Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh pelayanan keperawatatan, dan kinerja perawat terhadap kepuasan pasien. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 95 responden di Ruang Sanur-Kuta Rumah Sakit Sumber Kasih Cirebon. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini variabel pelayanan keperawatan, dan kinerja perawat mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel kepuasan pasien di Rumah Sakit Sumber Kasih Cirebon. Dilihat dari nilai t_hitung kedua variabel lebih besar dari nilai t_tabel dan nilai signifikasi yang jauh lebih kecil dari 0,05. Sedangkan hasil nilai F_hitung dari ketiga variabel bebas lebih besar dari nilai F_tabel (616,976 > 3,10) dengan probabilitas lebih kecil dari 0,05. Adapun variabel bebas yaitu pelayanan keperawatan, dan kinerja perawat secara bersama-sama mempengaruhi variabel terikatnya yaitu kepuasan pasien di Ruang Sanur-Kuta Rumah Sakit Sumber kasih Cirebon sebesar 92,9 % sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Dari hasil kesimpulan diharapkan pihak rumah sakit dapat meningkatkan pelayanan keperawatan, dan kinerja perwat dengan cara rutin melaksanakan pelatihan agar tercipta perawat yang handal dan professional.

Abstract

The industrial revolution in medical and health industry developed rapidly. With the consequence in rapid grow of big data usage, the development of data decentralization becomes more important, because it can facilitate more accurate analysis. The problem in this study is data collection and monitoring of the health of toddlers and early childhood in Posyandu (integrated healthcare center) is still inaccurate while they still used manual data input and has not been carried out in real time, therefore we created medical record application that able to provide convenience in monitoring the health of toddlers and early childhood, as well to analyze their development in term of heath. The results of the testing showed that mothers expect toddlers to be well controlled. The implementation of the toddler health medical record application provides convenience and real time report and analysis in Posyandu for midwives, health care provider and for mothers as well. Suggestions for further research is to combine with other methods so that future applications will be perfectly polished to be used widely.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Profitabilitas yang diproksikan oleh Return On Assets, Retun On Equity dan Net Profit Margin serta Kebijakan dividen yang diproksikan oleh Dividend Payout Ratio dan Dividend Per Share terhadap Nilai Perusahaan pada perusahaan sektor kesehatan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Pengaruh yang ingin diketahui adalah pengaruh langsung maupun tidak langsung. Jenis penelitian ini adalah exsplanatory research yang menjelaskan hubungan kausal antara variabel-variabel melalui pengujian hipotesis. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 10 perusahaan. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Alat uji yang digunakan yaitu software Smart pls 3.0. Dari hasil pengujian pengaruh langsung ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa Profitabilitas dan Kebijakan dividen memiliki pengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan serta Profitabilitas memiliki pengaruh terhadap Kebijakan Dividen. Hasil pengujian tidak langsung menunjukkan bahwa Kebijakan Dividen tidak mampu memediasi pengaruh antara Profitabilitas terhadap Nilai Perusahaan.Kata kunci : Profitabilitas, Kebijakan dividen, Nilai Perusahaan   ABSTRACT      The purpose of this study is to know the effect of Profitability proxied by Return On Assets, Return On Equity and Net Profit Margin and dividend policy proxied by Dividend Payout Ratio and Dividend Per Share on firm value in health sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The effect that we want to know is the direct or indirect effect. This type of research is exsplanatory research which explains the causal relationship between variables through hypothesis testing. This study used a sample of 10 companies. Sampling using purposive sampling technique. The test tool used is the Smart Pls 3.0 software. From the results of this direct influence test, it can be concluded that Profitability and Dividend Policy have an influence on Firm Value and Profitability has an influence on Dividend Policy. The indirect test results show that the Dividend Policy is not able to mediate the effect of Profitability on Firm Value. Keywords : Profitability, Dividend Policy, Firm Value

Abstract

The marketing mix in a company or business is very influential in driving business development. The variables of the marketing mix used by Roti Bulan Cap Mawar are Product, Price, Distribution/Place and Promotion. The success of a company is determined by the ability of a businessman to maximize these four variables. Therefore the researchers conducted research related to the marketing mix in attracting consumer buying interest. Rose stamp moon bread is it in accordance with the marketing mix. In this study, the researcher used qualitative methods while the nature of the research that the researcher used was replication. The data source that the author used was primary data sources obtained from moon bread owners, employees and consumers. Secondary data sources were obtained from books related to the marketing mix, consumer behavior and consumer buying interest. Methods of data collection researchers used interviews, observation and documentation. Methods of data analysis researchers use qualitative data analysis by using a deductive way of thinking. The results of the study showed that the moon bread stamp rose had carried out the product marketing mix strategy, price, distribution/place, and promotion in accordance with the marketing mix theory, resulting in an increase in consumer buying interest and an increase in income. It's just that the moon bread stamped rose has not been maximal in carrying out promotional activities.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of lifestyle , product price, quality and brand on the intention to buy second branded clothing among STIKES Mahardika students . This type of research is associative quantitative research and distributes questionnaires through a Google form platform to respondents who are sampled for this study and then the data is processed using SPSS ( Stasticical Product and Service Solution ) version 25.00. This study used a sample of 34 respondents. Sampling using purposive sampling technique . The test tools used are instrument test, classic assumption test and hypothesis test. From the results of this test it can be concluded that based on the results of the analysis of the first hypothesis it can be seen that t count ( 0.960 ) < t table ( 2.042 ), as well as with a significance value of 0.345 <0.05 it can be concluded that the first hypothesis is rejected, meaning that the variable Lifestyle (X1) has no significant effect on Purchase Intention (Y). The second hypothesis can be seen that t count ( 2.064 ) > t table ( 2.042 ), and the significance value is 0.048 <0.05, so it can be concluded that the second hypothesis is accepted, meaning that Product Price (X2) has an effect on Purchase Intention (Y).

Abstract

The implementation of coding done in the medical record should be done very thoroughly, precisely and accurately according to the diagnostic code that exists in ICD-10. If there is an error in coding, it will have a bad impact on the patient, puskesmas or hospital. But in the fact found in the field there are still problems in the implementation of the accuracy of the encoding of disease diagnosis based on ICD-10. The purpose of this research is to describe the accuracy of disease code in the medical record in Puskesmas Plumbon. The population in this study was the entire quarterly medical record document of year 2020 with a total of 1,098 medical record documents with a total sample of 92 documents using simple random sampling technique. This study was conducted in Plumbon Puskesmas Medical record unit on 20 June 2020. The method used is descriptive with a quantitative approach. The data collection procedures used are by observation and checklist sheet. The population in this study was the entire quarterly medical record document of year 2020 with a total of 1,098 medical record documents with a total sample of 92 documents using simple random sampling technique. This study was conducted in Plumbon Puskesmas Medical record unit on 20 June 2020. The results of the study obtained from 92 samples of medical record documents, the appropriate disease code in accordance with the ICD-10 as much as 39 (42.39%) and improper code of 53 (57.61%). There is still an imprecision of unsuitable disease code due to coding officers that do not include the 4th character. It is best to need a fixed procedure in accordance with WHO provisions for coding the disease to make the koder more thorough in determining the disease code.

Abstract

The STI that is mostly experienced by young women is chlamydia with a total of 3,306.8 cases per 100,000 women. Efforts to increase adolescent knowledge include health education. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of health education on knowledge of external genital hygiene in adolescent girls at SMPN 2 Jalaksana, Kuningan Regency. This type of research uses quantitative. The population in this study were 287 young women from SMPN 2 Jalaksana, Kuningan Regency. The sampling technique used purposive sampling to obtain 74 respondents. The instrument used is a questionnaire, data analysis uses univariate and bivariate analysis with Paired T-test. The research results showed that 85.1% of health education was in the good category and 14.9% said it was poor. The statistical test results show that the p-value obtained is 0.000 and is smaller than the value a = 0.05, so this result shows that there is an influence of health education on knowledge of external genital hygiene in young women at SMPN 2 Jalaksana, Kuningan Regency

Abstract

Dengan adanya lembaga keuangan bank dan non-bank yang begitu pesat berkembang serta semakin ketat nya persaingan bisnis yang harus dihadapi oleh perusahaan serta dengan adanya promosi yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan, menjadikan promosi sebagai alat untuk menambah pengetahuan bagi nasabah PT.Pengadaian serta menjadikan promosi berkembang dengan secara baik, perusahaan dituntut untuk meningkatkan jumlah nasabah di setiap promosi yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan tersebut. Rumusan masalah pada penelitian ini adalah bagaimana pengaruh promosi terhadap peningkatan jumlah nasabah pada PT.Pegadaian cabang Cirebonserta apa saja kendala dalam kegiatan promosi pada PT.Pegadaian cabang Cirebon. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini berasal dari data primer dan sekunder. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 100 orang yaitu nasabah PT.Pegadaian cabang Cirebon. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, kuisioner, dan3748K9FJD4HSAGFd dokumentasi. Serta metode analisis data menggunakan uji regresi linier sederhana. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh persamaan regresi Y=3,579 + 0,257X, dapat disimpulkan bahwa promosi memliki pengaruh positif terhadap peningkatan jumlah nasabah pada PT.Pegadaian cabang Cirebon. Hasil uji t menunjukkan promosi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap penongkatan julah nasabah pada PT.Pegadaian cabang Cirebon. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan diketahui dengan nialai thitung (3,860) > ttabel (1,984) dan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Hasil determinan (R2) diketahui nilai koefisien determinan atau R square adalah 0,152. Hal ini bahwa kontribusi variabel promosi terhadap variabel peningkatan jumlah nasabah sebear 15,2% sedangkan sisahnya 85,7% yang dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti. Kata Kunci : Promosi, Peningkatan jumlah nasabah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi inisiatif Kota Cirebon, Jawa Barat, Indonesia, dalam mengatasi masalah stunting, yakni gangguan pertumbahan pada anak akibat kekurangan gizi, melalui pemberdayaan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM). Dengan fokus pada integrasi antara kesehatan publik dan pembangunan ekonomi lokal, penelitian ini menggunakan metode demonstrasi dan observasi untuk melatih UMKM dalam penggunaan media digital. Kegiatan ini meliputi pelatihan dalam penulisan konten, desain grafis, produksi video, strategi digital marketing, dan penggunaan teknologi SEO dan media sosial. Tujuan utamanya adalah meningkatkan kesadaran dan pengetahuan tentang stunting serta memperkuat keahlian digital UMKM untuk promosi kesehatan dan nutrisi.

Abstract

In today's digital era, the transformation of consumer behavior in shopping habits demands that MSME actors adapt, particularly through online platforms. Unfortunately, many novice entrepreneurs still lack an understanding of how to utilize digital technology, due to limited knowledge, access, or suitable devices. This community service activity aimed to provide basic online selling training for beginner MSME actors to enhance their competitiveness. The training was held on Saturday, April 26, 2025, in a village in Ciamis and was attended by approximately 25 participants, mostly housewives running small home-based businesses. The training adopted a hands-on approach, covering how to create a marketplace account, upload product catalogs, set prices (including the strikethrough pricing feature), and choose appealing product photos. The session was conducted in a relaxed and collaborative atmosphere. More tech-savvy participants assisted those less familiar, despite technical challenges such as limited internet data, slow devices, or poor-quality product photos. High enthusiasm was reflected in the active participation during practice and discussion sessions. Some participants even managed to evaluate their products from a consumer’s perspective. The results of the activity indicate that the training was effective in enhancing basic digital marketing skills among beginner MSME actors.
