penggunaan (Usability) juga memiliki hubungan yang kuat sebesar 70,2 persen dibandingkan dengan dimensi lainnya.

Abstract

With the development of digital technology, digital images can be obtained anytime and anywhere through cameras and cell phones. People can get images easily and can also manipulate the sources of information in the content and can even manipulate images. So it is necessary to verify the source of the image which is the main job in the field of image forensics. Camera source identification is the process of determining which camera device was used to take the image. Forensic Similarity approach based on Convolutional Neural Network determines if two image patches are taken by different cameras or from the same camera. This approach differs from typical camera identification in that it does not specify the exact camera used to capture any of the patches. The strength of this approach is the ability to compare cameras that were not used to train the system. This allows investigators to learn important information about images taken with any camera, and is not limited by the set of camera models in the investigator database. Although camera model information, date and time, and other information can be found in the EXIF ​​or in the JPEG header, it is generally impossible to assume the information is correct because image metadata can be easily modified. The source camera identification process uses identification on the image to find out the camera source obtained from the image. By using a forensic similarity approach, it can support information in metadata so that it can guarantee the authenticity of the information obtained.
