Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has had a significant impact on various aspects of human life. All aspects start from changes in the way manual work towards digitalization, one of which is the application of information systems that support human resources in hospitals in following these changes. Acceptance of implementing new information systems such as the Online Education and Training Information System in hospitals that do not meet user expectations can cause system user discomfort which has an impact on hospital employee performance. To anticipate this, it is necessary to understand the basic factors that contribute to acceptance in the implementation of online education and training information systems using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) approach. This study aims to describe the evaluation of the acceptance of the online education and training information system using the TAM model approach at General Hospital X Denpasar. The analysis used in this study uses Partial Least Square (PLS) with a total of 99 respondents using the measured system. The results of the evaluation of the TAM model show that the acceptance of the online education and training information system has a positive assessment seen from the attitude of the user in responding to the acceptance of new technology.

Abstract

Abstract – During the current pandemic, educational institutions are implementing an online learning system. The exam process also uses an online system, so that during the exam supervision it cannot be done directly. This study applies the Fisher-Yates Shuffle (FYS) algorithm for the randomization of questions in a web-based exam application with the aim of minimizing collaboration between students. While Bubble Sort is used to sort the questions in descending order with the aim of getting the latest questions from the database. The form of testing is to measure the time used by the two algorithms to perform the randomization (FYS) and sorting (Bubble Sort) processes. The average data speed of randomizing data in the order of 100, 200, 300,400, 500 questions is 343 ms, and the average speed of the bubble sort algorithm with the same data is 433 ms.

Abstract

Currently, it is time for companies in the manufacturing sector to implement information technology planning by following the developments of the 4.0 industrial era. Competition in this era requires companies to be efficient in all things, so they can win the increasingly fierce competition. One of them is by revamping the existing system in the company so that it can transform into a steel manufacturing company that is fully supported by a technology information system. The use of TOGAF as a framework in fulfilling the Business Architecture is very appropriate. Currently, the TOGAF Framework is one of the most widely used methods, considering that it is very simple to use. The discussion in this method is Business Architecture, Application Architecture, Information Architecture and Technology Architecture. The purpose of implementing Enterprose Architecture in manufacturing companies is to obtain information technology plans that can make efficiency and support company operations, so that they are more efficient and effective and can win the competition in the industrial era 4.0.

Abstract

Strategic planning Information systems are the right steps to be taken by companies in utilizing their business in the future. Cv. XYZ is a business entity engaged in chicken farming, focusing on egg production. This company already has an information system in the utilization of its business, but it is considered less than optimal because it does not cover all needs, especially in the field of taxation. This study uses the Tozer method to produce strategic planning information systems that can answer and support the needs of business processes in Cv. XYZ because this method can produce an analysis that covers their needs using easy and practical tools. The results of this research are in the form of application recommendations needed by companies to be more organized in data management and also recommendations for the C1000 application which will later include corporate taxation. This research is very important for companies to find out their business development in the next few years.

Abstract

The implementation of hospital retention is carried out in accordance with SOP (Standard Operational Procedure) to help expedite the retention process. The aim of this research is to develop a medical record retention information system to identify problems faced by hospitals and how to overcome these retention problems. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of observation and interviews, as well as an information system developed using the waterfall method. From this study found several problems in the retention system that is still using a manual system, not yet fully computerized. Files are sorted individually, there is no retention schedule, there is no storage space available to separate active and inactive medical records. Therefore, a medical record retention information system was designed in the form of an application. The methodology used is flowcharts, context diagrams, data flow diagrams, and entity relationship diagrams, and is implemented using Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 and Microsoft Access as DBMS (Database Management System). Thus, it can be concluded that the system will make it easier for officers to carry out extermination effectively and precisely.

Abstract

Strategic planning has an important role in carrying out business activities in a company or organization. Strategic planning involves business and technology so that the company can meet market needs. The role of technology is very helpful in developing and progressing the company. Cipeujeh Diesel Cirebon is a company engaged in the supply of fishing and agricultural equipment in the city of Cirebon. Cipeujeh Diesel Cirebon has implemented the system in its business activities, but it is not running optimally. In business processes, there are often obstacles that interfere with business activities and the systems used are less integrated between the parts. Therefore, proper strategic planning is needed. Strategic Planning using Anita Cassidy is one method that helps develop business processes and IS/IT which has four stages. This research is assisted by several supporting tools in obtaining decisions, including Value Chain, SWOT and Porter’s Five Forces analysis. This research will produce a strategic document and an IS/IT roadmap recommendation that can be applied to the company in the next four years.

Abstract

At this time, mobile-based applications, especially Android, have been widely used by the community, along with the increasingly easy devices used and commonly referred to as smartphones. In this regard, of course, many applications are developed on a mobile basis and can be used by anyone via a smartphone. CnG Indonesian Products are MSMEs (micro, small, and medium enterprises) that are engaged in the fashion sector, ranging from daily clothing to convection needs for an event. CnG Indonesian Product is still promoting through social media only, so the reach of the promotion still has limitations and has not been able to reach the entire community. In this study, an extension was carried out to build an Android-based application and its testing using the white box research method. The white box method will be implemented in an Android-based sales application and applied to CnG Indonesian Products. Data collection from this research was done by direct observation, literature study, field study and direct interview. The data used in this study uses the Java programming language which is supported by the Android studio supporting application with version 1.51. The results of testing sales applications using white boxes can find out about the internal workings of the software used.

Abstract

From technological developments that are so increasingly competitive and increasingly needed in people's lives for their daily needs on social media as is often used by the community, namely Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, WhatsApp and other social media. But the general public does not know that the data sent is stored on a central server so that other people can use the data to commit crimes such as taking identities so that it can be used as a tool to act to spread information that is not infallible for other crimes that can harm many people. Therefore, the researcher developed an investigative framework in social media as data collection using the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method. In developing this data collection framework, researchers used the Maltego tool as a means of proving the identity of the perpetrator. The designed framework will produce five stages, namely planning, analysis, design, maintenance, and implementation. The digital evidence that will be obtained from these tools includes twitter accounts, email addresses, phone numbers, DNS, websites and social media.

Abstract

Increased production of electric cars due to climate change and global warming, and the ability of self-driving systems in electric cars made its popularity soar. The problem with the current implementation of self-driving cars is the need for large datasets. In this study proposed a system that does not require datasets for its training by applying Reinforcement Learning and NeuroEvolution of Augmented Topologies (NEAT), NEAT is a form of genetic algorithm used as the brain of self-driving cars and Reinforcement Learning is used as a set of rules and actions to train self-driving cars in simulation environments with the help of Unity Engine. The results of this simulation prove that the Reinforcement Learning and NEAT methods are able to complete tracks with an average of 12 minutes 20 seconds faster than neat simulations alone.

Abstract

The development of information technology from year to year always experiences very rapid development. The number of convenience facilities caused by the development of information technology has a direct impact on organizational activities.With a forecasting information system, the supply of cement, bricks and zinc will be more effective and efficient, in order to achieve development targets with information technology tools. The information technology tool in question is forecasting or Forcasting using the Weighted Moving Average Method. Through the application of this method, researchers will process and predict the inventory of building materials, with this method taking based on previous historical data at the research location, namely CV.
