Abstract

This research was conducted to see how the implementation of BPM at one bank in Indonesia using the 7 FE framework can help model the business process of digital management of banking products and services as a form of developing good processes. According to Becker, Breuker, Weiß, and Winkelmann (2010), the purpose of implementing BPM in banks is not only to reduce costs but also to reduce business process time and increase customer satisfaction by redesigning business processes so that they become more efficient. From the research results, it is known that the transformation of digital banking business process management using the 7 FE framework can provide convenience, speed and accuracy in managing the development of digital banking. Framework 7 FE. There are many BPM methodologies but the 7 FE framework provides an accurate and detailed approach to BPM implementation. This research is insightful that the implementation of BPM, especially by using the 7 FE framework, will assist banks in carrying out digital transformation. There are 10 phases in the framework called the 7FE Framework which is implemented throughout BPM, namely Foundation, Finding and Solution, Fulfillment, Future and Essentials

Abstract

Perkembangan bisnis perbankan digital saat ini merupakan salah satu agenda penting dalam industri Perbankan Indonesia. Kebutuhan akan transformasi menjadi prioritas utama bagi perusahaan, agar lebih agile dalam pasar yang berubah dengan cepat. Penggunaan technology informasi pada Bank telah mengubah pola pikir masyarakat dalam bertransaksi. Hal ini berdampak pada digitalisasi pembukaan rekening. Masyarakat dapat dengan mudah membuka rekening dimana saja dan kapan saja. Dalam penelitian ini membahas Bank BUKU 4. Penelitian ini menganalisis layanan sistem terhadap kepuasan nasabah dalam pembukaan rekening tabungan online pada bank buku 4 dengan variabel yang dianalisis yaitu Information Quality, System Quality, Service Quality, Trust, Complaint and Suggestion System dan Customer Satisfaction. Data yang diperoleh diuji dengan menggunakan Uji Validitas, Reliabilitas, Uji T, Uji F, dan Metode Importance Performance Analysis. Hasil uji T menunjukkan bahwa variabel Information Quality terhadap Customer Satisfaction tidak memiliki pengaruh positif. Sedangkan variabel System Quality, Service Quality, Trust, Complaint and Suggestion System terhadap Customer Satisfaction memiliki pengaruh positif. Hasil metode Importance Performance Analysis fokus kepada kuadran 1 (importance tinggi dan performance) untuk dilakukannya perbaikan layanan sistem pembukaan rekening tabungan online pada Bank BCA, Mandiri Bank, BNI Bank, BRI Bank, CIMB Niaga Bank, Danamon Bank, dan Panin Bank.

Abstract

Neurological disease is a disease that attacks the nervous system in the human body. Neurological consist of millions of nerve fibers that have parts of nerve cells that are interconnected and function as growth, brain development, feeling sensation, perception, thoughts and emotions, as well as movement and balance in the human body. Neurological disease is caused by impact of hard objects, exposure to chemicals, viruses or bacteria and inflammation caused by the regeneration of nerve cells themselves. Most people do not know for sure and underestimate the symptoms of neurological disease. An expert system is a knowledge system that provides information or solutions based on the knowledge of an expert to produce information and solutions. The method used in this study is the Forward Chaining method. The forward search process begins with the premise or input information (IF) then leads to conclusions or derivative information (THEN) such as, IF (Input Information) THEN (conclusion) in the form of data, evidence, findings or symptoms. While conclusions can be in the form of goals, hypotheses, explanations or diagnoses. In this study, an expert system will be designed that is used to diagnose human neurological diseases using the Forward Chaining method as a tool system or provide diagnostic results to users based on symptoms and know the types of neurological diseases and know how to treat them.

Abstract

In this digital era, education needs to adapt and use IT' advantage to innovate and not to be left behind. One of the private high schools in Jayapura City that uses IS/IT to support business processes is SMA YPK Diaspora. They haven't fully implemented the integrated IS in managing the school. They applied IS only in a few divisions and aren't yet fully effective. The research purpose is to create strategic planning of IS in supporting the IS/IT application. The key in implementing IS/IT is strategic planning which isn't just a school strategy but needs to be integrated with IS/IT strategic planning that is in line with the technology needs in every activity. This study uses the Ward and Peppard method and several analytical tools, namely Value Chain Analysis, SWOT Analysis, PEST Analysis, Porter's Five Force Model Analysis, and McFarlan Strategic Grid Analysis. This research includes several recommendations, namely IS/IT application portfolio recommendations, suggestions for upgrading existing IS, establishing an IS/IT division, and performing IS/IT infrastructure maintenance. Recommendations for IS/IT application portfolio are School SIM, E-Raport, E-Library, IS Library, and IS Alumni. The implementation of IS is recommended in stages over four years and adjusted to the conditions of SMA YPK Diaspora.

Abstract

Yayasan Mutiara Hikmah is an Al-Qur'an-based school, has a mandatory program, namely Tahfidz Qur'an which is taught consistently every day to students. However, madrasas have never done a global ranking on the tahfidz program. The ranking is still limited to each class, there has never been a search for the best candidate in the tahfidz qur'an program. The calculation of the value obtained by students in tahfidz learning is also still manually so that it is prone to errors during calculations and inaccurate results obtained, the calculation process is inefficient because it can take a long time due to manual calculations using bookkeeping and Ms. Excel. Therefore, the researcher proposes a decision support system to assist schools in ranking globally and overcoming all the problems that exist in determining the best students for the tahfidz qur'an program. The decision support system that will be proposed by the researcher is made using Visual Studio 2010. With a calculation process that applies the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. The selection of the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method is because it is good in preparing various priorities that will be selected for ranking.

Abstract

Prediction of bread sales accurately and efficiently using the trend moment method. A forecast to produce an estimated number of bread supplies in the future, so that there is no excess or shortage of bread stock in the coming month. In this study, data on bread sales are used every month, from January to December 2021. Sales records for each month are useful to see whether they have increased or decreased. The results of this study are the creation of a computerized system that is able to generate approximate numbers in predicting sales for the next month using the PHP and MySQL programming languages, making it easier to find out how much bread will be sold and considering the stock of goods and how much will be produced in the next month. the following month so that there is no shortage or excess of bread stock. The results of sales predictions for 12 months in 2021, produce predictions in January 2022, in the 13th period with MAD (Mean Absolute Deviation) results of 40.08% and MSE (Mean Squared Error) rates of 27.64%.

Abstract

Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika or Diskominfo of Gianyar Regency has the task of assisting the Regent in carrying out policies in the communication and informatics, including managing and securing information in running the local government according to the Gianyar Regional Regulation Number 5 of 2016. Referring to the Regulation of Kemenkominfo Number 4 of 2016, concerning the Information Security Management System, the Electronic System Operator must implement security for public interest information, public services, state defense, and security. Diskominfo Gianyar must implement and pay attention to information security which is managed as Electronic System Operator. This study evaluates information security which refers to the BSSN regulation Number 8 of 2021 regarding the Use of the KAMI Index as a standard evaluation tool to evaluate the Readiness Level of information security to maintain confidentiality, authenticity, integrity, and denial of information. This study uses the latest version of the KAMI Index, Version 4.2. Results from the evaluation will be compared with ISO/IEC 27001:2013 Control to obtain recommendations for improvement. Based on the results from the evaluation, Diskominfo Gianyar received a Final Score of 190 with a Readiness Level Status of "Not Eligible" to meet the ISO/IEC 27001 Standard.

Abstract

The development of technology today, especially computers and the internet, makes it easier for us to get information. This has resulted in an increase in the use of computers and the internet, plus the pandemic conditions that force us to interact via the internet. Especially in a school environment, students must learn to use computers and the internet, an increase in the number of users can cause a decrease in network performance, so it must be further improved so that users are not disappointed with the decrease in quality, VLAN is a technology that allows a LAN to be divided into several different domains. And can also combine multiple networks located in the same domain. Queue tree can manage data queue and set bandwidth based on ip or port. The end result of this research is where VLANs can divide the network and manage communication between users and the queue tree can manage bandwidth

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic that has hit the entire world, including in Indonesia, has had an impact on all aspects of life, one of which is higher education. The COVID-19 pandemic is forcing students to do online learning in full. Although the era of globalization with advanced information technologies has provided convenience in terms of exchanging information, which is the substance of online learning process, there are still many problems, both technical and non-technical ones. This study aims to explore what factors can hinder the effectiveness of online learning that in turn can affect learning achievement in a negative way, especially in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic from Indonesian perspective. The data for this study was collected through a survey of 150 university students in Indonesia and analyzed using the structural equation modeling (SEM) method. The results showed that time zone differences were the most inhibiting factor for online learning, followed by the lack of technical expertise and information technology infrastructure. The results of this study can provide a better picture for policy makers in Indonesian higher education systems, both during this COVID-19 pandemic, and in the future, including in the implementation of distance education that also relies heavily on online learning activities.

Abstract

Vocational High School (SMK) is a level of vocational education where graduates are prepared to directly enter the world of work. An application that can provide information about workplaces was built with the aim that SMK graduates can know and prepare themselves in choosing the right place of work. This research uses Laravel technology in building a website-based application and uses the Prototyping method as a method of designing the application design. The result of this research is an application that can provide information about the workplace for SMK graduates.
