JATISI bekerja sama dengan IndoCEISS dalam pengelolaannya. IndoCEISS merupakan wadah bagi para ilmuwan, praktisi, pendidik, dan penggemar dalam bidang komputer, elektronika, dan instrumentasi yang menaruh minat untuk memajukan bidang tersebut di Indonesia.
JATISI diterbitkan 2 kali dalam setahun (September dan Maret), makalah yang diterbitkan JATISI minimal terdiri dari 60% dari luar Sumatera Selatan, dan 40% dari Sumatera Selatan. Makalah yang diterbitkan melalui tahap review oleh reviewer yang berpengalaman dan sudah memiliki makalah yang diterbitkan di jurnal internasional yang terindeks SCOPUS.

This study aims to overcome the problems faced by users in conducting price searches for goods that are inconsistent due to the influence of various sources. Research activities were carried out over a period of 6 months. The method used in the implementation of this research is observation and analysis; and waterfall method. The system that was built started from the beginning through the data obtained, and the system design includes display design, diagrams of how the system works and how the user works, writing source code and implementing the system, the search method used in the system is a breadth first search. a technique that is widely adapted by the system. The result is a system that is built in accordance with the goals and benefits expected by the user and the implementation of the price comparison of goods in a web environment is ready to be implemented and has been tried by the users themselves. Information search algorithm techniques affects the information obtained, not all methods produce the same information; and the results obtained from the breadth first search technique affect the logic provided to the data parsing algorithm, so that the quality of information is also affected.

This study aims to design an information visualization application that can display prospective student data and its distribution using descriptive statistical methods to assist the head of the student admission department in obtaining visualization of those two data. The Waterfall model is used for developing the app, and the descriptive statistical method for processing the data. The application can help the Head of the Student Admission Department in displaying a visualization of prospective student data and which is used as material for marketing strategies, follow-up evaluations, and report generation. The student admission data processed in this study is only in 2021 and 2022. The result of the study will fasten up decision-making in the Student Admission department. As for the university, this will show the outcome of the marketing strategy that has been conducted. The results of this data visualization help bridge the gap between the university's Board of Directors and the head of the student admissions department regarding data processing issues so that they can more accurately determine marketing strategies in the coming year. This study also can be conducted in another university with the same problem.

Nowadays, more people depend on telecommunication access; therefore, providers are required to be able to provide convenience in providing services. Those including transaction services that can be carried out from various telecommunication facilities. These issues causing the transaction table to have a very-heavy workload because it is accessed from various applications, both web-based applications and smartphone applications. With the large number of transactions through web-based applications, it is required for the efficiency of the web transaction method in accessing the database. With the presence of the noSql method, the results of data calls (query) from the client can be stored on the server memory as temporary storage (cache). The goal is to make the transaction website remains responsive, even though it is accessed a lot and having repeated data calls (queries). By using the memcached method, transaction database performance can be suppressed by up to 5%.

Toxic online material has emerged as a significant issue in contemporary society as a result of the exponential increase in internet usage by individuals from all walks of life, including those with varied cultural and educational backgrounds. Automatic identification of damaging text offers a problem because it needs to differentiate between disrespectful language and hate speech. In this paper, we provide a technique for automatically categorizing literature into the categories of hateful and non-hateful. This study discusses the difficulty of automatically identifying hate speech. It is examined how machine learning and natural language processing may be combined in various ways. Following that, the experiment results are contrasted in terms of how well they apply to this project. When we examine the models under consideration and fine-tune the model that produces the greatest performance accuracy after testing it against test data, we get a 94% accuracy rate.

Analisis sentimen dan text mining adalah dua hal yang tidak dapat dipisahkan terutama ketika melakukan analisis sentimen pada media online. Pada saat ini semakin meningkat kesadaran pelanggan aplikasi gojek dengan nilai kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan oleh pengemudi. Dalam kepuasan pengguna aplikasi gojek dapat dipengaruhi oleh kinerja atau peforma dari pelayanan yang diberikan kepada pengguna. Sehingga peneliti melakukan text mining untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut yaitu berupa analisis sentimen opini masyarakat terhadap layanan untuk dapat membantu perusahaan dalam menganalisa tinjauan kepuasaan pelanggan. Pengukuran analisis sentimen ini menggunakan pembobotan terhadap suatu kalimat, kata, bahkan pasangan kata yang ada untuk menentukan kelas sentimen kata (positif dan negatif). Hasil akurasi yang diperoleh terhadap 800 data ulasan aplikasi gojek yang dibagi menjadi 640 data latih dan 160 data uji menggunakan algoritma naive bayes tergolong cukup tinggi dengan nilai akurasi 68%, sehingga membuktikan bahwa algoritma naive bayes dapat menjadi salah satu pilihan dalam pengklasifikasian data ulasan publik.

The emergence of the latest technological disruption, high competition from digital competitors, changes in consumer behavior towards digital, and the COVID19 pandemic have disrupted many incumbent companies and forced them to carry out digital transformation (DT). However, many companies experience DT failure due to poor governance. Previous research has shown the importance of IT governance (ITG) in improving organizational performance (OP). However, the effectiveness of this traditional ITG is doubtful to support DT. Recent studies show the influence of hybrid, traditional, and agile/adaptive governance on DT. However, there is a need further to validate the impact of hybrid ITG on DT and identify the effect of DT on OP. Therefore, research has been carried out using the case study method on bank A which was disrupted by fintech. Data was collected using semi-structured interviews of 11 essential roles related to DT by triangulation of internal bank documents. Whereas the data is processed using thematic analysis. This study succeeded in validating all hybrid ITG mechanisms at bank A, even adding several others, and identifying the influence of the hybrid ITG to DT dimension, and DT dimensions to organizational performance (OP), including their achievements. The research results can be helpful as an implementation reference for practitioners and further deepen similar research or extend it to a different industry.

Inventory of goods is one of the important roles in a spareparts company. So that, spare inventory stock data from various vehicle manufacturers must also be kept up to date. However, in its business process, Carfix Salatiga currently still uses manual methods in managing and reviewing its spareparts inventory, so there is often a mismatch between the stock in the warehouse and the stock in the system. This is certainly an obstacle to the business process of Carfix Salatiga. Based on the description of the problem, a spare parts inventory information system was formed as a place for managing spare parts stock at Carfix Salatiga. The method that will be used in this design is the Scrum method. This method was chosen because it is flexible to changes in the needs of the existing system, and does not require many team members to build this system. The Scrum method has several stages, namely Product Backlog, Sprint Backlog, Daily Scrum and Sprint Review. The results obtained are in the form of a web-based inventory information system that can regulate the amount, update, delete, and place an order for spare parts to the central party so that it can make it easier for employees to digitally manage the availability of spare parts

Computational astronomy is a very important branch in today's era, where physicists or researchers can use computers to process statistics in astronomical physics. researchers can process abstract data from raw data and can convert data into data visualizations. Computational physics astronomy is a sophisticated and well-established method, this branch of science can provide and process data, solve complex problems, and is very helpful for statisticians and computer scientists. Astronomical physicists have many problems, among others; there is a problem that is hierarchical, and complex, so that this paper will provide a basis for methods for optimizing methods in processing statistical data on physics. The author's hope is that astronomical physicists can perform an important and effective processing of astronomical data optimally and effectively.

Puskesmas is the frontline institution in health services and counseling. In order to give the services usually Puskesmas has management information system (MIS) to support in data processing. The MIS that is used by them should be in top performance to ease the worker finds and work more effectively and efficiently. In order to ensure the MIS always performes, analysis must be conducted to find problems so improvement can be made. Using heuristic evaluation method, an evaluation is carried out based on 10 indicators by distributing questionnaires to the clinician at Puskesmas. Analysis shows that there are 8 problems from 4 heuristic indicators such as visibility of system status, comparison between the system and real world, flexibility and efficiency of use, help and documentation. The problems that were found are considerably small problems with small priority for improvements. Such problems can be use as references for improvements, enhancements and feature additions to the MIS in Puskesmas Depok II, Sleman District and to ease the user.

This study aims to cluster countries according to the logistics performance index (LPI) 2018 data. LPI is one of the indicators for measuring logistics sector performance based on a survey developed by the World Bank since 2007 and has been widely accepted throughout the world. There are 160 countries involved in organizing the 2018 edition of the LPI. It helps countries to understand their current position and develop strategies and policies to improve their performance in world trade. Three clustering algorithms (i.e., k-means, k-medoids, and clustering large applications) are used. To obtain the optimal number of clusters, the elbow method is used. According to the elbow method, the optimal cluster is three for those three clustering algorithms. The countries belong to the first cluster are considered the best performers, while countries in the third cluster are the worst performance in terms of logistics performance. This study is expected to give an insight into how to implement clustering algorithms into the real-world data set and how to interpret the results
