Abstract

The primary purpose of this study is to investigate how much influence user satisfaction has in increasing interest in adopting existing e-government services, especially in Indonesia. User satisfaction with electronic-based government services is considered an essential factor to be managed as an indicator of success for governments implementing service innovations. However, this does not automatically increase interest in adopting e-government services. The research method is carried out by analyzing the results of a service user survey, analyzing exploratory and confirmatory factors, and investigating the influences that affect the interest in adopting e-government services based on the hypotheses built. Primary data comes from respondents using e-government services, as many as 200 people, and processed using the Smart-PLS tool for further analysis. At the same time, the feasibility test of the model uses the SEM technique. The study results show that user satisfaction can affect the adoption of e-government services with a power level of 0.184. Meanwhile, user satisfaction as a mediator of service quality on the adoption of e-government services is proven to affect service quality significantly. This study can assist the government in providing the community with alternative strategic policy measures and service innovations. In addition, it contributes to developing theoretical knowledge into a modified model framework that can explain the significant effect of implementing e-government service adoption.

Abstract

The study was carried out in the West Java Province's Cikuya Village, Cicalengka District, Bandung Regency. Qualitative approach is used in this research and data collection used is literature study, interview and observation. The development life cylce system is used for the system depelopment methode with the waterfall modeling. One of the government’s efforts in the village aid distribution program is to provide direct cash assistance through the implementation of a direct cash assistance policy whose funds are sourched from village funds, based on the result of the study, the problem of distributing aid in data management and the distribution process is still done manually so that is slows down the work. The author provides a solution to this problem, namely in the form of a Microsoft access database and a financial information system for direct distribution of Village funds based on VisualBasic 2010. Because only the village goverenment will need this sustem, the author intends to use Microsoft Visual Basic 2010 software and Microsoft Access database. This information system is expected to facilitate the process of distributing direct cash assstance from village funds.

Abstract

After introducing electric vehicle products to the market, manufacturers need to find out public opinion/sentiment towards the products that have been introduced. This information can be used by manufacturers as a basis for determining the next business strategy. One technique that can be used is sentiment analysis which is part of Natural Language Processing in Data Mining / Artificial Intelligence. This study aims to determine public sentiment towards an electric vehicle product using a lexicon and rule-based sentiment analysis method approach called VADER (Valence Aware Dictionary and Sentiment Reasoner). A total of 3707 tweets (955 unique data) were taken using the tweepy library in Python and analyzed using the VADER submodule in the nltk library (Natural Language Toolkit) and visualization was made using the wordcloud library. The results showed that the majority (95%) of public sentiment was positive, and 5% negative. The positive sentiment conveyed by the public is related to product advantages such as features, design, sophistication, and environmental friendliness. Meanwhile, negative sentiments are related to the absence of fast charging and prices that are still considered uneconomical.

Abstract

One of the efforts to prevent the spread of Covid-19 is vaccination. Vaccines are antigens that have been processed which when given to a person will give rise to immunity against certain infectious diseases. Vaccination triggers immunity by causing the recipient's immune system to react to the antigens contained in the coronavirus vaccine. Therefore, in the flow of Covid-19 vaccination services, the public is directed to carry out health screenings before vaccinating. Covid-19 screening is an early stage in the implementation of the Covid-19 vaccination which aims to identify and provide an overview of a person's body condition or health before getting a Covid-19 vaccination injection. One of the problems at the Arcawinangun Village Hall during the vaccination screening process was the lack of knowledge and underestimating the vaccination screening process. The vaccination screening expert system is a screening application that can assist the public in pre-diagnosing the Covid-19 vaccination screening process. The method used in building this system is Forward Chaining and the system development method is Extreme Programming. Two tests were carried out, namely black box testing and accuracy testing. Based on the tests carried out using the black box, the functionality of all menus is appropriate and in accordance with the function. Based on accuracy testing, the system can show an accuracy of 90%.

Abstract

SMK Negeri 1 Garut is a vocational high school in Garut Regency which is under the West Java provincial government which focuses on various fields of expertise. Business process activities at SMK Negeri 1 Garut require an information system in the form of an application in order to facilitate every activity in the academic environment of SMKN 1 Garut. SMK Negeri 1 Garut is aware of the need for a strategic planning of information systems to manage information systems for existing information systems and information systems to be built. Strategic planning has an important role in running a business process in an agency, one of which is an educational institution. Strategic planning of information systems with Anita Cassidy is one method to help develop business processes and information systems which has four phases, namely the visioning, analysis, direction, and recommendation phases. This research will produce a strategy document and an information system roadmap that is recommended for SMKN 1 Garut for the next five years by using supporting tools in obtaining decisions. Abstract

Metode Fuzzy Time Series merupakan metode yang dapat menangkap pola dari data masa lalu untuk memprediksi data di masa yang akan datang. Kegiatan memprediksi dapat digunakan dalam proses pengambilan suatu keputusan. Untuk meningkatkan kinerja Metode Fuzzy Time Series dibutuhkan metode tambahan, saat ini peneliti menggabungkan kinerja Single Exponential Smoothing dan Fuzzy Time Series dalam menghasilkan prediksi yang lebih baik. Hasil Penelitan menunjukkan proses pengolahan dataset dengan menggunakan Metode Single Exponential Smoothing mempercepat waktu training meningkatkan akurasi dan menurunkan nilai error. Dikarenakan proses berulang yang dimiliki metode Single Exponential Smoothing. Hasil perhitungan Metode Single Exponential Smoothing dengan nilai alpha 0,1 dapat menghasilkan nilai error (MAPE) sebesar 6,057739865 dan dihitung Kembali dengan menggunakan Metode Fuzzy Time Series menghasilkan nilai error (MAPE) yang lebih tinggi, yakni mencapai angka 13,86804695. Hasil dari perhitungan dengan metode fuzzy time series juga menunjukkan angka pasien sembuh yang menurun pada periode berikutnya

Abstract

Knowledge of the types of lovebirds is needed by lovebird lovers. The dominant color segmentation can provide information about the types of lovebirds. So the purpose of this research is to build a lovebird segmentation system using the K-means method. The research method used is image processing method. To carry out the segmentation process of the original image compared to the compressed image. Data collection is carried out by utilizing primary data in the form of pictures of lovebird birds which will later be processed using k means. Matlab is used to build a k means segmentation system. The data analysis stage in this study uses steps, data selection, preprocessing and data cleaning, data transformation, data mining, and evaluation/interpretation. The results of the study provide information that by using K-Means, the segmentation of lovebirds based on color can be detected. In this study, the lovebird image segmentation program using Matlab to extract RGB space to Greyscaled showed a higher accuracy rate of 96.26% than segmentation using manual methods, namely 85.19%.

Abstract

In the Digital Transformation era, technological developments are developing more rapidly, along with the increasingly intensive use of technology, cyber threats are also increasing with a wide variety of attacks. The emergence of various issues regarding data leakage from various platforms in Indonesia and even the world. This research originated from several cyber security problems or cyber incidents that occurred, so an early detection system is needed to detect and anticipate these attacks. Solutions that can be implemented to monitor all systems and applications are Security Information Event Management (SIEM). The use of the wazuh platform that can implement SIEM and XDR (Extended Detection Response) technology that can collect all log data information from the latest technological environments, such as the use of Cloud Computing, Virtualization, or Container Engine. Based on the results of the SIEM implementation that has been carried out, SIEM technology with the Wazuh platform can provide convenience in monitoring attacks in real time which can provide warnings and threats to the entire system.

Abstract

The global financial crisis that occurred in 2008 made most companies disturbed and unstable. In Indonesia, the impact of the global financial crisis can be felt continuously at the end of 2008. Indonesia's economic growth began from 2008-2009, the lowest percentage in 2009. This shows that the Indonesian economy is very important by the global financial crisis in 2009. Important for company to measure and know the status of the company's financial condition. A predictive model is needed to assist in analyzing the company's performance status for risk management. Therefore, building an effective Financial Distress Prediction (FDP) model has become an important research topic. This study aims to develop the FDP model by combining the ensemble learning method with the Synthetic Minority Oversampling Technique (SMOTE) method in state-owned companies in Indonesia listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Then, in addition to using Financial Ratios (FR), this study also considers Corporate Governance Indicators (CGI). The experimental results of the FDP model development fell on the SMOTE-Stacking with an Accuracy result of 0.99 using FRs and CGIs data. This proves that the use of SMOTE and CGI methods is able to provide maximum prediction results. The result of this study is the FDP model which includes the company's performance status which is expected to increase the accuracy of the FDP model's performance.

Abstract

The profile website has now been widely used, one of which is by the educational institution STT Pekanbaru. However, in the implementation of the website, there are still some obstacles, such as the appearance of the website that is less trendy and unattractive, navigation menus that cannot work, pages that cannot be accessed or errors, the information available is not detailed and not up to date, and there is no community space and suggestion box. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to analyze website performance in terms of user responses so that in the future improvements can be made that can improve the quality of service and website quality. The solution uses Webqual 4.0 and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) methods. The respondents who were sampled were 96 people and used accidental sampling techniques. The data will be processed by utilizing Ms Excel and SPSS 25. The results obtained stated that the Pekanbaru STT website has a conformity rate of 87% or <100% with an average gap value (GAP) of -0.49. Meanwhile, the results of the IPA quadrant analysis are monitored there are 5 attributes which are the top priority so that they can get improvement. And the CSI calculation results get a value of 79.70%, which is in the 2nd category which means "satisfied". Therefore, there is a need for improvement so that the quality of the website is getting better.
