Abstract

In preserving and preserving the culture and customs of Lombok culture, it is necessary to have a touch of understanding of regional culture. The existence of various studies and studies using methods and approaches, so that cultural preservation becomes a priority scale in the carrying capacity of Lombok tourism. The culture is expected to be maintained and preserved, because in it are stored noble values ​​inherited from their ancestors. These noble values ​​have a special attraction for others. This is seen from the aspect of form, facilities and other symbols, so that it can be used as a basis for the development of Lombok tourism. To increase the existence of Lombok tourism requires a strategy, in addition to the original packaging of regional culture. The existence of Sasak and Balinese culture which is part of local wisdom gives a significant style and color to the development of Lombok tourism, because it has long been acculturated in increasing the carrying capacity of tourism, especially in the field of hospitality. This study uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques of observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Analysis of the data used by interpretive techniques. The results of research on the challenges of socio-cultural Bali in Lombok tourism include arts such as welcoming dance (panyembrama dance, gabor, and pendet), places of worship, installation of mushrooms and banners at the time of important ivents in hotels. The hotel management has not permitted the tradition of Balinese Hindu symbols to be used in hotels, because they are considered to be in conflict with Islamic values. Besides in the field of culture, the phenomenon of local dances or art performances sometimes causes resistance such as the performances of the Panyembrama Dance, the Gabor Dance, the Puspanjali Dance in several areas of the Hotel Lombok.

Abstract

Work discipline is the beginning of the process of improving employee performance, therefore employee discipline needs to be maximized to employees either through rules or the use of tools that can bind and reduce fraud from the employees themselves, in this case in every organization, agency, company has used a lot. a tool in the form of a fingerprint attendance system. Increasing discipline by using the fingerprint attendance system is inseparable from the obstacles that occurred previously in the form of the number of employees who are still not maximal in terms of their attendance levels and carrying out their duties. Therefore, researchers want to know how the effect of applying the fingerprint attendance system on work discipline on employee performance in Dispendukcapil of Sumenep Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of fingerprint application on employee performance through work discipline at the Dispendukcapil of Sumenep Regency. The analysis in this study uses path analysis. The results of the study indicate that the fingerprint has a significant relationship to the performance of both employees through employee work discipline at the Dispendukcapil of Sumenep Regency. This is very good for improving employee performance.

Abstract

Optimization of infant growth is still very dependent on nutritional intake, especially breast milk (ASI). Breastfeeding that is not optimal increases the risk of death in infants. The purpose of this study was to determine the perceptions and implementation of health personnel (midwives, nurses, nutritionists) regarding Government Regulation No. 33 of 2012, especially in chapters IV and V. This type of research is a mix method research. The instrument used was a questionnaire. Data analysis using chi square and content analysis. The research was carried out by distributing questionnaires through field surveys to determine policy studies and influencing factors. Implementation was measured by indept interviews. The survey was conducted on midwives, nurses, nutritionists who work in government agencies, namely Puskesmas and policy holders. The results showed that health workers had a good knowledge of 61.54%, a positive attitude of 80.77%, and practiced the implementation of PP No. 33 of 2012 well at 96.15%. There was no knowledge, attitudes and practices related to the implementation of PP No. 33 of 2012. Seacar content that from the results of in-depth interviews that PP No. 33 of 2012 has been carried out optimally and effectively can provide understanding and increase the achievement of exclusive breastfeeding in society.

Abstract

The purpose of this research in the long term is to analyze the actualization of Hindu women in Bali in matching, making offerings and performing ceremonies. The specific objective is to analyze the knowledge, attitudes, perceptions, practices and skills of Hindu women in matching, making offerings and ceremonies in their simplest form. This type of research is a mix method research with an ethnographic approach. The research instruments were questionnaires and interview sheets. Quantitative data analysis uses chi square and logistic regression, and qualitative data uses reduction analysis or thematic analysis. The research was carried out as follows: knowledge, attitudes, and practices were traced using a questionnaire sheet. Indept interview to find out in depth the perceptions and practices of aligning, making offerings, and the implementation of the ceremony which was carried out in Kubutambahan. The results show that 93.14% of Balinese Hindu women have good actualization in preserving the culture of jejaiatan, banten and upakara in Bali. The skills of Balinese women in terms of jejitan, offerings and ceremonies were classified as good, respectively, at 94.86%, 45.71%, and 92%. Knowledge, attitudes and practices in sequence related to jejitan, offerings and upakara, good knowledge 97.14%, 89.71%, 94.86%, negative attitudes 64%, positive 68%, 53.71%, practice carried out correctly 97.14%, 97.71%, and 94.86%. Jejaitan as an important element before understanding the concept of offerings and upakara. jejaitan, banten and upakara are the cultural heritage of Balinese women created by the social community as a very important and worthy cultural heritage. These three components are a form of yadnya for Hindu women in Bali.

Abstract

The condition of the COVID-19 pandemic that has entered the world, new changes in refuge in various sectors including education, especially health. The educational process must continue to run conducive without reducing and eliminating learning objectives. This type of research is a cross-sectional quantitative study with a survey approach. The research instruments were questionnaires and interview sheets given to student nurses, midwives and pharmacies at STIKes Buleleng. Quantitative data analysis used univariate analysis and chi square. The results show that the results show that the majority of respondents come from 71.05% of the nursing study program, use a hotspot / mobile quota 84.87%, do not see the purpose of the course 88.08%, the proportion of material understanding is 50% of 44.74%, it is necessary video for each learning is 84.21%, and online learning is not as effective as 51.32%. Online effectiveness is related to course objectives, and the proportion of understanding of the material provided.

Abstract

Fraudulent financial statements are a form of the category of fraud that often occurs. Another category of fraudulent financial statements is the category of fraud with the smallest frequency value, but will later result in a greater loss value than other categories. Pentagon fraud will be used in research, because this theory is a theory of refinement of triangles and diamonds. So that the pentagon fraud theory has a new element that is not present in both theories, namely arrogance which is not widely used in detecting fraudulent financial statements. The research objective is to provide information for shareholders, stakeholders, and other stakeholders about the pentagon fraud test against financial statement fraud using the Beneish Model detection tool in banking companies. The population in this study is all banking companies listed on the IDX in 2016-2018 totaling 43 companies. The sample in this study used purposive sampling, namely all banking subsectors listed on the IDX in 2016-2018 which consistently reported their finances. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression with the coefficient of determination, model feasibility test, partial test and logistic hypothesis test. Based on the research results, the variable of the effectiveness of supervision has no effect on fraudulent financial statements. The replacement of the chairman of the internal auditor has no effect on fraudulent financial statements. Financial stability has no effect on fraudulent financial statements. External pressure has no effect on fraudulent financial statements. Changes in company accounting policies have no effect on fraudulent financial statements.

Abstract

This scientific work is entitled "Legali Protection of Foreign Citizens in the Transfer of Fiduciary Objects". This research uses the normative legali research method. From the results of this study it can be seen that legali protection for third parties, especially Foreign Citizens is not regulated in Law Number 42 of 1999 concerning Fiduciary Guarantees so that Foreign Citizens as third parties do not get legali protection in fiduciary object agreements. However, proper forms given to Foreign Citizens as third parties can take legali actions as regulated in Article 1365 of the Civil Code which is illegali acts to the Debtor, so that the Debtor is obliged to provide compensation to third parties, namely Foreign Citizens

Abstract

This study aims to determine the social and economic conditions of women household heads after divorce. The method used in this study is to use a qualitative approach with fenomenology method with primary data collection through in-depth interviews with women heads of households in Harapan Jaya Village,South Panjang, Panjang District, Bandar Lampung with data analysis conducted descriptively. The results shown that divorce had a profound impact on the socio-economic conditions of woman household heads. This can be seen in the decline in family income and the presence of negative labeling on the status of a widow. To overcome this problem, women head of households do adaptation patterns to improve social conditions and increase income to meet needs. The adaptation patterns include being active in village activities, entrepreneurship and working as a laborer. By doing this adaptation pattern, it is expected that the quality of life of women household heads will be better and more independent.

Abstract

Tourism is often seen as an economic engine of foreign exchange exchange for economic development for a country, including Indonesia. However, in principle tourism has a broader spectrum of development for a country. Most of the tourists in Batam tourism especially come from Singapore and Malaysia to enjoy tourism by shopping. For this reason, it is the government's seriousness to develop the tourism industry, as a supporter of the community's economy. The condition of Batam City is comfortable and safe in investing in Batam City, investors are interested in investing in the business they are interested in. In order to make it easier for investors to obtain licenses and non-licensed investments in carrying out business activities to produce goods or services through ownership of domestic and foreign capital. The government has issued rules and regulations regarding services in sector investment. The tourism sector has the potential to create employment and business opportunities and to increase and equalize the incomes of people and the region.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the correlation between satisfaction, trust, and loyalty of online shopping users in the midst of COVID-19 Pandemic. This research was conducted at Parepare of South Sulawesi. The sample of this research was fifty people having the hobby with online shopping. Data were analyzed using correlation test. The result of this research found that there are strong positive correlations between customers satisfaction, trust, and loyalty amidst of pandemic. It reveals that the increase of satisfaction and trust relates to the loyalty of online shopping users.
