Abstract

As the situation of poverty in various parts of the world, as well as experienced by the border women who settled in the border area of Jagoi Babang (Indonesia-Malaysia) Regency of Bengkayang West Kalimantan. Poverty and exploitation seem inseparable from the life of women at the border. In this situation they are the most neglected victims. This paper uses a descriptive analysis approach in data management and field findings. The findings of this writing tell the lives of women living in the frontier, where the lives of those who are poor often become victims of exploitation.

Abstract

Memberikan bantuan hukum kepada masyarakat menjadi hal penting bagi beberapa negara, dalam pemenuhan hak asasi manusia dan sebagai indikator negara hukum sekaligus. Pemberian Bantuan Hukum telah diatur dalam konstitusi atau Konvensi Internasional lainnya, selain dari sektor Hukum yang juga perlu diwujudkan, mencapai Keadilan Sosial dan perlindungan bagi setiap masyarakat di Indonesia. Ada banyak masyarakat miskin, pemahaman dan kesadaran hukum yang buruk dan menjadi hal penting untuk memiliki lembaga yang memberikan bantuan hukum kepada masyarakat. Efektivitas pemberian bantuan hukum kepada orang-orang yang tidak mampu (orang miskin) sebelum diberlakukannya Undang-Undang Nomor 16 Tahun 2011 tentang Bantuan Hukum masih belum berjalan dengan baik. Hal ini disebabkan oleh faktor struktur hukum (kurangnya kesadaran advokat / pengacara hukum) dan faktor-faktor dalam hukum substantif (regulasi bantuan hukum yang tidak memadai). Namun, dengan diberlakukannya UU No. 16 Tahun 2011 Tentang UU tersebut terungkap jaminan hukum yang lebih kuat untuk pemberian bantuan hukum kepada mereka yang tidak mampu (orang miskin), walaupun pada kenyataannya mereka menemukan beberapa pengacara atau pengacara yang tidak bermoral yang masih enggan memberikan bantuan hukum kepada orang-orang yang tidak mampu.

Abstract

The Industrial Revolution 4.0 has brought the consequences of increasing demands for accountability, transparency for all organization. This is made about a change in the organizational design paradigm. In this RI 4.0, adactive power and fast responsive are the key to success achieving the organization's vision and mission. . It is a challenge for universities to adjust various problems in this era of disruption. The transformation of educational organizations is one of alternative in order to realize that is oriented to public services and to prepare competent human resources in their fields. This research offers a solution for universities to find out how far the university is prepared to face this era. The research used a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. By using purposive sampling and determined data source by snowball, the results showed that the transformation of universities in Riau had to immediately adapt of demands in RI 4.0. The IT management level process showed that it was still in level 2, which is the managed process level. These processes were still at level 1 and level 2 so they need to be increased to a minimum at level 3 (Established). It is recommended to improve the management of IT services and the application of information security management become more effective, increasing the adaptive power of the industrial revolution 4.0

Abstract

Tri Kaya Parisudha adalah bagian dari etika atau pengajaran etika dalam agama Hindu. Secara etimologis Tri Kaya Parisudha berasal dari kata Tri berarti Tiga, Kaya berarti sikap, dan Parisudha berarti mulia atau murni. Jadi itu berarti tiga sikap mulia yaitu Kayika Parisudha berarti sikap mulia atau perbuatan baik, Wacika Parisudha berarti ucapan yang baik, dan Manacika Parisudha berarti pikiran yang baik. Tri Kaya Parisudha harus diperhatikan untuk menciptakan keharmonisan dalam kehidupan keluarga dan mengurangi kekerasan keluarga

Abstract

Bali is known for its valuable traditions and customs from pre-Hindu times to the present. Social facts, that the more widespread social problems occur that are not directly proportional to the social and legal rules in the lontar text and customs in Bali. The purpose of this paper is to examine the social norms and legal norms contained in the Manawa swarga text and its context in Balinese society in Klungkung Regency. This paper uses primary data and secondary data, with methods of observation, text search, interviews and literature study. Data analysis techniques, the process of collecting data, classification, display data, interpretation and conclusions. The finding is that there is a relationship between the contents of the Vedic scriptures, Manawadhamasastra, Manawa Swarga, and customary law (awig-awig) in Bali. Each of them describes the Chess of Varna or four classes of professions, which is contained in Ṛgveda: 10.90.12, Manawadharmasastra / Manu Smrtih. Pratamo'dhyayah I.31 Manawa Swarga text article 189. The contents of the Manawa Swarga text are still relevant to current social phenomena, specifically regarding the homosexual legal norms, hate speech "Adur Welyani" which can strengthen national legal norms.
