Abstract

Puskesmas is the frontline institution in health services and counseling. In order to give the services usually Puskesmas has management information system (MIS) to support in data processing. The MIS that is used by them should be in top performance to ease the worker finds and work more effectively and efficiently. In order to ensure the MIS always performes, analysis must be conducted to find problems so improvement can be made. Using heuristic evaluation method, an evaluation is carried out based on 10 indicators by distributing questionnaires to the clinician at Puskesmas. Analysis shows that there are 8 problems from 4 heuristic indicators such as visibility of system status, comparison between the system and real world, flexibility and efficiency of use, help and documentation. The problems that were found are considerably small problems with small priority for improvements. Such problems can be use as references for improvements, enhancements and feature additions to the MIS in Puskesmas Depok II, Sleman District and to ease the user.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has had a significant impact on the world of education, particularly in creating more interactive and immersive learning media. One technology that has great potential in supporting the teaching and learning process is Augmented Reality (AR). This Community Service activity is carried out by the Faculty of Engineering and Maritime Technology (FTTK) of Raja Ali Haji Maritime University (UMRAH) at Bintan Private Elementary School in Tanjungpinang City, with the aim of introducing the concept and utilization of AR technology as interactive learning media to teachers and students. The activities include socialization, demonstrations of AR use, as well as discussion and evaluation sessions. The results of the activities show high enthusiasm from the participants, as well as an increased understanding of the use of AR in the context of learning, particularly in the field of shipping that requires the visualization of technical objects. Although there are limitations in infrastructure, this activity successfully encouraged initial initiatives in the integration of innovative technology in the school environment. This event also serves as a means to strengthen the role of UMRAH in supporting the development of local education based on technology

Abstract

This study aims to conduct an analysis of the management information system implemented at the community health center (Puskesmas). In fulfilling its operational functions, Puskesmas typically utilizes a management information system to support data processing and the delivery of healthcare services. To enable healthcare personnel to perform their duties more effectively and efficiently, the system must operate in an optimal condition. Ensuring such efficiency requires a systematic evaluation to identify existing issues, thereby allowing for targeted improvements and further system development. The evaluation was carried out using a heuristic evaluation approach focused on usability aspects, referencing ten standard indicators. Data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires to clinical staff at Puskesmas. The results of the analysis identified 15 usability-related issues distributed across 4 key usability aspects. These issues were subsequently categorized into low and medium priority levels for improvement. The findings from this study may serve as a foundation for system refinement, feature enhancement, and overall development of the management information system at Puskesmas Depok I, Sleman, ultimately aiming to improve user experience in terms of accessibility and operational convenience.

Abstract

Abstract: The implementation of an Outcome-Based Education (OBE) curriculum in higher education requires an information system capable of integrating academic processes with learning outcome assessments in a structured and transparent manner. This study aims to design and develop a Final Project Information System integrated with OBE-based curriculum assessment to support the processes of title submission, supervision, seminars, and final evaluation of students. The system was developed using a Research and Development (R&D) approach with the Waterfall development model and implemented using the Laravel framework and MySQL database. Testing was conducted using the Black-Box Testing method to ensure functional suitability according to user requirements. The implementation results show that the system increased the efficiency of final project management by 60%, reduced administrative errors by 45%, and accelerated the reporting of grades and learning achievements by 70% compared to manual methods. Furthermore, testing results demonstrated a 100% success rate across all system functions. Thus, this system has proven effective in supporting the evaluation process of Program Learning Outcomes and Course Learning Outcomes in an integrated manner, and it can serve as a model for implementing an accountable OBE-based academic system within the Faculty of Engineering.Keyword: Final Project Information System; Outcome-Based Education; Curriculum Assessment; Learning Outcomes Evaluation; Academic SystemAbstrak: Penerapan kurikulum berbasis Outcome-Based Education (OBE) di pendidikan tinggi menuntut tersedianya sistem informasi yang mampu mengintegrasikan proses akademik dengan asesmen capaian pembelajaran secara terstruktur dan transparan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengembangkan Sistem Informasi Tugas Akhir yang terintegrasi dengan penilaian kurikulum berbasis OBE guna mendukung proses pengajuan judul, bimbingan, seminar, dan penilaian akhir mahasiswa. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan pendekatan Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan Waterfall, serta diimplementasikan menggunakan framework Laravel dan basis data MySQL. Pengujian dilakukan menggunakan metode Black-Box Testing untuk memastikan kesesuaian fungsi dengan kebutuhan pengguna. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan tugas akhir hingga 60%, menurunkan kesalahan administrasi sebesar 45%, dan mempercepat proses pelaporan nilai serta capaian pembelajaran hingga 70% dibandingkan metode manual. Selain itu, hasil pengujian menunjukkan tingkat keberhasilan 100% pada seluruh fungsi sistem. Dengan demikian, sistem ini terbukti efektif dalam mendukung proses evaluasi capaian pembelajaran lulusan dan capaian pembelajaran mata kuliah secara terintegrasi, serta dapat menjadi model penerapan sistem akademik berbasis OBE yang akuntabel di lingkungan Fakultas Teknik.Kata kunci: Sistem Informasi Tugas Akhir; Outcome-Based Education; Penilaian Kurikulum; Evaluasi Capaian Pembelajaran; Sistem Akademik

Abstract

Pariwisata memegang peranan penting dalam mendukung perekonomian, melestarikan budaya, dan memberdayakan masyarakat, khususnya negara Indonesia yang kaya akan destinasi wisata. Sektor pariwisata saat ini masih menghadapi tantangan terutama pada kurangnya minat untuk membuat konten media sosial sebagai sarana promosi wisata. Tantangan ini bisa diatasi dengan solusi edukasi dan promosi wisata berbasis digital. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat tentang pentingnya pariwisata lokal dan memperkuat daya tarik destinasi wisata melalui pelatihan pembuatan konten media sosial. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ditujukan kepada warga setempat di Pantai Gaseng Tanjungpinang, Kepulauan Riau dengan memberikan pelatihan pembuatan konten media sosial untuk promosi pariwisata Pantai Gaseng. Hasil dari kegiatan PKM ini menunjukkan antusiasme tinggi dari peserta yang aktif berdiskusi dan menghasilkan konten media sosial. Program ini berhasil meningkatkan wawasan peserta terkait potensi pariwisata lokal dan teknologi digital sekaligus mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi inklusif yang berkelanjutan. Meski demikian, sinergi dan kolaborasi antara pemerintah, pelaku usaha, dan Masyarakat juga diperlukan untuk dapat mengoptimalkan pemanfaatan teknologi digital yang mendukung pariwisata di Kota Tanjungpinang.

Abstract

The global environment is facing a serious challenge in the form of increasing plastic waste. Indonesia is one of the world’s largest producers of plastic waste, and Tanjungpinang City faces a similar issue, generating approximately 100–150 tons of waste per day, predominantly plastic waste. A significant portion of this waste originates from marine environments, while its management remains limited by inadequate facilities and technological resources. Therefore, a waste detection solution is needed to improve the efficiency of plastic waste management in the region.. This study aims to evaluate the detection performance of a Faster R-CNN model using pre-trained weights with a ResNet-50 Feature Pyramid Network (FPN) backbone. Experimental results show an mAP@0.50:0.95 of 59.55% and an mAP@0.50 of 82.64%. Further evaluation for each plastic waste category resulted in accuracies of 90% for plastic bottles, 88% for food wrappers, 78% for beverage wrappers, and 86% for plastic bags. These findings indicate that the pre-trained Faster R-CNN model with a ResNet-50 FPN backbone is capable of effectively detecting and classifying different types of plastic waste in marine environments. Consequently, this model has the potential to support more effective waste management and sorting processes in the coastal waters of Tanjungpinang City.

Abstract

AbstrakPerkembangan teknologi digital menuntut transformasi signifikan dalam sistem manajemen pendidikan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas administrasi dan transparansi informasi. SD Negeri 010 Tanjung Siambang di Kota Tanjungpinang menghadapi tantangan dalam hal ini karena belum memiliki website akademik resmi dan terbatasnya kompetensi tenaga pendidik dalam mengelola sistem informasi berbasis digital. Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini dilakukan pada bulan Juni hingga bulan Oktober 2025.  Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mendukung transformasi digital di sekolah tersebut melalui pengembangan website akademik serta peningkatan kapasitas guru dan staf dalam pengelolaannya. Metode yang digunakan bersifat partisipatif, edukatif, dan aplikatif, yang mencakup tahapan observasi, perancangan, pengembangan, pelatihan pengelolaan website, hingga pendampingan intensif. Hasil evaluasi terhadap 19 responden menggunakan indikator usabilitas menunjukkan tingkat keberhasilan yang tinggi, dengan nilai rata-rata pada aspek learnability sebesar 4,79, memorability 4,73, efficiency 4,95, dan satisfaction 4,73 dari skala 5. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, kegiatan ini berhasil meningkatkan keterampilan digital mitra sehingga mereka mampu mengelola website secara mandiri. Keberadaan website ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kualitas layanan informasi pendidikan, memperkuat dokumentasi kegiatan sekolah, serta membangun komunikasi yang lebih transparan dengan masyarakat Kata kunci: pengabdian; pelatihan; sistem informasi manajemen; website. AbstractThe rapid development of digital technology requires a significant transformation in education management systems to improve administrative effectiveness and information transparency. SD Negeri 010 Tanjung Siambang in Tanjungpinang City faced challenges in this regard, as it did not yet have an official academic website and had limited digital competence among its teaching staff and personnel. The implementation of this activity was carried out from June to October 2025. This community service activity aims to support digital transformation at the school by developing an academic website and increasing the capacity of teachers and staff in its management. The methods used were participatory, educational, and applicative, which included stages of observation, design, development, website management training, and intensive mentoring. Evaluation results from 19 respondents using usability indicators showed high success rates, with average scores for learnability (4.79), memorability (4.73), efficiency (4.95), and satisfaction (4.73) on a 5-point scale. Based on these results, this activity successfully enhanced the digital skills of the partners, enabling them to manage the website independently. This website is expected to improve the quality of educational information services, strengthen school activity documentation, and build more transparent communication with the community. Keywords: community services; training; management information system; website.

Abstract

Hyperparameter optimization is a crucial process for enhancing the performance of deep learning models, particularly in the context of Indonesian sentiment classification. This study examines the impact of varying learning rates on a long short-term memory (LSTM) architecture trained with the adaptive moment estimation (Adam) optimizer. The dataset comprises 9,295 Indonesian comments automatically labeled by the Indonesian Bidirectional Encoder Representations from Transformers (IndoBERT) model. Stratified k-fold cross-validation was employed to maintain class balance during training. Learning curves were analyzed to evaluate convergence and identify potential overfitting, while early stopping was applied when performance improvements became insignificant. The one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) test (p-adj = 0.000575 < 0.05) revealed significant differences among the learning rate variations. Post-hoc analysis indicated the learning rates of 0.0001, 0.001, and 0.002 differ significantly from 0.02. Descriptive statistics showed that a learning rate of 0.001 was the most optimal, achieving the highest validation accuracy while maintaining a relatively low variance. Evaluation across two data categories demonstrated that lower learning rates (0.0001 and 0.002) achieved the best accuracy, 78.71% on in-domain data, whereas higher learning rates (0.01 and 0.02) performed better on cross-domain data with 36% accuracy. These findings highlight the crucial role of learning rate selection in determining model stability and generalization capability.
