Abstract

This research aims at identifying   the effect of mindfulness training on the happiness fo patients of diabetes melitus type II. The subject of the reseach was 8 patients who will be divided into experimental group and control group. The data collection was conducted using Steen Happiness Index (SHI). The Hypothesis that proposed of the research is that there is a difference of happiness   between the experimental group which was given mindfulness training treatment and controlled group which was not given the treatment of mindfulness training. The research design used was pre-test post-test control group design.The data obtained were analyzed using non- parametric Mann-Whitney to compare the differences of quality of life scores in pretest, posttest, and follow up between experimental groupand Control group. The result of this study showed that there are not a differences of happiness after the training between experimental group and control group after given, with value of Z = - 0.959, p = 0.337 (p > 0.05). in the post test and follow up, the group didn t show any differences of happiness with value of Z= -1.200, p = 0,230 (p>0.05).

Abstract

Tujuan dari penulisan karya ilmiah ini adalah mengetahui prinsip kepemimpinan Character of A Leader yang sesuai untuk generasi milenial. Generasi millenial dewasa ini tidak hanya unggul dalam bidang teknologi dan ilmu pengetahuan, kaum muda ini kini mulai menjadi trendsetter dalam bidang social, politik, budaya dan ekonomi. Di era globalisasi, tidak bisa dipungkiri bahwa seiring berkembangnya teknologi yang berbasis digital application, para generasi millennial rentan akan dampak negatif yang ditimbulkan oleh media sosial, namun di lain sisi, generasi muda ini juga memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kemajuan bangsa sehingga dibutuhkan karakter pemimpin yang sesuai untuk memimpin generasi milenial. Metode yang digunakan dalama penulisan karya ilmiah yaitu studi literatur melalui buku, jurnal, dan berita cetak/online. Karya ilmiah ini memberikan gambaran bagaimana karakter pemimpin yang cocok untuk generasi milenial. Berdasarkan studi literature karakter yang harus dimiliki pemimpin milenal 1) Mampu menjadi teladan yang baik, 2) Memiliki rasa tanggung jawab 3) Berani mengambil   dan bersedia menerima resiko 4) Mempunyai sense of belonging dari para bawahan dan sense of participation 5) Menciptakan kerjasama yang baik di kalangan anggota merupakan karakter

Abstract

Siswa kelas VIII B di SMP NU Tegal Semester 2 Tahun Ajaran 2015/2016 menunjukan adanya permasalahan pada sebagian siswa yaitu permasalahan minat belajar yang rendah. Sebagian besar siswa kelas VIII B banyak yang diam, tidak berani,   pasif, merasa malu, kurang percaya diri, takut kalau pendapatnya salah, aktivitas siswa dalam mengikuti proses pembelajaran ada yang ramai sendiri, mengantuk, tidak pernah bertanya meskipun belum jelas, sering gelisah jika ada pertanyaan dari guru, sering ijin ke belakang dan sering terlambat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah meningkatkan minat belajar siswa. Metode yang digunakan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif   yaitu penelitian tindakan kelas.   Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah   siswa   SMP NU Tegal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bimbingan kelompok meningkatkan minat belajar siswa

Abstract

This study aims to find out how to cultivate multicultural education to the community, what lies behind the establishment of a shared house of worship in a neighborhood location of the Boyolali Regency Government, and how the conditions of harmony among religious communities in Boyolali Regency. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Multicultural education has been going well and has been socialized by religious leaders and leaders through various formal and non-formal activities in places of worship and in schools; (2) Establishment of places of worship on the initiative of the Boyolali Regent and supported by religious and masayarak leaders, with the aim of building togetherness to overcome differences, and to create harmony of religious life; (3) Religious harmony in Boyolali Regency has been going well, there has never been a conflict between followers of different religions.

Abstract

The focus of this research is the influence of leadership, discipline and teacher satisfaction with the performance of civil servants in the district Jekulo rate in elementary. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the impact of school leadership, discipline and satisfaction with the performance of primary school teachers in the district PNS Jekulo. The method in this research is quantitative. Data collection techniques are interviews and observation. The results of the analysis leads to the conclusion of school leadership directly affects the performance of teachers, discipline has no direct influence on the performance of teachers because kedisilpinan has become the custom of a rule that must be followed by teachers, job satisfaction has no direct influence on the performance of teachers, leadership directly influence job satisfaction, kedisilpinanberengaruh directly against complacency, no school leadership indirect effect on teacher performance through customer satisfaction and discipline indirect effect on the performance of teachers through job satisfaction.
