Abstract

Monte carlo methods can be used to find a mathematical solution which can comprise many variables that are difficult to solve. Monte Carlo is the basis for all of the algorithms of simulation method which is based on the thinking problems to solve to get better results by giving as much value to obtain a higher accuracy. Monte Carlo method, one of the most appropriate method to conduct research in the port of Batam Sekupang interasional to optimize scheduling ferry. A good schedule will make operating costs more economical. Given this study the authors expect will help service providers sea transportation in this case the Port International Sekupang Batam in determining the scheduled departure ferries which have been designed in sisitem application programming language PHP, so the operating costs of departure ferry services more economically and benefits of cost passengers more leverage, so that companies can survive in the welfare of employees

Abstract

The DT.AA rice refinery company is a rice supply company. The company has difficulty in predicting the supply of rice that must be provided to meet customer needs, because the system used by the company is still traditional, namely by recording in books. To help the company in making predictions of rice supply, a decision support system was created to determine the amount of rice that the company must provide in meeting customer needs. In determining the rice supply, there are predetermined criteria: sales last 3 days to the last 7 days. So that the process of determining the supply of rice can run, we need a decision support system using the moving average method. Moving average methods are often known as moving averages. The system development method used in this research is the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method, system modeling using Unified Modeling Language (UML), HTML and PHP used as the programming language with the mySQL database system. With this decision support system that uses the forecasting method, can help companies in determining the rice supply that must be provided in meeting customer needs.

Abstract

Penjadwalan perawat merupakan hal yang penting yang harus dimiliki Rumah Sakit. Pada saat ini proses penjadwalan di Rumah Sakit Porsea masih menggunakan cara manual. Tentu hal ini memiliki kekurangan yaitu tentang shift kerja perawat yang tidak sesuai. Untuk itu, diperlukan proses penjadwalan yang baik. Algoritma genetika ini merupakan salah satu metode yang dapat membantu proses penjadwalan perawat. Algoritma genetika melakukan proses optimasi untuk mencari hasil yang terbaik dengan perkawinan silang (CrossOver) yang didasari secara acak. Penerapan algoritma genetika dalam penjadwalan perawat ini dengan pengkodean shift kerja, hari, minggu, bulan, jumlah perawat, ketidaksediaan. Hasil yang diperoleh dari algoritma genetika ini merupakan jadwal perawat di Rumah Sakit Umum Porsea. Dengan algoritma genetika ini, maka proses penjadwalan perawat pada Rumah Sakit Umum Porsea dapat dilakukan dengan baik

Abstract

In completing a job, the use of computers has become absolutely necessary because at the time of this computerization has not only the function of the computer used to calculate. Processing data in the form of text, images or videos can be easily and quickly using a computer. But in reality, there are only events where the work, in the form of computer files, can be lost either so files that are needed are missing from the storage media in the computer. Because it returns the data that has been lost is essential to the work that has been done someone not in vain. In restore lost files, a lot of software that can be used, such as Pandora Recovery and Recuva. In the writing of this time will be discussed on the comparison between the two software. In the research that has been testing the test. It can be seen that the time left Recuva as Software better than Pandora Recovery. The possibility that an important factor why Recuva has been chosen by its users is way better than Pandora Recovery. Keywords: Pandora Recovery, Recuva, and Windows Data Recovery.

Abstract

Paragraph consists of sentences which has main idea. In this research, it applied the genetic algorithm to recognize a paragraph. It has several steps to do it, firstly on the alphabet forms word, then sentence, and finally paragraph. The process start from typing the paragraph and then the genetic algorithm will identify the paragraph accordingly by stages which are initial population, selection, crossover and mutation. Genetic algorithm is heuristic searching algorithm which based on nature selection of mechanism and nature genetics. Paragraph is a set of words or other characters with one or more languages are written especially if arranged in a customary order. The final result of this research is that showing the exact paragraph that is targeted.

Abstract

Law is a rule that is a norm made by aiming to regulate every human behavior for example keeping order, fairness, and preventing chaos. Today's young generation is very lack of science about the law, legal learning is a fairly elusive and boring lesson and also the science of law is considered low and many are violating or defying the law, younger generations nowadays smore often play smartphones than on reading books about the law that is so thick. So they are more interested in learning the law with Android based learning media. Game application also aims to fill free time or rest time. In addition to entertainment or pleasure games also serve as learning media and can hone skills, intelligence in overcoming a problem found in a game. Besides because this game combines the learning and playing side, this game can also be used to attract the attention of the younger generation to continue to learn about the law, especially in the case of theft game application created and designed with the aim that the generation of easily more pleased to learn law on the case of theft with learning media games.  The preparation of this research in making games with waterfall method (Reqriutment, Design, Implementation, Verification and Maintenance) and to analyze using Unified Modeling Language (UML) including Use Case Diagram, Activity Diagram, Sequence Diagram, Class Diagram. The learning games themselves will be developed based on Android or intended for mobile/Smartphone users. Method used in the creation of game applications using waterfall method. This game is played by one person in this game there are several Theory and quiz. Based on the test results of the general criminal law Learning games for Android based youth using CONSTRUCT2 software that this Game application can be inserted on smartphones with the minimum operating system Android.Keywords: android, hukum, pidana, game, kuis

Abstract

One of the policies implemented by the government of Indonesia in order to reduce the spread of Covid-19 pandemic is the hand washing protocol. The Smart Hand Wash Assistant is designed to make use of various components that can guide the user through the hand washing procedure as described in the protocol. System design in this initial research is done in Tinkercad, which is a web-based application that can create and simulate electronic circuit designs. Testing result for ping sensor, LCD, motor and buzzer components has the success rate of 100%. Testing of the overall system shows that the Smart Hand Wash Assistant system works well in guiding the user to follow the steps of the hand washing protocol

Abstract

The growing use of information technology in helping human work in various types of activities involving computers as the media, then the issue of security and confidentiality is one very important aspect in the information system of a data, message, and information. Encryption is the best way to secure device and data information. In everyday codes are usually used to mean an encryption method or concealment of meaning. In cryptography, the elgamal algorithm can be used to encrypt and decrypt the image file. Elgamal algorithm can help maintain the security of image file so as to avoid the theft / damage to image file from irresponsible person.

Abstract

Penyajian informasi yang signifikan dipengaruhi oleh perkembangan teknologi yang semakin maju. Seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi, Augmented Reality merupakan salah satu komponen dalam penyajian informasi. Dalam perancangan aplikasi Augmented Realiy merupakan penggabungan objek benda maya 2 dimensi dan 3 dimensi yang kemudian hasil tersebut akan diproyeksikan kedalam objek nyata dalam bentuk informasi yang diterima oleh pengguna. Aplikasi penunjuk navigasi ruangan yang dirancang merupakan aplikasi pemodelan ruangan dalam bentuk 2 dimensi dan 3 dimensi yang menggabungkan teknologi Augmented Reality dengan pemodelan ruangan kampus Medan gedung Aryaduta pada Universitas Pelita Harapan dalam memproyeksikan bentuk objek maya secara real time. Dengan pengembangan penelitian tersebut, penulis menyajikan data berupa survey untuk menganalisa kebutuhan pengguna. Dengan adanya aplikasi penunjuk navigasi ruangan tersebut diharapkan dapat memberikan kemudahan bagi pengguna baik mahasiswa baru, staff ataupun pengunjung tamu untuk memperoleh informasi di lingkungan Universitas Pelita Harapan Kampus Medan gedung Aryaduta.Kata Kunci:Augmented Reality, Android, Universitas Pelita Harapan Kampus Medan, Navigasi

Abstract

This study aims to predict the recovery of COVID-19 patients in Indonesia by using Data Mining calculations. The method used to predict the recovery of COVID-19 patients is the Naïve Bayes method. The collection of datasets through trusted sources, the NIHR Innovation Observatory and datasets on an international/global scale, totaling 367 pieces of raw data that have not been filtered. After conducting the data feasibility test, the remaining 286 pieces of data will be divided into 70% of training data of 200 pieces of data and 30% of testing data of 86 pieces of data. Based on the test results, the use of the Naïve Bayes method in predicting the recovery of COVID-19 patients obtained an Accuracy of 96.51%, a Success Precision (Yes) of 100% and a Failure (No) of 95.71%, and a Success Sensitivity (Yes) of 84.21% and Failed (No) by 100%. Therefore, it is concluded that calculations using the Naïve Bayes method in this study will produce an accuracy rate of COVID-19 recovery of 96.51%, which means that the results of the predictions’ calculation of success and failure in a therapy given to patients can be accounted for as data reference in a more detailed subsequent research..
