Abstract

Bankruptcy can be defined as a situation where the company is experiencing lack or insufficiency of funds to run or continue his efforts. Sometimes bankruptcy is also defined as a state or a situation where the company fails or no longer able to meet obligations to creditors ..          This study is a qualitative research, data collection method using linear snowball method, where researchers gather information about the used car businesses in Semarang bankrupt. Interview rolled like a snowball because it must be interviewed one by one informant with persuasive way in order to dig important information about some of the causes of bankruptcy they experienced.          The results of this study explains that the majority of defaults caused by the use of capital structure which is not qualified, followed by lack of proper accounting reporting, subsequent poor management systems, and the last of the economic factor. Limitations of this study is, on the informant that focuses on the used car business only, and has not been tested for other businesses. This research is expected to provide benefits for businesses, because a business must have a system of early prevention against bankruptcy.

Abstract

Construction of new road network ring, was actually giving an indirect impact on the socio-economic to the surrounding population. The existence of Ambarawa Ring Road is alleged to give effect to the business group pancake merchants who are members of the UKM Mekar Sari.The method used in this research is qualitative method with phenomenological approach. Researchers describe the research subjects are traders pancake incorporated in one business group SME Ngampin Ambarawa village called Mekar Sari totaling 40 people as actors who are the target of observation or informants in a study conducted by the researchers. In this study, the types and sources of data used are primary data and secondary data.Negative impacts to the ring road is a decrease in turnover of each of the traders pancake that is because the users prefer to go straight through the roundabout Ambarawa while the positive impact that arises in the presence of a ring road, traders are more willing to be creative that is willing to innovate products with try flavors and display products such as jackfruit, banana and sow meses cheese. It is intended to draw back buyers. This area actually has the potential and the need to touch or redirection location lots crossed by vehicles. They just need a lot of people know that they are still there, and what they contributed still feasible to provide a sensation with their typical food when passing on the street Ambarawa.

Abstract

Higher education is a continuation of secondary education held to prepare learners to become members of the community who have academic and / or professional skills who can apply, develop and or create science of technology and or art. This research is designed as a qualitative research by using phenomenalisis and grounded approach. So that the phenomenon can be used as a study material on the factors that give rise to the interest and quality of service and the decision to choose the study program. As for the research partner as many as eight students active class regular afternoon. The results of this study resulted in two propositions of interest in continuing studies in universities and service quality in universities. Each proposition comes with a picture of the theory building. Which ultimately led to the theoretical model of the decision to continue the study which is a study for further empirical research.
