<![CDATA[Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat adalah suatu kegiatan yang bertujuan membantu masyarakat tertentu dalam beberapa aktivitas tanpa mengharapkan imbalan dalam bentuk apapun. Secara umum program ini dirancang oleh perguruan tinggi yang ada di Indonesia untuk memberikan kontribusi nyata bagi bangsa Indonesia, khususnya dalam mengembangkan kesejahteraan dan kemajuan bangsa Indonesia. Maksud dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah melaksanakan Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi berupa Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat sebagai pengamalan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi kepada siswa/i SMK Negeri 1 Kisaran serta memberi pemahaman kepada siswa/I SMK Negeri 1 Kisaran tentang e-commerce, sarana belanja dan menjual secara online , aman, nyaman, dan efisien. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi motivasi siswa/i untuk dapat mengenal dan memanfaatkan e-commerce untuk berdagang dan berbelanja secara online . Bentuk kegiatan dilakukan dengan penyampaian materi dalam bentuk presentasi dan praktek sehingga peserta dapat mencoba langsung untuk melakukan pemesanan suatu produk pada penyedia layanan belanja online. Hasilnya adalah Siswa SMK Negeri 1 Kisaran tidak hanya memahami bagaimana belanja secara online tetapi juga mengetahui jenis-jenis e-commerce, serta potensi keuntungan yang diperoleh dengan pemanfaatan e-commerce sebagai sarana berdagang di era digitalisasi.]]>

<![CDATA[Abstrak: Perkembangan Teknologi Informasi (TI) yang pesat, kebutuhan akan media dan aplikasi pembelajaran berbasis TI harus diimplementasikan. Guru adalah salah satu faktor penentu keberhasilan seorang siswa. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan kemampuan professional, pedagogik, sosial dan kepribadian. Beberapa permasalahan yang dihadapi guru dan staf di SD Negeri 010240 Pematang Cengkering, Kecamatan Medang Deras adalah belum memanfaatkan teknologi perangkat lunak yang optimal yang ada dalam program komputer. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah meningkatkan kemampuan guru dan stafnya dalam menggunakan Microsoft Office dengan baik dan lancar dalam kegiatannya. Metode pada pelatihan yang dilakukan dengan cara diskusi secara interaktif dalam menyampaikan pengetahuan kepada peserta pelatihan. Kegiatan ini menggunakan pengetahuan secara teori dan praktek di ruangan. Kegiatan pelatihan ini akan memberi keberhasilan dengan penilaian peserta melalui tes tertulis. Pelatihan ini dapat diimplementasikan di tempat pekerjaan para peserta pelatihan dan diharapkan dapat berkontribusi dalam peningkatan kemampuan yang sangat membantu dalam penyelesaian tugas-tugas di instansinya. Peserta yang ikut dalam kegiatan ini ada berjumlah 17 orang, semua peserta mengikuti kegiatan ini sampai selesai. Hasil penilaian dalam mengikuti kegiatan ini adanya peningkatan keterampilan para peserta dalam memperoleh pengetahuan dan keterampilan. Berdasarkan hasil angka penilaian untuk hasil pretest mulai 40 sampai 65 dengan nilai rata-ratanya 55, sementara hasil posttest nilainya mulai dari 85 sampai 95 dengan nilai rata-ratanya 92,059. Abstract: The rapid development of Information Technology (IT), the need for media and IT-based learning applications must be implemented. The teacher is one of the determining factors for the success of a student. Therefore, professional, pedagogic, social and personality skills are needed. Some of the problems faced by teachers and staff at SD Negeri 010240 Pematang Cengkering, Medang Deras Sub-district are not utilizing optimal software technology in computer programs. The purpose of this community service activity is to improve the ability of teachers and staff to use Microsoft Office properly and smoothly in their activities. The training method is carried out by interactive discussion in conveying knowledge to training participants. This activity uses knowledge in theory and practice in the room. This training activity will provide success by assessing participants through a written test. This training can be implemented in the place of work of the trainees and is expected to contribute to capacity building which is very helpful in completing tasks in their agencies. There were 17 participants who took part in this activity, all participants participated in this activity until it was finished. The results of the assessment in participating in this activity were an increase in the skills of the participants in acquiring knowledge and skills. Based on the results of the assessment scores for the pretest results ranging from 40 to 65 with an average value of 55, while the posttest results range from 85 to 95 with an average value of 92,059. ]]>

<![CDATA[Abstrack:Chili is one type of plant that is widely planted by the community. Chili becomes a vegetable that has high economic value. However, farmers still use traditional methods in determining the chili seeds to be planted. Just as farmers choose chili seeds based only on chili seeds at a low price, so it is less able to overcome various pests that allow yields to fall. Of course this will have an impact on the lack of sale prices of crops. to carry out a research process by applying technology that can increase the yield of chilli crops through the application of a Decision Support System. The method used is the MOORA method which is one of the methods of a decision support system. Through the application of this method, researchers will compare each type of chilli seedlings based on criteria that will determine which chili is said to be superior. So that it will produce an information about the types of superior chili seeds based on all the existing criteria. Through the creation of a web-based system / application for the selection of superior chilli seedlings, farmers in Indonesia have broad access to take advantage of the results of future research making it easier for farmers to know which chili seeds are superior.The results of this study obtained the most superior chili with the highest value of 0.469, namely large red chilies. So what is the result of the recommendation for the implementation of this MOORA method is large red chili. Keywords:Decision Support System; MOORA Method; Chili Seed Abstrak: Cabai merupakan salah satu jenis tanaman yang banyak ditanam masyarakat. Cabai menjadi sayuran yang memiliki nilai ekonomis yang tinggi. Akan tetapi petani masih meng- gunakan cara tradisional dalam menentukan bibit cabai yang akan ditanam. Seperti halnya petani memilih bibit cabai hanya berdasarkan bibit cabai dengan harga yang murah, sehingga hal tersebut kurang mampu mengatasi berbagai hama yang memungkinkan hasil panen menjadi turun. Tentu hal tersebut akan berdampak pada kurangnya harga jual hasil panen. untuk melakukan proses penelitian dengan menerapkan teknologi yang dapat meningkatkan hasil panen tanaman cabai melalui penerapan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode MOORA yang merupakan salah satu metode dari sistem pendukung keputusan. Melalui penerapan metode ini, peneliti akan membandingkan setiap jenis bibit cabai ber- dasarkan kriteria yang akan menentukan suatu cabai dikatakan unggul. Sehingga hal tersebut akan menghasilkan sebuah informasi tentang jenis bibit cabai unggul berdasarkan semua kriteria yang ada. Melalui pembuatan sistem/aplikasi berbasis web untuk pemilihan bibit cabai unggul ini, maka para petani di Indonesia memiliki akses luas untuk memanfaatkan hasil penelitian nantinya sehingga memudahkan para petani mengetahui bibit cabai yang unggul. <![CDATA[This community service activity was expected to add knowledge of PKK ladies. The knowledge of how to use the e-commerce, marketplaces and social media were regarding the marketing of household handicraft products more effectively and efficiently. This community service activity was conducted for 2 (two) days, namely on February 26 and 27, 2021 at the village hall of Limau Manis Batubara plantation, with different materials. The training was conducted in accordance with the agreement between the implementing team and the PKK group of Limau Manis Batubara plantation village. At this stage, the PKK group of Limau Manis Batubara plantation village can directly practice applying the material delivered. Then the team provides assistance to monitor the progress of marketing activities on the app account that has been created during training. Participants can interact directly or through chat messages with the organizing team if there were difficulties in operation. The participants in this community service activity werw the ladies of pkk group members of Limau Manis Batubara plantation village. <![CDATA[Abstract: PDAM Tirta Silaupiasa is currently the only Regional Owned Enterprise in Asahan Regency; this requires PDAM Tirta Silaupiasa to continue to make improvements to realize optimal service to customers. The services provided to customers are closely related to human resources and employee performance. Employee performance has a very important role in the company's success so that we can see the strengths, weaknesses, and potential managerial gaps in the organization. The problem faced by PDAM Tirta Silaupiasa is the lack of motivation experienced by employees. One of the efforts to increase employee motivation is to select role models/exemplary employees who will later become examples for other employees. Based on this, it is necessary to use technology, namely the design of a decision support system in determining exemplary employees by applying the Simple Multi-Attribute Rating Technique (SMART) method. The SMART method has advantages, namely in deciding with many alternatives and criteria. It is more complex to make a decision, and the decision results are better. The results of this study get Alfiansyah's alternative with a value of 74.85202777 to be a role model for PDAM Tirta Silaupiasa. Pelayanan yang diberikan kepada pelanggan tentunya erat kaitannya dengan sumber daya manusia dan kinerja karyawan. Kinerja karyawan memiliki peran yang sangat penting bagi keberhasilan perusahaan sehingga dapat dilihat kekuatan, kelemahan, dan potensi kesenjangan manajerial dalam organisasi. Permasalahan yang dihadapi PDAM Tirta Silaupiasa adalah kurangnya motivasi yang dialami oleh pegawai. Salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan motivasi pegawai adalah dengan memilih role model/pegawai teladan yang nantinya akan menjadi contoh bagi pegawai lainnya. Berdasarkan hal tersebut maka perlu digunakan teknologi yaitu perancangan sistem pendukung keputusan dalam menentukan pegawai teladan dengan menerapkan metode Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique (SMART). Metode SMART memiliki kelebihan yaitu dalam keadaan pengambilan keputusan dengan banyak alternatif dan kriteria sehingga lebih kompleks dalam pengambilan keputusan dan akurasi hasil keputusan yang lebih baik. <![CDATA[Abstract: Community service-themed events Applying Eco Print is Making Eco-Friendly Batik in the midst of the Dharma Wanita Persada (DWP) monthly routine activity of the PUPR Office of Asahan Regency. The monthly routine meetings that have been held by DWP members so far have been limited to routine activities. There has never been the empowerment of members through skill improvement to producing products that have economic value. This prompted the head of the DWP of the PUPR Service to decide to make activities that have more economic value in order to improve the welfare of DWP members. This activity lasts for one day using the community education method through lectures, discussions questions, and answers as well as the practice of making eco prints. Attended by as many as 25 participants Dharma Wanita and the STMIK Royal Lecturer Team. The purpose of this activity is to provide new knowledge and insights to participants on how to use simple materials that are environmentally friendly around us which can be used as creative endeavors during the pandemic. The implementation of the activity is divided into two sessions; The first is an exposure session about the meaning and benefits of eco print, the materials and tools used, and the techniques/methods for making eco prints. The second session is practice. Of the two methods of making eco prints, the steam/steam method was chosen to be practiced directly by the women of the DWP of the PUPR Office of Asahan Regency. This activity went well and got a good response from the participants, this can be seen from the activeness of the participants during the activity. The result is an increase in participants' knowledge and skills. Belum pernah dilakukan pemberdayaan anggota melalui peningkatan ketrampilan untuk menghasilkan produk yang bernilai ekonomis. Hal ini yang mendorong ketua DWP Dinas PUPR memutuskan untuk membuat kegiatan yang lebih bernilai ekonomis guna meningkatkan kesejahteraan anggota DWP. Metode dalam kegiatan ini yaitu pendidikan masyarakat melalui kegiatan ceramah, diskusi dan tanya jawab serta praktek pembuatan eco print. peserta dalam kegiatan ini adalahan ibu-ibu darmawanita yang dihadiri sebanyak 25 orang dan Tim dosen STMIK Royal. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini memberikan pengetahuan dan wawasan baru kepada peserta bagaimana memanfaatkan bahan-bahan yang sederhana ramah lingkungan disekitar kita yang bisa dijadikan sebagai usaha kreatif dimasa pandemi. Pelaksanaan kegaiatan terbagi dalam dua sesi; pertama sesi paparan tentang pengertian, dan manfaat dari eco print, bahan dan alat yang digunakan serta tehnik/metode pembuatan eco print. Sesi kedua adalah praktek pembuatan eco print. Kegiatan ini berjalan baik dan mendapatkan respon yang baik dari peserta, hal ini dilihat dari keaktifan peserta selama berlangsungnya kegiatan. <![CDATA[Abstract : This study aims to determine thecrime rate in motorbike theft cases using the programmeing langiage PHP and MySQL as a database and the application of the Exponential Smoothing method to determine the crime rate of motorcycle theft that occurs in the city of Tanjung Balai for the next period. The data used in this study is motorcycle theft report data from 2018 to 2019 wich was obtained from the Tanjung Balai Police. The benefits of this research can be used by the Tanjung Balai police to determine the extent of the motorcycle theft crime that will occur in a shorter, easier and more accurate manner so that it can take optimal prevention. With the Exponential Smoothing method the alpha value will be searched randomly to find an alpha value that was a minimum error value calculated using Means Absolute Percetage Error (MAPE). Then the prediction results that have an alphan with a minimum error are the best of recommended as a prediction result for the next period. Based on this research, the prediction results obtained from the prediction of the number of motorcycle theft cases the occurred in the city of Tanjung Balai in 2020 were 12 units with an MAPE error value of 0,153%. Keyword : Exponential Smoothing, Theft, Motorcycle, Forecasting Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan tingkat kriminalitas kasus pencurian sepeda motor dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan MySQL sebagai basis data serta penerapan metode Exponential Smoothing untuk menentukan tingkat kriminalitas pencurian sepeda motor yang terjadi di kota Tanjung Balai untuk periode berikutnya. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data laporan pencurian sepeda motor dari tahun 2018 sampai dengan tahun 2019 yang diperoleh dari POLRES Tanjung Balai. Manfaat dari penelitian ini dapat digunakan oleh kepolisian Tanjung Balai untuk menentukan seberapa besar tindak kriminalitas pencurian sepeda motor yang akan terjadi secara lebih singkat, mudah dan akurat sehingga dapat melakukan pencegahan yang optimal. Dengan metode Exponential Smoothing akan dicari nilai alpha secara acak sampai menemukan nilai alpha yang memiliki nilai error yang minimum yang dihitung menggunakan Means Absolute Percetage Error (MAPE). Maka hasil prediksi yang memiliki alpha dengan error minimumlah yang paling baik atau direkomendasikan sebagai hasil prediksi untuk periode selanjutnya. Berdasarkan penelitian ini diperoleh hasil prediksi peramalan jumlah kasus pencurian sepeda motor yang terjadi di kota Tanjung Balai tahun 2020 adalah 12 unit dengan nilai error MAPE sebesar 0,153%. Community Service Activities use information technology in the use of websites as information media to provide up-to-date and directly obtained information from police institutions for the community. With the existence of a website on the Porsea police station, it can improve the quality of Porsea police services against the Porsea community in receiving information, news about the Porsea area, and finding progress in increasing the entire Porsea police station that can be directly accessed by the Porsea community. The training method used is the indoor training method using the lecture method, discussion and question and answer and direct practice related to the use of the website.
