Abstract

This study aims to determine the promotion of employees at the Dinas Kesehatan South Sumatera by using the AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) dan SAW (Simple Additive Wieght) methods. The AHP method is used to determine the weight of each criterion, while the SAW method is used to determine the rank of employee promotion. This promotion process is made using the Microsoft Visual Studio programming language. The test in this study carried out using blackbox testing methods and accuray testing. The black box test results show that the system can run well according to it’s function, and then the accuracy testing is tested by comparing the results of the calculation from Dinas Kesehatan office. From the ealculation result of the AHP method, SAW method, and AHP &SAW method can be concluded, AHP & SAW methods are better then AHP or SAW methods. The accuracy of the AHP and SAW method in case 1 is 100%, in case 2 is 100%, and in case 3 is 50%.

Abstract

Manual attendance system is still less effective and efficient because there are still many problems in the process because it still uses absentee files that hinder the performance of teachers to know the absenteeism rate of students. Another obstacle faced is the lack of communication and information between the school with the parents of students. This may result in the student being able to lie to the parent that by reporting being in a teaching and learning activity but in fact the student goes to play with his or her friends. This study aims to produce an integrated web-based attendance system with SMS Gateway at SMA Negeri 2 Pringsewu. With SMS Gateway on the system then the system will automatically provide notification to the parents of students about the presence of students at school

Abstract

Steganography is a method used to hide secret messages from people who are not entitled to know it. In this study the author uses one of the steganography methods, the least significant bit method (LSB) to insert bits of secret message in the form of text into digital images RGB bitmap file extension, by combining the LSB method and linear congruential generator (LCG) to generate random numbers from the position of the pixel that will be inserted a secret message. The results of this study the authors managed to build steganography applications with the Java programming language and test the quality of stego image that produces an average value Peak Signal to Noise Ratio (PSNR) that reach 51 dB. From this assessment, it was concluded that stego image produced in good quality and did not experience significant changes.

Abstract

Based on the Informatics Engineering study program curriculum, it can be seen that in the 5th semester students are required to take elective courses based on specialization provided. The purpose of specialization is for graduate students to have competencies that support them to continue their studies to a higher level (S2 or S3) and have work competencies that support them when they graduate from college. The problem is that it is difficult to determine the specialization that will be taken. Therefore, a decision support system is needed that can help STMIK XYZ Informatics Engineering students decide what they will choose. Abstract

Pulp and periacal disease is happening in Indonesia. This is because knowledge and people awarness to take care their dental health is in low level, so that a few of people in Indonesia do not know types, symptoms, and the solution, how to resolve the problem. Altough pulp and periacal disease have a bad impact like the patient's quality of life. Besides the cost of expensive dental care and have an impact on a person's overall health, such as can cause catastrophic diseases such as stroke, heart desease, and kidney. Based on these conditions, very important to make a web-based expert system to diagnose this problem with forward chaining methode. The expert system is created using Dreamweaver C56, PHP, CSS, and MySQL. Through this system application, people will find out the information and get consultations about pulp and periapical disease easily and quickly, so that it can be dealt with quickly and correctly.

Abstract

Object classification has been done to various images. Animal classification has been done using segmentation and non-segmentation approach as initial stage. Context Aware Saliency (CAS) is a method that able to make the object area more dominant than the background in saliency mode so that it can be an alternative object segmentation process. The shape feature will taken based on saliency results using the Histogram of Oriented Gradient (HOG). The K-Nearest Neighbors (K-NN) used to classify mammal species based on HOG features from saliency images. The dataset used in this study is LHI-Animal-Faces. The results obtained show that animal species that can be recognized well are cats and tigers, while sheep, dogs, and pigs have not been able to be recognized properly.

Abstract

Tour & Travel is a company engaged in tourism services and services in and foreign services, booking airline tickets, hotel bookings, car rentals, and hajj / umroh services. This company has limited media promotional information, as a result, customers don't know the complete and correct information. In addition, this company can customize it, but not many customers know that. Customer complaints during the trip often do not go directly to the director, but customers always deliver it to tourguide. Development of applications to overcome these problems is to build a website-based customer relationship management information system with the method used is an iterative methodology consisting of the planning phase, problem analysis phase, design phase, implementation phase, and maintenance phase. This application uses the PHP programming language and uses the Notepad ++ program and MySQL as the database. With this application, it is expected to be able to assist in the delivery of information and help companies increase customer loyalty, attract new customers and retain existing customers in order to help each marketing process carried out by the company.

Abstract

The current information system is something that is needed by all forms of business. This has an impact on significant technological developments, so companies are competing to provide the best service by increasing the use of technology and information systems. In the daily operations of PT. Sumatra Panca Rajo currently only uses ordinary office applications yet to implement a staffing system, this makes it difficult to perform absenteeism and overtime data recapitulation because it still uses paper stored in folders, making it vulnerable to loss and damage. To do attendance data recording and overtime, usually the operational part must look for archived data first. That's why the management of PT. Sumatra Panca Rajo has difficulty controlling, and evaluating the performance of its employees, this problem is perceived as hampering the company's performance. Based on the description, the author tries to help solve the problem by creating a Website Based Personnel Information System at PT. Sumatra Panca Rajo. In developing this information system the author uses the development of Iteration software, to analyze the problem the author uses the PIECES analysis flow, collecting data through observation, interviews, and literature. Designing software using UML modeling. With the construction of this information system PT. Sumatra Panca Rajo can obtain information about attendance, employee data, transfer, employee dismissal, and employee recruitment, and can evaluate the performance of its employees.

Abstract

Laundry is a facility where clothes are washed and dried. Laundry usually uses an automatic washing machine called laundromat or a general trademark. With the development of fashion models and various other types of equipment make the laundry service business increased, but the increasing number of laundry services business also means increased competition. This makes laundry business owners both those who have long been operating or those who are just starting to have trouble finding prospective customers and also promoting their business, on the other hand for customers or prospective customers also have difficulty finding laundry services that have quality services and desired criteria. Therefore, the author intends to make an Android-Based Laundry Ordering Information System in Palembang City. The process of developing this information system uses the Rational Unified Process (RUP) method. The author also use PIECES and Usecase Diagram in the analysis phase. At the design stage using Class Diagrams. Application development using the Java programming language and MYSQL as database. This information system is expected to be able to help laundry service business owners in overcoming problems that often occur in running their business processes, and also to facilitate prospective customers in looking for laundry services they want.

Abstract

Acceptance of new students is one of the processes that exist in educational institutions such as schools. New admissions process (PSB) at SMAN 1 Ulu Belu who still use the conventional system, so that prospective students are sometimes difficult to obtain information on the registration process. The registration process also tends to be slow, because the data are not yet integrated and managed. This process also still us the archive in a physical form that is susceptible to damage or even disappear. In order to overcome the problems that occurred in the registration of new students at SMAN 1 Ulu Belu made designing and building applications Admission Information Systems Web-Based Mobile. The method used for the construction of information systems using modeling Entity Relationship Diagram. The result of the design and construction of this information system is the existence of a mobile web-based web that can provide easy access to information and registration processes so that the process of accepting new students becomes more effective and efficient.
